Our dogs are old 12 and 14 yo so they occasional have accidents in the house and on our walkways, Clarke was warned about the issues. We were pleased with how well she dealt with the dog's accidents while we were away. Our house was left clean and our walkway was clear. While we were on our vacation, Clarke took pictures of our dogs for us. When we needed to sent Clarke text messages, she was quick to respond back to us regarding our dogs' status. About: I have had a dog at least 20 years. We occasionally have a Labrador a week at a time, he has full run of the house. I do not work, so I am home most of the time. I do local Arts Markets, but those aren't long days. A dog would get lots of attention. I have a fenced in back yard that has plenty of room for playing. The house is one floor, which would be easier on older dogs.

About: I’ve owned and worked with dogs my whole life. I am the owner of a grooming salon and have worked in dog daycares as well as an animal hospital. We will treat your pups like our own! 🥰 We like to stick with what they are used to at home. Sleep on the bed? No prob! Snuggle on the couch? You got it! But if you have rules you are working on we are happy to help with those too. We have a large fenced in yard but the snow is high right now. So to be safe we are only taking dogs under 30 lbs. I have always specialized in senior dog care so if you have e an older buddy they are in good hands! ♥️Can’t wait to meet your pups! Also, we have 2 small dogs so yours must be ok with other pups. My husband and I both work from home so it’s easy for us to give the pups attention and care all day. Together we have plenty of time for walks, play, and snuggles! I have a large fenced in yard, but if you prefer walks that’s totally doable. I also have a Chinese crested mix and a Schnoodle who are very used to new dogs in the home. We also have baby chicks in the house until spring but they are in enclosures. In case your pup has a high prey drive, they can be moved to a safer area. 😆

About: During the day, I am a full time homemaker. I can provide drop ins or boarding nearly any day during the week and also last minute. My son desires to earn spending cash. He's very responsible and will be supervised by me on all walks. He is looking to find 1-3 local families to Newburyport that he could come in the afterschool hours for walking, playing, feeding, etc. He is also available for weekends, puppy sitting/training, and energetic play time such as throwing a ball, going for runs, or long walks around the neighborhood. We have 1 (friendly) cat at home who has been around dogs in the past. She mainly just avoids them. We also have 2 (caged) rats that stay caged at all times. I’m currently working part time so I am very free to walk dogs and take care of cats along with both at once. About: I have had pets my whole life and have been pet sitting for the past five years. I have come to know these pets that I have watched as family members, but have since moved back to California! I have experience with cats and dogs, both my own, and other people that I have watched as well as a few bunnies and even some rats! I am happy to help with cleaning around the house or small gardening activities if necessary during longer trips or anything else that might be necessary for someone to have a comfortable vacation! I love making pets feel comfortable and sticking to their given routine. I feel that when the parents are out of town, it can be stressful so keeping things as normal as possible is incredibly important! It’s great to go on walks for dogs and just to have some time lounging around for cats playing with one of their toys. If your pet is dog aggressive, that is not a problem since I live in a home with two floors and can keep them separated without any worry of them having a problem.
About: i see all pets are an extension of the family, and sometimes is the glue that keeps the house together! having a little paw friend takes a whole village to raise and i’d love to be apart of you village and assist with any and all 4 legged needs (or 2 i don’t discriminate) I’m a hip hop dancer on my free nights and a budtender/store manager most nights! My first part of the day i would love to fill by assisting and care for pet needs before i hop skip to my 2nd job i’m always one to monitor you little friend and spend quality time, building that trust and bond! they are called a man’s best friend for a reason
About: I have taken care of pets my entire life. Growing up I had 6 fish, 2 bunnies, 2 Guinea Pigs, and a dog. I would often pet sit for many of my neighbors. Working at a wildlife shelter gave me experience caring for and handling wild animals. Working at a veterinary clinic I learned how to work in a team with animals, and how to make sure that pets get the care they need, even under pressure. I am available three days every week. I will allow notice of care how ever many days in advance you need, and a day of cancellation policy. Unfortunately I live in a dorm, and cannot house pets in my apartment. How ever, I have a reliable car and can drive anywhere needed, as well as transport dogs any where needed.
About: I have owned animals all my life and have plenty of enrichment activities- snuffle matts, snuffle balls, puzzle toys, regular toys, and a big yard to play in! I love animals and this is currently a full time job for me being a pet sitter and owner. I make my dog my life and we go for walks and adventures daily. I make a schedule for my own dog, which includes puzzle toys for breakfast, an afternoon walk or adventure, snuffle mats and balls for later, and plenty of cuddles throughout the day!
About: I have been taking care of dogs for a long time, from taking care of my own two dogs to helping out my friends and there pets. My family and friends trust me with there pets and all their needs, anything from walking their dogs to just cuddling with them! I am currently working part time Monday through Friday tell 10am. After that I am free the rest of the afternoon and evenings. On weekends I am generally free all day. In a clients home I will pay close attention to detail and what the client is expecting and trusting me with. I will respect the clients home and attend to their pets needs!

“Connor was great with our dog Bolt! This was our first time going through the app, she made it very easy. We were bringing Bolt to a boarding place nearby but would always feel very on edge and worrying while on vacation. He would come home from the boarding place and his elbows were very rough and red and he would be so thirsty. I picked him up from Connor and he was fine, like he never left home. He was a little tired but that’s to be expected going to a new place. Connor’s house was clean and she has a very nice yard and large covered porch she sat under with him. She was easy to communicate with and flexible. As soon as I met her and she met my dog, I knew we were going to be good! I plan to bring him to her again soon and will continue to for as long as I can!”
