About: My partner, August, and I have been caring for dogs our whole lives. We have experience working with different ages, breeds, temperaments, and varying levels of special needs care. We began our training journey when we rescued our two german Shepards and trained them as our service dogs. Our girls, Maya and Sadie, have grown so much in these past years! Watching the progress is very rewarding, so we want to extend that same reward to you, your pup, and your family. At this time, we offer dog walking, drop ins, overnight stays and boarding. About: I have had dogs my whole life. I worked at a doggy day care facility for 5 years and gained a ton of experience with dogs of all sized and temperaments! We have had 10 foster dogs in recent years who have taught me a lot! My current dog keeps me very active and we love long walks, hikes and the beach! My schedule is currently wide open. My dog is my everything and yours will get the same love and care while with me! We do long walks when temperatures allow and brief outdoor breaks during the day to stay cool and get in some exercise! I live in an apartment that is very walkable and has many parks around! About: I have over 15 years of animal care experience. Including experience in animal welfare in a shelter environment, working with animal rescue cases. In this position I was responsible for handling and training everything from puppies, to highly reactive traumatized dogs. If wanted, I can easily weave basic training into my stay with your dog. I currently work part time no longer in the animal welfare field as I grow my full-time pet sitting business. My love and passion for animal care has not dwindled. About: I like dogs and cats. Doesn’t matter what I watch but cats are easier for sure! I live in Weirs Beach where many peopke walk their dogs. My house is a perfect location for me to watch your pet if you go to a concert at Bank of NH Pavillion or go on the Mt Washington cruise ship or Train ride! Open for anything since I’m retired and have the time now. Prefer to watch pets in my own home but will watch in yours if your more comfortable I don’t have fenced in yard. I would need to walk dogs on leash or keep cats inside. I do have yard for dogs to wander around as long as they are tethered and I’m watching them
About: I have spent lots of time with a family dog and have been a sitter for several breeds over the years, often through friends and family. I am always over the moon to meet and spoil (to the owners comfort) a new furry freind! I am currently a graduate student which allows me the flexibility to schedule quality walks and play time with your pups! About: I have grown up with animals. For as long as I can remember we owned some type of animal, from fish to goats. We owned them. We always visited my families farms there were cows, horses, pigs and DOGS! I loved the dogs. The dogs and horses were my favorite parts! I was lucky enough to live on my aunts horse farm for a few years and help with the rescue pups that she would foster. She has taught me a lot about working with dogs as well as other animals and how to work with them together and being around each other. I have been dog sitting/boarding for a 10 years now. About: I’ve loved dogs my whole life and grew up in a family with them, so caring for dogs has always been a natural part of my life, and has informed our decisions on our land, with a fully fenced-in maintained & mowed yard of over half an acre, with plenty of room for dogs to run, play, and explore. My wife and I also have our own dog, Bunny, who has been with us since she was just 8 weeks old. She is truly part of our family—basically our daughter! She has attended multiple training classes, receives regular veterinary care and healthy meals, has more toys than she knows what to do with, and travels with us whenever possible. What I can especially offer is plenty of time and individual attention. I’m currently between jobs, which gives me a very flexible schedule and allows me to spend a lot of time with the dogs in my care. My wife is an AI scientist who works from home, so between the two of us, there is almost always someone around. Most importantly, we understand how much trust it takes to leave a beloved pet in someone else’s care. We have a fully fenced-in maintained & mowed yard of over half an acre, with plenty of room for dogs to run, play, and explore. The yard is roughly half shaded by large mature trees and half open and sunny, so dogs can choose where they’re most comfortable throughout any activity. We’ve also set up outdoor enrichment and play options, including tug and pull toys hanging from some of the trees, large herding balls, and plenty of open space for running and playing. For dogs who benefit from a little extra security outdoors, we also have an optional leash run. I’m currently between jobs, which gives me a very flexible schedule, and my wife is a medical research scientist who works from home. Between the two of us, we have plenty of time and space to give the dogs in our care lots of attention and companionship throughout the day. Our dog, Bunny, is extremely friendly and loves being around both people and other dogs. She’s playful, social, and always excited to make a new friend. Because we don’t want her to feel lonely, we regularly take her to the dog park so she can socialize and play with other dogs. Seeing how happy she is running around and making friends is actually one of the reasons we decided we’d love to welcome other dogs into our home. Pet care is already a big part of our everyday life, so having another dog around fits very naturally into our routine. We have the time, space, and flexibility to give our guest dogs plenty of attention, outdoor time, play, and companionship, while also giving Bunny a new friend to spend time with. I treat every pet as if they were my own. Before caring for a dog, I like to learn about their routine, personality, feeding schedule, medications, favorite activities, and any behaviors or triggers so I can keep their experience as familiar and stress-free as possible. On our property, when dogs are outside they’re either on a leash walking or in our enclosed large yard space, never bring left unsupervised. Dogs always have access to fresh water, and receive regular potty breaks, walks, playtime, and plenty of attention. I keep a clean, pet-friendly environment and pay close attention to how each dog is feeling, especially during hot weather or after exercise. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I respect both the pet’s routine and the owner’s home. I’ll follow all instructions carefully, keep the home clean and secure, and provide regular updates and photos so you know how your pet is doing. My goal is for you to feel completely comfortable knowing your pet is safe, happy, and well cared for while you’re away.
