“Kaipo loved Scotts home. He was so excited to be there. Nice big yard to run around in and other dogs to play with as well. One of the biggest changes I noticed after Kaipos' stay was that he now returns the ball to me when we play fetch. He would never do that before. Keep away was his favorite game. Took him to dog park and I was throwing the ball for him for nearly an hour. He bought it back every time, dropped it and waited for me to pick it up and throw it again. That was a nice change and I want to thank Scott for fixing that. I had fun.”

About: Like most I have had dogs my entire life but my last soul mate of 16 years died a year ago and I cannot bring myself to get another dog. That being said, we love animals in this household and want them around all the time...I think you get it. My other job is a professional nature photographer so not only will you get amazing photos of your dog, I can bring them with me on my assignments if you like. Like I said in my experience, my other job is a professional photographer giving me hours and hours at my house editing my work. Also, my partner Julie is a yoga teacher who works for herself so there is always someone home. The most important thing is that it is your dog, your rules. We have the most inviting back yard but it is not fenced, however, our house is in a rural community with great neighbors. Your dog will never be off a leash if that is your wish.

About: I’ve been around dogs and animals in general since a young age, with my grandpa running a small farm. I’ve grown up around breeds like German Shepherds, and have always taken care of friends’ dogs while they were in vacation. I learned a lot from my fiancé, who ran a successful dog walking business in New York City Give yourself peace of mind, your dog is in safe, loving, caring hands. I’m currently working from home with a special schedule which I take advantage of as it frees up a lot of time during the day. Pet care fits into it quite easily, as I have a daily routine I follow which includes dog walks, time with the dogs outside and of course feedings (and tending medicine when needed). I have a home situated on a quiet, secluded private lot that backs up onto a river with several trails within a short walking distance. The yard is secluded, well shaded and has ample space. I take care to be active with the dogs, so I usually toss frisbees or play fetch several times a day to keep them content. I walk my dogs twice around the neighborhood. Besides home, I have a number of dog-friendly trails and parks both in East Stroudsburg and nearby where I bring the dogs for some quality time outside. This includes hiking on trails and in the mountains, bringing the dogs to rivers or lakes, I mix it up each week depending on the weather conditions. Any time I go on an outdoor adventure, I make sure I have the owner’s consent. Their dogs will always be hydrated and have a snack. I only ask that if your dog has specific dietary needs or is taking medication, that you provide me with the necessary information and schedule. I have two modes of transport for dogs, both of which offer plenty of space, safety and comfort for the dogs while en route.

“Tanuj was absolutely wonderful with our Dog, Rondo! My husband and I both work long hours and I needed to be out of town for business, and had hired Tanuj to walk Rondo 2x daily/ check in on Rondo. Tanuj went above and beyond merely taking our pup for a walk! I received tons of pics of a very happy Dog, and Tanuj was so kind to play a bit with him after their walks as well as pick up after him. Tanuj has a very calm and patient demeanor, which Rondo responded very well to! Tanuj was extremely thorough, providing a Rover card for each visit with walk details, as well as a full report on how Rondo was doing. These cards truly put my mind at ease, as I was out of the country and several hours ahead and wasn’t able to check in with Tanuj on a regular basis. The Rover cards were helpful as I knew everything was going ok with his visits. It was also nice seeing those little cards with super cute pictures of Rondo having fun with his new walk buddy! Like I said in my experience, my other job is a professional photographer giving me hours and hours at my house editing my work. Also, my partner Julie is a yoga teacher who works for herself so there is always someone home. The most important thing is that it is your dog, your rules. We have the most inviting back yard but it is not fenced, however, our house is in a rural community with great neighbors. Your dog will never be off a leash if that is your wish.

Took him to dog park and I was throwing the ball for him for nearly an hour. He bought it back every time, dropped it and waited for me to pick it up and throw it again.
