About: I've owned and cared for animals since high school. In addition to dogs and cats, I've owned horses since I was 16. I have been\am a foster parent for the Animal Rescue League of Boston since 2020. I'm a former puppy foster for service dogs and participated with early puppy training. I have carried those skills over to training other foster puppies and my personal dog. I will follow your pet care plan while in your home. For Puppies; all dogs are fed separately to avoid food aggression situations. All puppies will be crated for meals and sleeping overnight. I have had my golden retriever, Kona, for just over 9 years and he is my best friend. (He recently passed away from liver cancer) I now have 5 cats and sometimes foster for a local non-profit. One of my cats needs a daily oral medication, so I have experience dispensing liquid medication to cats and have also given shots to diabetic cats before. I’m happy to check up on your feline friend while you’re away or house sit and water your plants as well. I miss my Kona man so much, so I’ll spend as much time with your canine as you would like with some extra playtime and cuddles to get my dog fix! I’m in school full time in the fall but have full availability over the summer. When house sitting I won’t be able to be there 24/7 but I’m happy to do an overnight if you need it. I may need to work for 3 hours but never more than that. I have 5 cats at home correctly, so I’d prefer to pet sit in your home as bringing in more pets to our already loud house will be a little chaotic.
