About: I am a School Counselor and love doing Rover as a fun side gig. I have been a dog owner for the past ten years, as well as a trained therapy dog handler. I know pets are like family, and you need trusted and reliable care while you are away or working long hours. I have open/flexible summer hours June until mid-August. Open for day time care, walks, and check ins as well as overnight care. Boarding and doggy day care in the country club neighborhood if dogs get along with mine and can be around a 3 year old! About: I have taken care of dogs ever since I was able to walk. I have been dog sitting for family and friends for about 10 years now, and have a career as an animal Behaviorist at an animal shelter. I have a love for all animals, excluding the creepy crawlies I currently work full time in omaha, but can let pets out Sunday-Thursday at 7am and could let them back out at 6pm and stay the night. My Fridays and Saturdays are free and can hang out with them as much as possible. I currently have in my home a 7 year old diabetic husky who has to have is meds at exact times and exact dosages. I also have a wolf hybrid with tons of energy and needs constant enrichment and stimulation.

About: I’ve lived my whole life with at least one pet in the house and shared responsibility in caring for him or her. I took in my own pupper, Benji, in the summer of 2020 as a 4-month-old puppy and trained him myself. My husband and I also have a precious cat named Princess who rules the roost :) We love our fur family, and I/we can’t wait to love on yours! I work a regular 8-5 job that has some flexibility in the morning and afternoon (I can come in later and leave earlier if I need to). I’m free most evenings and weekends. I can take care of pets in my apartment for a short period, but they have to be ok with cats and dogs. I have a cat tree and a litter box, and I take my small dog on a walk 3x a day. I would do the same or more for my clients. I also expect my clients to line out any needs and rules for me in their homes and/or for their pets so I can take care of them as desired.
