The best thing about caring for animals, is seeing their personalities, what they consider manners, and seeing them light up when they're being respected on their terms too. The best part of my mornings on my family farm, is taking a hike with the Bassett. Neither of us are satisfied with our morning until it happens. She needs it, and deserves it. While I'm away from her, I need to hike, or I get soft I ask owners what their pets needs and personalities are. What they consider manners, and if they are tricksters, what to expect. Normally my dog is an anxious mess after not seeing me for even a few hours, so he must have felt safe and been extremely well cared-for. Since I’m home, your dog won’t be left alone for long periods of time\. I have plenty of time for regular potty breaks, walks, playtime, feeding, and of course lots of attention and affection\. I enjoy having dogs around and love making them feel like part of the family while they’re in my care\. I can also follow your dog’s normal schedule and routine to help them feel as comfortable and at home as possible\. My home has a large open backyard with 2.12 acres, giving dogs plenty of space to run, play, explore, exercise, and enjoy the outdoors safely.
