My name is Kayla and I am a 30 year old childless cat (and dog) lady. I have spent my entire life around animals and wouldn't have it any other way. We always had dogs while growing up, which eventually grew into also having cats, mice, lizards, etc. I turned this personal love of animals into a profession by spending many years working in pet boarding/daycare facilities, pet shelters, and by pet sitting on the side. I have been around so many different kinds of pet personalities and temperaments and strive to approach each animal appropriately to keep everyone safe and comfortable. “Carlee did a wonderful job watching out for my two cats while I was on vacation. She gave me updates and sent photos every day when she did her drop-ins. She is very knowledgeable about pet health, which was very helpful when one of my cats had a seizure. She communicated with me right away and split her drop-in the next day so she could check on Betty twice, and even cleaned up the mess caused by the seizure. About: I’ve watched dogs for about 5 years of all ages and sizes. Ages from 1-13 and sizes from 15 pounds to 150 pounds. I love to get play and cuddle time since I moved away from my pup! I am a student in college with one part time job on Wednesday and Friday from 5:30 pm to 9 pm. I love the idea of a flexible schedule that will get me outside. I can dog sit in the clients home as I live in an apartment and can’t have pets at mine. I have a car if the distance is a bit further so I don’t mind going there.
