About: Im 30 years old, the youngest of three boys. I am a former athlete and current student at RVCC studying dietetics. Growing up we had two golden retrievers( both females so my mom wasn’t alone in that regard). With our first dog Shannon me and my brothers all shared the responsibility of taking care of. About: I have over 25 years of experience watch dogs. The last two years I have been working with the See Eye Foundation as a Puppy Sitter. I sit for puppies 8 weeks to 13 years old, for a single day to over a week. I also have a 12 year-old English Fox Hound that likes to take me on walks/runs daily I am currently retired and this leave me plenty of time to take care of your dog. I am an avid runner and cyclist, so walking or even running with your dog is not a problem I do not have a fenced yard, but I have a 3-acre property where dogs can roam and run. I do have a 120 foot leash that lets the dogs run without fear of them running away. If your dog likes to play fetch or just do a lot of exploring, the yard is ideal for them. I am also available to do multiple daily check ins and walks if the dog prefers to stay at home.

“Jim provided excellent care for my pup. I really appreciated his availability when my previous boarding arrangements fell through at the last minute. My pup is a finicky eater and Jim kept me up to date on her feeding habits and asked permission to add tempting meat to her food to entice her. She loves to run at full speed, so his fenced property was ideal. Jim also communicated with me as well as provided plenty of photos during her stay and a video of her socializing at playtime. I currently own two toy yorkies, bunnies, birds and chickens. I would be delighted to walk, petsit, or board your cat and/or dog! I have plenty of time to give your pet(s) the playtime, outdoor fun, and affection they deserve! I am dedicated to making sure the animals are happy! I have a huge property of 5.5 acres and two small yorkies to keep your pet(s) company! I have a lot of space, so if your baby is anxious or doesn’t respond well to other doggies i can also separate them from each other. I can give them as many bathroom breaks as needed. I can also walk them around my backyard and around my neighborhood so they can stretch their paws 🐾

“Her space is incredible, plenty of room for our dog to run around. Initially our dog Coco was a little nervous (she's a velcro dog at home), but Tanvi checked in with us each day and worked to help Coco come out of her shell. After a couple days she did and had an absolute blast. We will definitely be working with Tanvi again, assuming she is available!”
