“Shawn and Melissa were great. They treated our dog, Bocelli, like part of their family. He was in the house, on the furniture, and in their big back yard. We got pictures pretty much every day. He always got hugs and ample scratching (which he loves). We never worried about him for a minute. When we picked him up he was in good spirits and totally unstressed. Great experience. Thanks Shawn and Melissa!”

“We had an amazing first time experience with these sitters watching our two French bulldogs. From the start, communication was excellent, they kept us updated with frequent messages and lots of pictures, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. It was clear our dogs were very well cared for and happy. Our French bulldogs are not quite a year old yet, so they still have some of the challenges that come with being puppies, but the sitters were wonderful with them. They seemed completely comfortable and relaxed, and it was obvious they were treated like part of the family. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for caring, trustworthy, and communicative sitters. We have already rebooked with them to ensure that they have room to watch them again!”

“ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! First time using Rover and didn’t know what to expect. Staci was quick to respond, flexible with our crazy travel times, and even picked up and dropped our puppy off. We loved getting photo updates while we were away. We could tell when we picked our puppy up how happy she had been the entire time. We will 100% be reaching out to Staci again.”

“Nathaniel and his team took great care of our boys. They kept in touch with us and sent pictures of them being lazy on the couch. They got a special treat by being able to run and play off leash in their back yard! We will definitely be using Nathaniel again for sure!”

“Our dog was very happy when we picked him up from Thomas! I appreciated that he was willing to do a meet and greet and he shared exercises that he does with dogs to help any nervousness. Our dog is very content and was well cared for today.”

“Sarah is absolutely wonderful. She and her family invited my pup into their home and treated him like he was one of their own. She kept me up to date on how he was doing, sent lots of pictures, spoiled him with treats, and allowed him to get comfortable in her home. I’ll absolutely have Sarah watch my pup again when I need a sitter.”

“Lindsay was fantastic with Luca and I wish she was always available!!! I could tell Luca was comfortable and connected with her when I picked him up. Luca is very energetic and needs lots of attention and exercise so I would know after a week of he wasn’t getting the ‘special treatment’. She was also a great communicator and sent videos and pictures of him every day. I appreciate that Lindsay is a teacher and understands enrichment vs. discipline. Highly, highly recommend!”

“Sidney & Shelby are amazing!! They loved on our dog and treated her like royalty! River loved being there and felt like she was at home! We cannot recommend them enough!! Thank you ladies!! You two are incredible!!!!❤️❤️🐶”

“Carlee was great! She texted me updates on Blue and some videos of her occasionally of how she's doing. Responded timely and did a good job. I would use her again. Thank you Carlee.”

About: Finding pet care can be an anxiety inducing experience. My job is to provide pet parents with total comfort and peace of mind knowing that their fur babies are being well taken care of while they are away. Hey there! My name is Kayla and I am a 30 year old childless cat (and dog) lady. I have spent my entire life around animals and wouldn't have it any other way. We always had dogs while growing up, which eventually grew into also having cats, mice, lizards, etc. I turned this personal love of animals into a profession by spending many years working in pet boarding/daycare facilities, pet shelters, and by pet sitting on the side. I have been around so many different kinds of pet personalities and temperaments and strive to approach each animal appropriately to keep everyone safe and comfortable. I have also had much experience with special needs and senior pets. A big part of my job is it keep owners updated on any concerns I have or to ask important questions, so you never miss a beat of what is going on with your furry companion while you are gone. I pride myself in having a ton of heart and genuine care for any animal I come into contact with, and promise to treat your fur baby as my own - belly rubs and treats included! I currently work full time, 9-5 M-F. I will have plenty of time in the late afternoon/evening to care for your pets, as well as open availability Saturday and Sunday I will care for your fur baby just like he or she is my own! I'm good at following instructions of care and sticking to the routine they are used to. Plenty of belly rubs and walks included!
“We were not disappointed. Bethany and her family gave our husky great care while we were away. We got frequent updates and pictures. It gave us a lot of comfort knowing our dog was in good hands while we were traveling. My 4 year old loved seeing the pictures of what Koda was doing that day. Would book again!!!”

About: I volunteer at the humane society walking dogs every Saturday morning and have for years. I've handled many dogs of varying ages and needs. I currently have two of my own. I'm a long-time dog owner and my world revolves around them. I work from home on Thursdays and Fridays. I walk my own dogs at least once daily. I try to include them in weekend activities. One of my dogs requires daily medication. I leave them alone for minimal time each day. They go to doggie daycare on days I work in the office. I also enjoy taking my dogs to the dog park for a change of scenery. I have a fully enclosed fenced yard, 6ft tall. I control and supervise outdoor yard time. I keep the screen doors locked. I walk my dogs with a running leash that locks, and they are never off-leash. While I'm not formally "certified" in pet CPR or first-aid, I have read books on the subject to be prepared for emergencies involving my dogs. I'm also familiar with the after-hours emergency veterinary services in Lincoln.
About: Hi! I’m Natalie, and I’m a huge animal lover who would love the opportunity to care for your pets! I’m responsible, patient, and treat every animal like they’re my own. I also have my own Goldendoodle, Willow, who absolutely loves making new furry friends! She is very playful, gentle, and friendly and would be so excited to have a buddy to hang out with. Because Willow would be around during stays, I do ask that your dog is comfortable and friendly with other dogs. I’m happy to follow your pet’s normal routine, give them lots of love and attention, and send pictures and updates so you can feel comfortable knowing they’re in good hands! 🐾🤍 I work as a CNA, but I have a flexible schedule because I’m able to sign up for shorter shifts that work around my availability. I’m very intentional about making sure I have plenty of time to care for pets, which allows me to come home and let dogs out for potty breaks, take them on walks, give them lots of attention, and spend time hanging out with them. I want to make sure every pet gets the care, exercise, and companionship they need while their owners are away. 🐾 When your pet is staying with me, I’ll make sure they feel comfortable, safe, and loved just like they’re at home. I’ll keep them on their normal routine as much as possible, including meals, potty breaks, walks, playtime, and plenty of cuddles. Since I have a flexible work schedule, I’m able to make time throughout the day to let them outside and give them attention rather than leaving them alone for long periods. My Goldendoodle, Willow, is also very friendly and loves having other dogs around, so your pup will have a fun little friend to keep them company! 🐾🤍

I work a full time job as a groomer but am free most Fridays and all Saturdays. As well as all day on Sundays. I’m open to anything after 5pm Mon-Thur. I have a 6 year old King Charles Cavalier Spaniel and Bengal. My king Charles name is Isabella and she is a registered ESA. She is crate and potty trained. “I appreciate the updates and photos. Fluffers came to us as a stray can be a bit afraid of folks she doesn't know but Carlee has cared for her enough times I think she's getting a bit more comfortable with her. Otto on the other hand is laid back and always enjoys the attention she gives him.”

“Wr needed a dog/house sitter for a last minute trip. I didn't want just anyone, either. Ibqas so worried our dogs were just going to be let out 3-4 times a day, and not get any play time. That was not the case when I got on here and found Ashlee. She was simply amazing! She sent me pictures of our dogs multiple times a day, was always checking in with me. Our dogs usually have separation anxiety and they seemed to do just fine with her! She walked our dogs multiple times, spoiled the with treats, played with them outside for a while! We were very blessed to have found Ashlee. We liked her so much we booked her again when we went to a concert, and we have her potentially booked for our vacation in February! She is a fantastic dog/house sitter. Thanks again, Ashlee! ?”
“Liz was great!! My fur kids just loved her. She even took time to come over before the scheduled date to meet my kids and learn their routine. She was so good with them and sent the best pictures!!”

“David and Shelly were a great help when we were passing through Lincoln and needed dogcare for a few hours. I have a GSP and Rhodesian Ridgeback, so not small or quiet dogs :). They brought them into their home without question and had yard for them to stretch and play for a few hours with their pup. Highly recommend!”

“Alayna and her accommodations for our dog couldn’t have been more perfect! Her sweetness and enthusiasm for the dogs is genuine. We will definitely use her services again and recommend her to everyone!!🥰🐾♥️”

“Simply a wonderfull amazing women. She truly loved my dog as she would her own. If it wasnt cause shes already been pre booked. I would have kept her as my primary sitter moving forward. But even disregarding that she will always be someone I'll keep an eye out for. She is reliable people to care for a pet”

“Mollie loves to go to Shawn & Melissa’s house! She runs to the door when we arrive! Mollie loved playing with Shawn & Melissa’s new sweet doggie Willow today! We are so blessed & thankful to have Shawn, Melissa & their twin girls as our dog sitters! We are so grateful to have people who we can trust with our precious dog! And it’s so easy to leave her knowing she absolutely loves her time at their house!”

“Staci was wonderful! Sent me pics and updates, was very accommodating and flexible with me. Well priced for a fabulous experience. I was nervous since my dog can be a jerk around others, and she has 2 small dogs, but she had a plan for all scenarios. And the dogs for along fine. Definitely would recommend her.”

About: We live on an acreage. Plenty of space to run, play or chill! We have 2 very sweet dogs that we spoil every day. Every dog has its own personality and we love figuring out what we think they are saying and at times we give them voices/accents/languages. Would a poodle say “hey dude what’s up”. They may here. 😆 Dogs are woven into every part of our day. We keep them with us or they have a fenced yard and decks to nap on. We have 2 very sweet dogs and very spoiled. Our dogs come when they’re called or they hear the magic word. We don’t crate/kennel our dogs but will yours if you prefer, especially puppies not potty trained.
About: I am an experienced Veterinary Technician that has worked in the industry for 10 years. I had my own pet sitting and dog walking business in Texas for 6 years before moving to the great state of Nebraska. If selected to take care of your fur babies, I will provide detailed accounts of the interaction that I will have with your pets. I am able to give medications and provide basic medical care. You will be alerted when I notice any sign of illness. You will also be notified when they are being cute. My goal is to provide the best care possible while you are away. I will play with them, love them, and treat them as if they were my own. Taking care of animals is my calling and my passion. I look forward to hearing from you and meeting your fur babies. I am a stay at home mom and have a flexible schedule to work with your ongoing pet sitting needs. Just let me know what you need! When I am a pet sitter I treat your animals as if they are my own. I pay attention to the details that your pet communicates. I typically can detect early illness and recommend proper intervention to keep your pet healthy. If they are at my house, they are in a fenced backyard and monitored while my dogs play with your dog. I provide plenty of water to prevent dehydration and a nap break to make sure they rest. Be prepared! Your pup will be tired when they return home.
“I wish I could leave 10 stars! Jasmine was so helpful in helping me give a new puppy a strong foundation in potty training while I was at work. She socialized him with her own pets, and I could count on her punctuality every day. I needed early morning drop-off, and she never let me down! Plus, my dog LOVES her, judging by his wiggle launches into her arms. She’s the best!”

About: I grew up with a family dog, so caring for pets has always been a normal part of my daily life. From a young age I helped with feeding, walking, grooming, and making sure our dog stayed active and well cared for. Over the years I have also dog sat for friends and people in my community, helping with things like walks, feeding schedules, playtime, and making sure dogs feel comfortable while their owners are away. Because of this experience, I’m comfortable with dogs’ routines and understand how important it is to give them attention, patience, and reliable care. I’m currently a student with a fairly light schedule, which allows me to be flexible and available for pet care. I also work a PRN job, so my hours can vary, but it gives me the ability to take on pet sitting and dog care throughout the week. I’m responsible, dependable, and enjoy spending time with animals, so providing attentive care and making sure pets feel comfortable and safe is important to me. I follow each pet’s normal routine as closely as possible to help them feel comfortable and reduce stress while their owner is away. This includes feeding them on their usual schedule, making sure they have fresh water, providing walks, playtime, and plenty of attention. I also keep their living area clean and make sure they get the exercise and care they need. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I respect the space and follow any specific instructions the owner provides. My goal is to make sure pets feel safe, cared for, and relaxed while maintaining the routine they’re used to.

I currently work part time as a substitute teacher and have plenty of energy to commit to caring for your pets. I have the weekends to board your fur babies as well. I have about an acre of unfenced land with a little pond and a friendly, playful dog that will keep your pet company. I will be accommodating however you need to know your pet is safe and comfy.

I do require full vaccine history if you would like your pets to have a sleepover. Alternatively, I’m more than happy to drop by your home to care for your furry family members, ensuring they’re comfortable and well looked after!
About: Hi! I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a lifelong animal lover who truly enjoys caring for pets as if they were my own. I’ve had my own dogs of all breeds since I was a toddler, worked in kennels, and assisted at the vet clinic, so I’m very experienced in what pets need and how to make them feel the most loved! Whether your dog wants a cozy cuddle buddy, a calm and patient walker, or a fun adventure partner, I’m here to make sure they feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. I know how important routine and comfort are, so I always keep things consistent and fun and maintain very open communication. You’ll get plenty of updates, photos, and reassurance. Your fur baby is in kind, reliable hands with me! I am a new mom that is looking to fill my time loving your animals! I do work some, so I would be available to take care of them before or after work, but I am also home frequently throughout the day! We can chat about your pets needs before booking :) As someone who adores their pets like family, I also know how hard it is to trust someone with my pups, so I make it high priority to ensure every pet is treated the same with me as they would be at home with their own family. This will look different for each pup as I learn what your family routine and expectations are!
“Our 6 month old lab loved staying at Abigail's place. We had an opportunity to also meet her roommate who also helped out. They are both very kind and knowledgeable. They are so patient and professional. Highly recommend, and I will definitely check back in the future”
