About: I was a dog mom for 17 yrs. I had two dogs, Kiya and Elvis, who were the best friends a girl could ever ask for. Sadly, they are both gone now. I have watched dogs for friends and family and I volunteer at my local animal shelter. I find so much joy in it. I'm semi-retired now so I have found I have a lot more time to do both now. I would love to care for your dogs. I never met a dog I don't like. I know it can take time for some dogs to trust and I accept that, especially with the shelter dogs. About: We (myself, my nine-year old daughter, and our beagle) love to be active; truck rides to shady spots of water on hot days, to snowshoeing fun on trails in the winter (short walks around the neighborhood and “brain puzzles” take the cake for rainy days). We have learned new tricks and training skills through classes with a certified trainer. I am by no means a decorated professional, but I am educated and experienced with dogs. No more than one family of dogs at a time for services (up to 2 dogs). I prefer to keep our daily group small, and more one-on-one. Whether I’m there to hang out with your pup, or to take them out and about for the day, potty breaks are a must. If the weather is nice, we may spend our entire time outside! Please let me know if my beagle is okay to come with, or if your dog would do best without a four-legged friend.

About: I grew up on a small hobby farm in Vermont and have always had animals around. In high school and college, I volunteered at High Horses Therapeutic Riding Program in Sharon, Vermont and developed a love for horses. About: I’ve loved dogs my whole life and grew up in a family with them, so caring for them has always been second nature. Over the years, I’ve also looked after dogs for neighbors, giving me experience caring for pets with different personalities, routines, and energy levels. We already take our own friendly dog, Bunny, out on walks two to three times a day, and I’m happy to include guest dogs on frequent walks and park visits based on their personality, energy level, and your preferences. Your dog’s safety and comfort are my priority. During Lebanon’s hotter days, we carefully plan walks around the weather, avoid the hottest parts of the day, provide plenty of water, and monitor for signs of overheating to ensure every outing is enjoyable and safe. I treat every pet as if they were my own. Before caring for a dog, I like to learn about their routine, personality, feeding schedule, medications, favorite activities, and any behaviors or triggers so I can keep their experience as familiar and stress-free as possible. On our property, when dogs are outside they’re either on a leash walking or in our enclosed large yard space, never bring left unsupervised. Dogs always have access to fresh water, and receive regular potty breaks, walks, playtime, and plenty of attention. I keep a clean, pet-friendly environment and pay close attention to how each dog is feeling, especially during hot weather or after exercise. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I respect both the pet’s routine and the owner’s home. I’ll follow all instructions carefully, keep the home clean and secure, and provide regular updates and photos so you know how your pet is doing. About: I was a dog mom for 17 yrs. I had two dogs, Kiya and Elvis, who were the best friends a girl could ever ask for. Sadly, they are both gone now. I have watched dogs for friends and family and I volunteer at my local animal shelter. I find so much joy in it. I'm semi-retired now so I have found I have a lot more time to do both now. I would love to care for your dogs. I never met a dog I don't like. I know it can take time for some dogs to trust and I accept that, especially with the shelter dogs. I always miss the dogs I've watched and the dogs who get adopted. From the time I was a small child, I have been drawn to animals. I'm semi-retired now so I'm frequently available to care for your dogs. It can be a potty break on a long work day, a weekend get away or a vacation. I've watched dogs as small as a 3 lb chihuahua to a 75 lb lab. I easily adapt to whatever routine and care your dogs are used to. I have an agreement with myself that I don't leave your dogs unless I absolutely have to. I've watched dogs in Florida and Colorado where I was encouraged to venture out and enjoy myself but I preferred to do that with their dogs or not at all. I will treat them with the utmost care, after all they are like your children. I'm happy to have them sleep with me if that's what they feel best with. My dogs slept with me every night. I respect if people crate their dogs as well.
