About: I’ve loved dogs my whole life and grew up in a family with them, so caring for dogs has always been a natural part of my life, and has informed our decisions on our land, with a fully fenced-in maintained & mowed yard of over half an acre, with plenty of room for dogs to run, play, and explore. About: I can’t remember the last time I’ve lived in a home without a dog or cat! I’ve been training my own furball who’s 10 months old and he’s doing great! I’d say most of my experience comes from watching my own animals, family’s furry friends and neighbors’ pets. I have some time on my hands in between jobs at the moment to help others out. About: I was a dog mom for 17 yrs. I had two dogs, Kiya and Elvis, who were the best friends a girl could ever ask for. Sadly, they are both gone now. I have watched dogs for friends and family and I volunteer at my local animal shelter. I find so much joy in it. I'm semi-retired now so I have found I have a lot more time to do both now. I would love to care for your dogs. I never met a dog I don't like. I know it can take time for some dogs to trust and I accept that, especially with the shelter dogs. I always miss the dogs I've watched and the dogs who get adopted. From the time I was a small child, I have been drawn to animals. I'm semi-retired now so I'm frequently available to care for your dogs. It can be a potty break on a long work day, a weekend get away or a vacation. I've watched dogs as small as a 3 lb chihuahua to a 75 lb lab. I easily adapt to whatever routine and care your dogs are used to. I have an agreement with myself that I don't leave your dogs unless I absolutely have to. I've watched dogs in Florida and Colorado where I was encouraged to venture out and enjoy myself but I preferred to do that with their dogs or not at all. I will treat them with the utmost care, after all they are like your children. I'm happy to have them sleep with me if that's what they feel best with. My dogs slept with me every night. I respect if people crate their dogs as well.

About: I have grown up with animals. For as long as I can remember we owned some type of animal, from fish to goats. We owned them. We always visited my families farms there were cows, horses, pigs and DOGS! I loved the dogs. The dogs and horses were my favorite parts! I was lucky enough to live on my aunts horse farm for a few years and help with the rescue pups that she would foster. She has taught me a lot about working with dogs as well as other animals and how to work with them together and being around each other. I have been dog sitting/boarding for a 10 years now. I have met many different dog breeds and with many different personalities! I would be a great choice for you and your fur babies! Schedule: I work from home as an entrepreneur! This gives me plenty of time to take pups for a walk, swimming, hiking or on an adventure ride! Care: I have been working with animals and dog for 15+ years. Safety if my main concern, for myself and your fur babies! I make sure to follow instructions left without question. While house sitting I ensure to leave a place well kept and more clean then when arriving!

She approached them with respect and restraint, so they would get a chance to sniff her before we left them with her. She has a beautiful property with fenced yard, where dogs can run and have fun and be safe. We also gave her a go ahead to take the dogs on longer walks on nearby trails. The rest of Christy's family doted on our dogs, and the dogs loved all the attention. Christy sent us pictures and videos of dogs enjoying themselves and she was available over text if we had questions. We hope to use Christy's dog sitting services again.”
About: I’ve loved dogs my whole life and grew up in a family with them, so caring for dogs has always been a natural part of my life, and has informed our decisions on our land, with a fully fenced-in maintained & mowed yard of over half an acre, with plenty of room for dogs to run, play, and explore. Over the years, I’ve cared for dogs of friends, neighbors, and family, which has given me experience with different breeds, personalities, routines, and energy levels. My wife and I also have our own dog, Bunny, who has been with us since she was just 8 weeks old. She is truly part of our family—basically our daughter! We’ve put a great deal of time, attention, and love into raising her. She has attended multiple training classes, receives regular veterinary care and healthy meals, has more toys than she knows what to do with, and travels with us whenever possible. Because of these experiences, I’m comfortable caring for both large and small dogs and understand that every dog has different needs. I’m happy to adapt to your dog’s normal routine, whether that means energetic walks and playtime, trips to the dog park, practicing their training, or simply providing a calm and comfortable environment where they can relax. What I can especially offer is plenty of time and individual attention. I’m currently between jobs, which gives me a very flexible schedule and allows me to spend a lot of time with the dogs in my care. My wife is an AI scientist who works from home, so between the two of us, there is almost always someone around. Most importantly, we understand how much trust it takes to leave a beloved pet in someone else’s care. I pay close attention to each dog’s behavior, comfort, and wellbeing, and I’m happy to send regular photos and updates so you know how your dog is doing while you’re away. We would care for your fur baby with the same patience, attention, and affection that we give Bunny. We live on Farr Farm, a spacious former family farm. We have a fully fenced-in maintained & mowed yard of over half an acre, with plenty of room for dogs to run, play, and explore. The yard is roughly half shaded by large mature trees and half open and sunny, so dogs can choose where they’re most comfortable throughout any activity. We’ve also set up outdoor enrichment and play options, including tug and pull toys hanging from some of the trees, large herding balls, and plenty of open space for running and playing. For dogs who benefit from a little extra security outdoors, we also have an optional leash run. I’m currently between jobs, which gives me a very flexible schedule, and my wife is a medical research scientist who works from home. Between the two of us, we have plenty of time and space to give the dogs in our care lots of attention and companionship throughout the day. Our dog, Bunny, is extremely friendly and loves being around both people and other dogs. She’s playful, social, and always excited to make a new friend. Because we don’t want her to feel lonely, we regularly take her to the dog park so she can socialize and play with other dogs. Seeing how happy she is running around and making friends is actually one of the reasons we decided we’d love to welcome other dogs into our home. Pet care is already a big part of our everyday life, so having another dog around fits very naturally into our routine. We have the time, space, and flexibility to give our guest dogs plenty of attention, outdoor time, play, and companionship, while also giving Bunny a new friend to spend time with. I treat every pet as if they were my own. Before caring for a dog, I like to learn about their routine, personality, feeding schedule, medications, favorite activities, and any behaviors or triggers so I can keep their experience as familiar and stress-free as possible. On our property, when dogs are outside they’re either on a leash walking or in our enclosed large yard space, never bring left unsupervised. Dogs always have access to fresh water, and receive regular potty breaks, walks, playtime, and plenty of attention. I keep a clean, pet-friendly environment and pay close attention to how each dog is feeling, especially during hot weather or after exercise. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I respect both the pet’s routine and the owner’s home. I’ll follow all instructions carefully, keep the home clean and secure, and provide regular updates and photos so you know how your pet is doing. My goal is for you to feel completely comfortable knowing your pet is safe, happy, and well cared for while you’re away.
