About: If my rates are an obstacle in caring for your pet then I’m happy to provide a sliding scale and have a discussion upon request. Professionally, I was vet assistant at an animal clinic before returning to farm animal work. At the clinic I learned the basics of animal health care and I learned how to properly handle dogs and cats. Throughout the last twelve years I’ve farm-sat and pet-sat for numerous friends and family members! In the last year I worked at a doggy daycare and worked groups of 11-12 large dogs. I also worked in group of 15+ small dogs and "solos" (highly dog aggressive dogs). Working in that environment took me to the next level of understanding cues and dog behavior. I learned to advocate for dogs, look for health and safety warning signs and how to manage group dynamics. I am currently a *human* nurse and making time for animals because that is where I feel I really come alive. :) I believe that animals are part of the family and I will treat them like so. I have basic experience with dog training and I personally believe that dogs thrive in structured and predictable environments. I love exercising and having fun with dogs, too! About: I have had dogs my whole life. I worked at a doggy day care facility for 5 years and gained a ton of experience with dogs of all sized and temperaments! We have had 10 foster dogs in recent years who have taught me a lot! My current dog keeps me very active and we love long walks, hikes and the beach! My schedule is currently wide open. My dog is my everything and yours will get the same love and care while with me! We do long walks when temperatures allow and brief outdoor breaks during the day to stay cool and get in some exercise! I live in an apartment that is very walkable and has many parks around! My dog is a great playmate for other female dogs, and does good with most boys as well. We love long walks on the many trails in the area and love to explore!

Now I care and love any dog in need of a friendly and homey place to stay while their dog owner is away. If at the owner's house, I make sure the dog has fun in their comfort place, but I also make sure to leave just as clean as I found it. About: Everyone always asks me why dogs are so nice to me and quiet and I’m not really sure but I love all animals! So I hope you can trust me with yours! I work full time but after work I’m always available usually and on weekends. I’m very lenient towards everyone’s schedules so take your time! About: I've taken care of my and other's dogs and animals since age 10. I am a sizeable male who can handle larger breeds of dogs with pulling issues etc. From tall to small I teach for all. I care for my three dogs and daughter's cat 7 days a week, including feeding, medicating, providing mental and physical stimulation (play and training). After completing my full-time police career, I continued my K9 journey overseas, spending eight years in the Middle East providing private K9 handling and instruction in support of Army operations and Private Security detachments. Working in demanding and high-stress conditions further refined my skills and reinforced the importance of calm leadership, consistency, and deep respect for the dogs that depend on us. At the same time, I never stopped helping everyday families with their pets. Training and caring for family dogs — from energetic puppies to older companions — has always been just as important to me as working with professional K9 teams.
