We left Sully for an extended period of time for the very first time, which of course came with parental nerves and concerns (especially since my dog has IBD, so he needs the extra care and attention) Ashton was incredibly responsive, accommodating, and understanding of our nerves, but his care for Sully quickly dissolved our nerves of leaving Sully with how well he cared for him. Ashton sent us morning/evening updates, pictures, and took care of our dog as if he was one of his own (so much so that we could tell Sully was sad to leave him!) Ashton is an amazing pup care giver, i’d recommend him 10/10 and will choose him 100x over next time we need a sitter (and i know Sully will be so excited to see him again)”

About: Dogs have been a part of my heart my whole life. Growing up we always had a dog in the house, big or small. Fast forward to now, my partner and I have fostered almost 40 dogs in recent years. Since then, I have cared for dozens of local dogs that are reactive, anxious, high energy, you name it. About: We enjoy walks outside and hiking on the local trails in the area. Our home is very welcoming to pets of all sizes. We have had 8 dogs at one time staying here in size from an extra large Swiss Mountain Dog to a tiny Chihuahua. We love playing with the pups in the yard and ensure they get the exercise they need. We also make sure there is always someone home with to make sure they are taken care of. Our Greater Swiss Mountain dog is extremely friendly with people and dogs and loves making new friends. About: I have had animals my whole life from babies to senior. Always a cat and dog and lately have expanded to chickens and ducks. Animal care is my top priority and main focus as I do not have children. My animals are my kids and are treated as thus....very spoiled! Pet care is my number one priority. My work schedule is flexible to this and can be adjusted as necessary to support my pets needs. I care for pets based on routine and love. I find it important maintaining this to establish expectation and stability for the animals. Routine would include; feeding and bathroom schedule with exercise and rest in between. About: I have had dogs my entire life. Big dogs, small dogs, medium dogs. Usually 2 at a time. Our last dog passed in 2020 at age 11. In November 2022 we adopted a 10 month old blue tick coonhound. Her name is Pickle and she’s the sweetest. She’s super shy and submissive and we haven’t had any issues with her meeting other dogs, but we do want to ensure she is comfortable before booking anything and we require a meet and greet prior to confirming any bookings. When it comes to training, we use positive reinforcement and gentle words. In fact, the last dog I was training we hired a trainer to come in, since it had been a while for me, and the trainer said I was doing a great job and didn't think there needed to be any additional visits, unless I wanted them. I work part time, Tuesday’s , Wednesdays, and Thursday’s. Tuesday and Wednesday I work about 4-5 hours in an office, Thursday’s is only 2 hours. I also drop my daughter and son off at school and pick them up Tuesday through Thursday. I have a fenced in yard and plenty of toys! We provide positive reinforcement and lots of cuddles! My children are relatively dog savvy, we have a 1, 3 year old, and a 6 year old.

I’ve been proudly taking care of my neighbors dog and house for 3 years when they are away for family and business matters. This includes half an hour drop ins and house sittings for up to 2 weeks to not only keep their fur baby company, but take good care of their house as well. On the day of the walk Heather was flexible and punctual . I worry about Lulu when I'm away, but felt at ease knowing that Heather was going to do a great job with her. Heather took Lulu to her favorite spots and she was really happy after the walk. I will definitely use Heather again. She is one of the best walkers I've had over the years. We left Sully for an extended period of time for the very first time, which of course came with parental nerves and concerns (especially since my dog has IBD, so he needs the extra care and attention) Ashton was incredibly responsive, accommodating, and understanding of our nerves, but his care for Sully quickly dissolved our nerves of leaving Sully with how well he cared for him. Ashton sent us morning/evening updates, pictures, and took care of our dog as if he was one of his own (so much so that we could tell Sully was sad to leave him!) Ashton is an amazing pup care giver, i’d recommend him 10/10 and will choose him 100x over next time we need a sitter (and i know Sully will be so excited to see him again)”

About: Dogs have been a part of my heart my whole life. Growing up we always had a dog in the house, big or small. Fast forward to now, my partner and I have fostered almost 40 dogs in recent years. Since then, I have cared for dozens of local dogs that are reactive, anxious, high energy, you name it. Whether it be a puppy who needs constant attention or an older dog that is set in their ways, I have handled it. Your dog(s) will be in caring, assured hands with me. I will care for any breed of any age, size or temperament. I currently work as a local dog walker, boarder and groomer. I am also home quite a bit as well. This allows me to take your pup on an adventure with me during the day where they can go on pack walks, explore and sniff or they can chill in the yard if that is more their style. I am fully insured and certified in canine first aid and CPR, so your dog is always in safe, capable hands. My family dogs are friendly, laid back and always welcome to new friends. My home is set up with multiple boundaries to allow dogs to have quiet time when needed.

When Charlotte ran out of food, Susan went to the pet store to buy her new food so that she would not have to switch to something that she was not used to. Amazingly they let Charlotte up on their bed. Lots of cuddling photos. Charlotte looked happy in every one of them. I was very pleased and would highly recommend them!
