About: Our family has had dogs ever since our grown son was a child. We have owned and loved three dogs. As a retiree, I am happy to board your well-behaved, adult dog in my country home. Your dog will be the only dog I care for and will receive my full attention, as I will only care for one dog at a time. I'm retired and have plenty of time to spend with your dog. I love to walk in good weather and if your dog behaves on leash, I am happy to take your dog on safe, country hikes. If not, I have a large, fenced in yard for your dog to play in. I will treat your well-behaved dog as a family member. Our home is a quiet, relaxed setting, and a great environment for senior or fearful dogs. If you live nearby, I prefer doing a "meet and greet" with your dog prior to boarding to enable a smooth transition when it's boarding time.

“Kate and John were incredible in looking after our black lab Pepper! We were visiting Conway from CT and needed a couple of days to visit area attractions with our kids. Their proximity to downtown Conway was perfect for us. Both days Kate and John were ready for us upon arrival and sent messages and pictures throughout the day. They even took Pepper on a nice long walk with their own dogs, which was super nice! I would highly recommend Kate and John if you need a sitter in the Conway,NH area.”
About: I've been surrounded by animals my whole life, and wouldn't have it any other way. Throughout my childhood, I helped my parents raise cows, goats, pigs, chickens, our llama, and a few more little critters on our farm. We've always had dogs and cats, and my love for them doesn't compare. I've helped feed, walk, bathe, cut toenails, and give shots and medication since able to do so. I've helped out family friends with walking and pet sitting for their dogs. I love forming bonds with all kinds of animals and having them be a part of my day. About: Hi, I'm Kaitlin! I've been caring for pets for 20+ years. I currently have three dog-savvy indoor cats, two friendly (albeit loud) dogs, and I treat every pet I care for like my own. I have children in my home (ages range from 4 – 16) who have all grown up with both cats and dogs and are well versed in respecting their personal space. My husband and I both work from home during the week, with the occasional in-office day, so my home offers constant companionship for our guests. Someone is always home and guests are never left unattended. A few things that set my care apart: - Experience with crate training/trained dogs. I can offer support in your training journey if it is something you are working on with your dog. - While I do not currently have a fenced-in yard, I do live on a private dead-end road in a quiet neighborhood. We do not have heavy traffic and can walk for as long as necessary to tucker your pup out. I also have long leads (60ft) for outdoor play on our property. - Daily photo updates of your pet(s) if desired. - Experience with dogs of all ages. - If your pet prefers a calmer environment, my at-home work space provides a reprieve from the rest of the house while maintaining companionship. - Competitive rates and flexible scheduling. I can typically accommodate emergency requests, though Fridays can be tricky with my in-office work rotation. - Bonus: I also have experience with chickens and love all animals, barnyard or otherwise. I can accommodate check-in visits to refresh water and feed as long as instructions are provided.
