“Connor was great with our dog Bolt! This was our first time going through the app, she made it very easy. We were bringing Bolt to a boarding place nearby but would always feel very on edge and worrying while on vacation. He would come home from the boarding place and his elbows were very rough and red and he would be so thirsty. I picked him up from Connor and he was fine, like he never left home. He was a little tired but that’s to be expected going to a new place. Connor’s house was clean and she has a very nice yard and large covered porch she sat under with him. She was easy to communicate with and flexible. As soon as I met her and she met my dog, I knew we were going to be good! About: Over the last five years I have worked in both Daycare, Boarding, Training and as a Veterinarian assistant/tech taking care of more then a hundred dogs and cats in a single day. I have helped in training new puppies all the way to helping care for our senior pets, while giving owners peace of mind that while they are away, they know that no matter what part of life their pet might be in, that they will be cared for by someone with experience and love for their pet.

I will show up in any weather, and have no problems giving medication. I have no fears of any size dog, and am usually the one found with the dog rather than people at any gathering ha! I am super careful, super thorough, and very reliable. I currently do work, but with my schedule I have a lot of time available during the day and afternoons, some nights. I am able to do overnights with your dog at my house, or happy to come to you as well. About: When I’m not boarding, walking, or doing doggy daycare I’m hanging out with my kiddos. Occasionally I also foster puppies at 8 weeks old and start the potty training process and prepare them to go to their furever home. Does your dogs like to sleep on the couch? Perfect! I do too! I do local Arts Markets, but those aren't long days. A dog would get lots of attention. I have a fenced in back yard that has plenty of room for playing. The house is one floor, which would be easier on older dogs.

About: I’ve owned and worked with dogs my whole life. I am the owner of a grooming salon and have worked in dog daycares as well as an animal hospital. We will treat your pups like our own! 🥰 We like to stick with what they are used to at home. Sleep on the bed? No prob! Snuggle on the couch? You got it! But if you have rules you are working on we are happy to help with those too. We have a large fenced in yard but the snow is high right now. So to be safe we are only taking dogs under 30 lbs. I have always specialized in senior dog care so if you have e an older buddy they are in good hands! ♥️Can’t wait to meet your pups! Also, we have 2 small dogs so yours must be ok with other pups. My husband and I both work from home so it’s easy for us to give the pups attention and care all day. Together we have plenty of time for walks, play, and snuggles! I have a large fenced in yard, but if you prefer walks that’s totally doable. I also have a Chinese crested mix and a Schnoodle who are very used to new dogs in the home. We also have baby chicks in the house until spring but they are in enclosures. In case your pup has a high prey drive, they can be moved to a safer area. 😆

About: During the day, I am a full time homemaker. I can provide drop ins or boarding nearly any day during the week and also last minute. My son desires to earn spending cash. He's very responsible and will be supervised by me on all walks. He is looking to find 1-3 local families to Newburyport that he could come in the afterschool hours for walking, playing, feeding, etc. He is also available for weekends, puppy sitting/training, and energetic play time such as throwing a ball, going for runs, or long walks around the neighborhood. We have 1 (friendly) cat at home who has been around dogs in the past. She mainly just avoids them. We also have 2 (caged) rats that stay caged at all times. About: I have always had dogs but am currently without one after my 16-year-old golden retriever passed away. I am comfortable working with dogs of all ages, and understand how their needs, routines and personalities change throughout their lives. I live in a quiet community with beach access a short walk away. If you have a pup that loves to swim, go on adventures or walks, or simply spend time outside, I would be a great fit. While your away, you can be sure they too are enjoying a mini vacation. I can work from home so your dog will not be lonely during the day. There are some days I may not be home all day, but I will be sure to give them plenty of exercise with time to run, play or swim in the mornings, afternoons and evenings. I also have a life jacket for those dogs who are not strong swimmers or who may want a little extra support in the water. I've not crated any of my dogs, but if you are more comfortable with crating, I can accommodate that if you bring yours. I do not have a fenced in yard, but I do have a small side yard, access to trails and a beach so they will get plenty of time outside.

About: I have had pets my whole life and have been pet sitting for the past five years. I have come to know these pets that I have watched as family members, but have since moved back to California! I have experience with cats and dogs, both my own, and other people that I have watched as well as a few bunnies and even some rats! I am happy to help with cleaning around the house or small gardening activities if necessary during longer trips or anything else that might be necessary for someone to have a comfortable vacation! It’s great to go on walks for dogs and just to have some time lounging around for cats playing with one of their toys. I have experience with mildly aggressive or reactive dogs and semi feral cats and know some tips and tricks to make them feel more comfortable and less scared upon meeting me for the first time.

At this time my availability for boarding is between Wednesday-Sunday. I am also flexible on longer stays if needed for trips upon request. I have a fully fenced in yard for your pet to play in and be to be kept safe. I have two dogs that are under 25lbs and are 10 years and older. Depending on your pets age and play style they may or may not be interested in playing but can coexist. If your pet is dog aggressive, that is not a problem since I live in a home with two floors and can keep them separated without any worry of them having a problem.

I have performed a range of tasks, from common ones such as walking and feeding. To more uncommon ones such as administering oral pill medication. Currently pet care fits into every and any day of my daily and weekly routine. At this moment in time I am available all days of the week. Ad as long as it’s not soemthing before dawn, I am available most hours of the day. When it comes to things like dog walking. Providing safety and care is through using the proper leash for the dogs in the hosue and taking them on the required time/distance of walks. As well as giving them time to warm up to me as not to cause fear from an unknown individual. When my comes to things such as house sitting. Again, properly introducing myself to the pet. And fulfilling all tasks required for the pets healthy life style to continue. Also not touching anything in the house that is outside of the scope of what it allowed to give the pet what they need

About: I have taken care of pets my entire life. Growing up I had 6 fish, 2 bunnies, 2 Guinea Pigs, and a dog. I would often pet sit for many of my neighbors. Working at a wildlife shelter gave me experience caring for and handling wild animals. Working at a veterinary clinic I learned how to work in a team with animals, and how to make sure that pets get the care they need, even under pressure. I am available three days every week. I will allow notice of care how ever many days in advance you need, and a day of cancellation policy. Unfortunately I live in a dorm, and cannot house pets in my apartment. How ever, I have a reliable car and can drive anywhere needed, as well as transport dogs any where needed.

About: I have been taking care of dogs for a long time, from taking care of my own two dogs to helping out my friends and there pets. My family and friends trust me with there pets and all their needs, anything from walking their dogs to just cuddling with them! I am currently working part time Monday through Friday tell 10am. After that I am free the rest of the afternoon and evenings. On weekends I am generally free all day. In a clients home I will pay close attention to detail and what the client is expecting and trusting me with. I will respect the clients home and attend to their pets needs!
About: When I’m not boarding, walking, or doing doggy daycare I’m hanging out with my kiddos. Occasionally I also foster puppies at 8 weeks old and start the potty training process and prepare them to go to their furever home. Does your dogs like to sleep on the couch? Perfect! I do too! Do they prefer to sleep in bed with you at night? Not a problem, come on in! Does your dog need daily walks? You got it! I live on a quiet road off the beaten path. I tend to treat all animals with the respect and love I give my children and I teach my children the same morals. Pets aren’t just pets in my eyes, each dog has needs they need to have met and it’s my job to make that happen when they are in my care. During my high school years I spent my time after school volunteering at the local veterinary clinic assisting the vet techs preform their daily tasks. Growing up I worked on a dairy farm. I know how to administer medications, potty train, bathe, and trim nails. I’m a stay at home mom during the week so I am always home to give my furbabies all the love and attention they want. When I’m home and need to leave your pups will tag along with me through my daily routine and hangout with me. Or if they’d prefer to relax at home and have free range they can! I try to keep a potty and feeding schedule the same as when they are with you. I live in a lake house so if your pups love to swim then this is the place to be! I also have a decent size yard (unfenced) for playing. My two dogs will keep your furbaby company in a doggy sense. My children will also play with your babies so they will definitely have a lot of attention. Inside my house is baby proof so it is also dog proof. Do you want to FaceTime your dog while they are with me? Not a problem, call whenever. I will send pictures and updates throughout the day for you so you know they are okay. Your pets truly are treated like family in my care.
About: I have been around dogs all of my life and I have grown up with Boxers. When I was in high school I would watch dogs in my town very frequently, from staying overnight to just walking and letting them out during the day. I currently work full time in Portsmouth. I work in the office M-F but I can make arrangements if your pet needs to be let out during the day. I am respectful and courteous of my clients homes. I clean up after myself and I always keep my clients updated during my stay by providing pictures and reaching out if needed.
About: I have owned animals all my life and have plenty of enrichment activities- snuffle matts, snuffle balls, puzzle toys, regular toys, and a big yard to play in! I love animals and this is currently a full time job for me being a pet sitter and owner. I make my dog my life and we go for walks and adventures daily. I make a schedule for my own dog, which includes puzzle toys for breakfast, an afternoon walk or adventure, snuffle mats and balls for later, and plenty of cuddles throughout the day!

“Connor was great with our dog Bolt! This was our first time going through the app, she made it very easy. We were bringing Bolt to a boarding place nearby but would always feel very on edge and worrying while on vacation. He would come home from the boarding place and his elbows were very rough and red and he would be so thirsty. I picked him up from Connor and he was fine, like he never left home. He was a little tired but that’s to be expected going to a new place. Connor’s house was clean and she has a very nice yard and large covered porch she sat under with him. She was easy to communicate with and flexible. As soon as I met her and she met my dog, I knew we were going to be good! I plan to bring him to her again soon and will continue to for as long as I can!”

We found the kennel was awful, but we had to leave her as we were heading out of the country the same day. I found Gabrielle and Sara through Rover and they responded immediately. “Our energetic Maddie had a great stay with Tony. We always try to board her with people that have other dogs so she can play and make friends. Tony had her alone, but still managed to get her walking and running off leash in a fenced in yard and kept her happy.
