She took the time to show me where Luna would be, introduced me to the other dogs, and made sure I felt completely comfortable before I left. Throughout the stay, she sent plenty of photos and thoughtful updates, which gave me so much peace of mind. It was obvious Luna wasn’t just being watched, she was getting tons of attention, enrichment, and love. She truly treated Luna like one of her own. “This was our first time boarding our new puppy (13 weeks old) and we were nervous but Mercis was so wonderful and met with us and our pup ahead of time so we felt very comfortable before we left our littlest family member for the long weekend. About: I have had 2 dogs for the last 6 years although one recently passed and have helped out with dogs since I was 16. Not great with cats but could watch it needed. I can administer medication as well as I had to for my dog. Monday and Friday I can use my lunch break for a visit, middle of the week days , I am available after 3, weekends are wide open I have a fenced in yard with plenty of space and our dog cannoli is very very friendly and will love to have a friend. She is up to date with all vaccinations.

About: I have taken care of cats my whole life and never been without a few furry friends in my house. I currently have 3 adorable cats and am very familiar with changing litter, refreshing water, feeding, playing, etc. I am also familiar with giving cats inhalers and other medications, as one of my cats has asthma. About: Without exception, the dog park is always one of the best parts of my day. I've had three dogs of my own, and have been around countless other dogs, most of whom instantly become my new best friends. We just gravitate to each other, hence the fuzzy friend whisperer nickname. I have a playful, loving attitude toward every dog I meet. I am also sensitive to dogs who need a little more patience and space to ease into trusting me and respect the boundaries that they need to do that. My training style with my own dogs is focused on positive reinforcement rather than punishment. This approach translates to other dogs as well, unless their owners request differently. Your dog will be in caring, responsible hands with me. They will be loved. Vogel Emergency Vet just opened right across the street from our house, so if anything kind of emergency pops up, your baby will be a hop, skip and a jump away from the care they need. I'm self employed and work mostly from home so my schedule is quite flexible. Sometimes I’ll have drop in visits throughout the day, but if your dog is boarding with me, there will generally be someone else at home with them. They’ll rarely, if ever be left alone. I live on a small farm but also live near a road, so your dog will always be safely on a leash when we go outside for potty breaks. I have a very friendly 12 year old 45lb labradoodle named Huck to keep your baby company in the rare cases that I'm not at home. I have a "squirrel observatory" (bird feeder) right near my workspace so your dog will not only be supervised most of the time but also entertained.

When I came across Donnie on Rover, and after reading his profile and reviews, I felt he was the one for Nala. We did a meet and greet and within seconds of meeting us he corrected me on what I was doing wrong. I respected that, because to me that showed me he straight up and real. Also, he was the very first K9 professional that didn’t sell me dreams and he made no promises. He gives off a bright welcoming glow and is always sporting a huge smile. Since Nala has been attending his daycare she has become a completely different dog. A dog that i had always hope for her. She definitely has a ways to go, but my goodness has she come far. Only one “little guy” at a time…🥰 I’m loving my retirement and have lots of time and love to give. I have some scheduled exercise classes in the mornings but always home by 10:30. I’ve had so many dogs over the years. Routine visits to the vet are mandatory and walking, playing, and interacting with my friends are essential. I’m also very familiar with dogs with anxiety. One needs to approach this in a calm and careful way and watch the signs for anxiety coming on and be able to respond with love and kindness. Living right in the middle of Stratham Hill Park, I have easy access to the walking trails. Because I don’t know your dog, they will never be off leash but will be outside often during the day!! I love to walk. 🥰 I have a lovely crate IF your dog prefers this quiet space, but I will not be crating unless you ask me to. Typically my 11 year old grandson will come by after school to snuggle, play and go for a walk with me and your pup!

About: We are a family of four! We have my kids 50 percent of the time- they are 9 and 7! We have a fenced in yard that the animals can run in! I work from home so I’m home majority of the day- I leave for some meetings randomly but not for too long. I work from home and my job is very flexible. I will be home majority of the time and will be able to give a lot of attention and love! I have a full fenced in yard! I have a screened in porch also that provides some outside time when not in the yard! It’s a very safe area!

About: I have had 2 dogs for the last 6 years although one recently passed and have helped out with dogs since I was 16. Not great with cats but could watch it needed. I can administer medication as well as I had to for my dog. Monday and Friday I can use my lunch break for a visit, middle of the week days , I am available after 3, weekends are wide open I have a fenced in yard with plenty of space and our dog cannoli is very very friendly and will love to have a friend. She is up to date with all vaccinations.

I will create a plan of care specific to your dog in order to recreate the consistencies of their home life and ensure a comfortable experience. I am a stay at home parent with minimal commitments outside of the home, which makes my schedule very flexible and accommodating. I do have some weekday morning appointments that may require me to leave the house for 1-2 hours. If boarding, I am available for last minute bookings. For dog walking or services that require being out of the home, I will need a few day notice to ensure I am not busy with other clients as I plan to only work with one family at a time. Please note that I have two older children that may accompany me for dog walking and drop in visits, but I will personally be responsible for handling all pet care. I have two friendly dogs who are both crate trained but prefer to roam freely. I keep a gate on the staircase to keep pets on the main level. This is for safety to ensure they are better supervised and not left unattended. My main level is very clear and clutter free. I have a gate on the back deck so the dogs can lounge safely outdoors. I do not have a fenced yard as our dogs are trained to stay within the boundary of the back yard, but I do have a dog play pen attached to the deck in the yard for potty breaks (this was set up to house train my puppy in a more confined area outside). Please let me know preference for your dog being outside as I am happy to take them out on a leash or let them in the play pen area if they aren't jumpers.

One of our girls can be very reactive towards other dogs while on walks and Josh took the time to help with this. He was even able to include one of his dogs on a walk with our reactive pup after some training. The walk went great and we can see such a difference in our girls behavior for the better! My family always had multiple dogs in the house, and I have helped birth and raise puppies and kittens more than once. So I am slightly limited during week days. However, I can still either stop by or stay at your home on those days. I am available on weekends. I also have half days on Friday (I get out at 12). About: I've had a number of pets throughout my life that I have taken care of including dogs of all sizes. I hold a special place in my heart for pitbulls as my sweetest girl was a pittie mix. I'm also used to anxious animals and can manage a pet who doesn't appreciate human contact very much. “We were a little nervous to leave Indy for a week, but our fears were immediately put to rest when we saw how wonderfully he was treated by Stacey and her family! Indy loved her fenced-in backyard and playing in the kiddie pool on the hot days! Indy and Stacey bonded quickly and we enjoyed the frequent updates, pictures, and videos.
