About: We own two large dogs- an Australian cattle dog/Anatolian shepherd/Hound mix, and a yellow Labrador retriever. They are very high energy and unique with lively personalities. We love to take them on bicycle rides/walks through the woods and neighborhood. We both have experience with dogs- John dog-sat as a child and has had family dogs as well, and I grew up on a farm with 10-15 inside/outside dogs all my life as well as many other animals. We have a big back yard that is fenced in, we also live next to a big state park that is loads of fun for any animal! I have taken care of all types of dogs and pets since I was 10, and have always had many animals in the house since I was little. I have experience with many types of dogs with many different personalities, sizes, ages, and care needs. I currently have a pitbull and a yorkie at home, and have had many other pets prior including guinea pigs, hamsters, fish, and ducks. About: I’m currently a volunteer dog walker with Burlington county animal shelter since 2023! I walk all dogs from small to large. I have experience with dogs that are reactive, scared and social butterflies ranging from 1 years old to seniors 10+. I currently work full time Monday-Friday in healthcare( until 4pm), so evenings or any time on the weekends I am usually free! I walk dogs at my local animal shelter on the weekends, but my schedule is very flexible. I believe that every dog I encounter they must be treated like royalty! In the past I volunteered for 2 years at the Animal Welfare Association. I worked with cats and small animals such as bunnies and guinea pigs. In my personal schedule, my parents and I take care of our dog and cat. My parents feed the pets in the morning, and I let the dog out for the bathroom daily. My home has a fenced in backyard where I can take elderly or less fit pups to play and potty. I also live in a dog friendly neighborhood where I can take your pup on walks. I do require a harness and leash set per pet with a portable water bowl to keep them hydrated on walks. A breakdown of allergies or sensitivities each pet has. As well as a bed or crate for them to sleep in overnight. At the client's house I would like to do a walk through of the property and learn the habits of their pet.
