About: I’ve always had multiple pets my whole life from a young age, learned responsibilities by feeding, grooming, walking, entertaining, training and medically providing for all my pets and any animal in my care. I have experience working in multiple vet clinics throughout my childhood as I was a pre-vet major up until junior year of college so I have a lot of experience with all kinds of animals and medical knowledge as well. I now have my own dog, Appa, who is 2 that I raised from a puppy and am currently self training. I am currently a phd grad student at vanderbilt university so I have morning classes and lab work, but I live right down the road from campus (less than 5 min drive) and I always come home immediately after my classes/work to be home with Appa. Pet care fits into my daily schedule as I spend as much time as i can working from home so I can be with my dog. I have a 1 bedroom apartment and i live with my 2 year old fur baby named Appa! I have an apt with room for some zoomies and room to play with toys, I have a balcony if they like being outside and my buidling also has a small dog park on the roof with 2 fenced circular yards lined with turf so they can run around at a mini park as much as they want!

About: I have a miniature Australian Shepherd named Cocoa who is almost 4. She is the sweetest girl who LOVES toys and playing with other dogs Also have experience with anxious/nervous dogs as Cocoa is pretty anxious herself! I work as a therapist full time during the week however I am fully home in the evenings from 4pm on! Since I work during the week ideally drop off times for boarding would be 4pm on. I am also available for those who may need a sitter just for the evening! Weekends I am always home and they would have around the clock care for both daycare and boarding! Also willing to travel for pick ups/drop offs if needed! Also if you book with enough notice, there is a good chance I can request time off to be home for full supervision during the week! I have a fenced yard and my apartment is a pretty large size for them to roam/play! There is also a dog park in my apartment community if they have extra energy to burn off! About: I've spent my life caring for dogs of all sizes, breeds, and personalities, and I'm comfortable adapting to each pet's unique needs. I grew up with a pitbull who was very territorial and not friendly with strangers, so I’ve learned to understand warning signs and am comfortable with caring for dogs with behavioral issues. Today, I care for a lively household that includes an extremely energetic French Bulldog, a gentle and timid German Shepherd mix (very very large dog), a Maine Coon cat, a chinchilla, and 11 chickens. I have taken care of older dogs that needed physical support during walks, as well as dogs with medicine schedules. I am comfortable with manually putting medicine into a dog’s mouth if necessary for their routine. I have also cared for corn snakes, ball pythons and axolotls. My experience with such a wide range of critters has made me confident in caring for pets of any size, personality, and needs. I am currently on summer break from college, so my schedule is entirely flexible from Sunday-Friday. I work a part-time job on Saturdays so that is the only day I am unavailable. I can adhere to strict schedules, and I am very attentive to feeding/walking/medicine routines. I will give your pet lots of attention and as much playtime as they need (even if that means hours of high-energy play). On walks, I am used to dogs that roam somewhat freely (on a leash), but I also grew up walking a dog that I had to keep away from all people and animals, so I am able to accommodate your dog during walks in any way necessary.
