“Connor was great with our dog Bolt! This was our first time going through the app, she made it very easy. We were bringing Bolt to a boarding place nearby but would always feel very on edge and worrying while on vacation. He would come home from the boarding place and his elbows were very rough and red and he would be so thirsty. I picked him up from Connor and he was fine, like he never left home. He was a little tired but that’s to be expected going to a new place. Connor’s house was clean and she has a very nice yard and large covered porch she sat under with him. She was easy to communicate with and flexible. As soon as I met her and she met my dog, I knew we were going to be good! I plan to bring him to her again soon and will continue to for as long as I can!”

Our other cat is a Maine Coon who requires some extra enrichment and attention. Jen took the time to play with him each time she visited. About: I've had dogs all of my life. All of my dogs I rescued, Rosco from North Carolina, Athena from Puerto Rico, Otis a Maine resident (my other half best friend) ,Piglet from Georgia and Thia from Saint Thomas. I've always had a love and special way with dogs. It's all about time and patience they are 4 legged kids. Ive introduced a senior dog who was not fond of other dogs to his new sister and they lived happily in the house together. I've had alot of experience with senior dogs dealing with hip issues and mobility. I am also a pitbull mom so I know all about their attitude. I have went through obedient school and have learned alot and plain on continue training not just for my self but for the dogs we have to be trained just as much as they do. I'm currently working 7 to 3 M-F but have time at night and on weekends in my daily schedule that I would love to fill and what better way then spending with animals. I treat my pets as if they are kids because they are my kids! I'm a dog mom. My dogs have a fenced in back yard they always run around in.

About: Hi, I'm Kaitlin! I've been caring for pets for 20+ years. I currently have three dog-savvy indoor cats, two friendly (albeit loud) dogs, and I treat every pet I care for like my own. I have children in my home (ages range from 4 – 16) who have all grown up with both cats and dogs and are well versed in respecting their personal space. About: I have had a dog at least 20 years. We occasionally have a Labrador a week at a time, he has full run of the house. I do not work, so I am home most of the time. I do local Arts Markets, but those aren't long days. A dog would get lots of attention. I have a fenced in back yard that has plenty of room for playing. The house is one floor, which would be easier on older dogs.

About: I've been a special needs dog owner, am honored to be loved by my partner's parrot, as well as taken care of other dogs, cats, rabbits, geese, goats, and am a horse person. I can throw hay, if given proper instructions can put together the morning grain. I love taking care of bonded pairs of house rabbits, as well as curling up with a doggo or a kitty. If I'm doing in home, I tend to first feed the pet(s) in the morning, before I get myself breakfast, and the same for dinner. About: I’ve taken care of dogs for 13 years ,I love to work with dogs of all shapes and sizes. I personally own 3 American bully’s so have a lot of experience with large dog breeds. I can take your dog/s for walks , feed them ,do drop in visits or play with them. I have a small farm so have experience tending to rabbits, cats ,chickens,pigs, goats and chinchillas I work part time and am available weekdays / nights and weekends, i am available for overnights or early morning pick up / drop off I can come to you and take your dog/s for walks or playtime in your yard or neighborhood as well as taking them to hiking trails, parks or just out for a little socializing (depending on the dog) I have dogs that I can bring if your fur baby needs a playmate as well. I also offer daycare and boarding in my home, I don’t currently have a fence up but we are adding one in the spring. I have plenty of room for inside play for the dogs and go on multiple walks a day with them. I do have personal dogs but I can have it so they are separated if your dog doesn’t do well with others.

This was my first time doing anything like this and she made the process so easy and when we went on our trip we knew they would be in good hands. He had him outside a ton, gave him great walks, followed our specific food instructions perfectly, and just genuinely obviously cared about Riggs being safe and comfortable. He was also super communicative during Riggs’ whole stay, and flexible with drop off and pick up times. I highly recommend Ric!”
“Kate & John were amazing with my dad’s dog, Walter! He is an anxious boy, and they made sure he felt at home, and got him settled right in. Their dogs, Theo and Luna, were very friendly and welcomed him with happy tails and they had a lot of fun together. They took him on adventures to a brook, walking trails and lots of playing fetch. They were very responsive and communicative which put my nervous dad at ease and he was able to enjoy his vacation worry free. It is very apparent that this family enjoys welcoming other dogs into their home and caring for them, we highly recommend Kate & John!”
“Connor was great with our dog Bolt! This was our first time going through the app, she made it very easy. We were bringing Bolt to a boarding place nearby but would always feel very on edge and worrying while on vacation. He would come home from the boarding place and his elbows were very rough and red and he would be so thirsty. I picked him up from Connor and he was fine, like he never left home. He was a little tired but that’s to be expected going to a new place. Connor’s house was clean and she has a very nice yard and large covered porch she sat under with him. She was easy to communicate with and flexible. As soon as I met her and she met my dog, I knew we were going to be good! I plan to bring him to her again soon and will continue to for as long as I can!”
About: I have always had dogs but am currently without one after my 16-year-old golden retriever passed away. I am comfortable working with dogs of all ages, and understand how their needs, routines and personalities change throughout their lives. I live in a quiet community with beach access a short walk away. If you have a pup that loves to swim, go on adventures or walks, or simply spend time outside, I would be a great fit. While your away, you can be sure they too are enjoying a mini vacation. I can work from home so your dog will not be lonely during the day. There are some days I may not be home all day, but I will be sure to give them plenty of exercise with time to run, play or swim in the mornings, afternoons and evenings. I also have a life jacket for those dogs who are not strong swimmers or who may want a little extra support in the water. I've not crated any of my dogs, but if you are more comfortable with crating, I can accommodate that if you bring yours. I do not have a fenced in yard, but I do have a small side yard, access to trails and a beach so they will get plenty of time outside.

About: Our family has had dogs ever since our grown son was a child. We have owned and loved three dogs. As a retiree, I am happy to board your well-behaved, adult dog in my country home. Your dog will be the only dog I care for and will receive my full attention, as I will only care for one dog at a time. I'm retired and have plenty of time to spend with your dog. I love to walk in good weather and if your dog behaves on leash, I am happy to take your dog on safe, country hikes. If not, I have a large, fenced in yard for your dog to play in. I will treat your well-behaved dog as a family member. Our home is a quiet, relaxed setting, and a great environment for senior or fearful dogs. If you live nearby, I prefer doing a "meet and greet" with your dog prior to boarding to enable a smooth transition when it's boarding time.
