Personalized care for your dog or cat - Minden

“Banna Jo was terrific!! I could tell that Toby really enjoyed his stay with her and her pets. She frequently sent me pictures and always kept me informed. Whenever I contacted her she always responded almost immediately. I would highly recommend her and will use her anytime I'm in the area.”

“Sara went above and beyond with Zoey. She sent plenty of updates and pictures while we were away! I will definitely use her again if we need a sitter!”

“We cannot speak highly enough of Kay. I’m so nervous when we leave our 2 pups with someone new. She put us at ease very quickly. The way she loves on and cares for her own dog speaks volumes. We left our 2 for 8 nights. She took excellent care of them, with our oldest requiring medication twice a day. I appreciated the communication and pictures so much. We would happily use Kay again to keep our fur babies.”

Lacye L.

“Synthia did an amazing job with our great pyrenees! Her house is set up perfectly, she sent me updates to calm my nerves, and helped introduce him to cats successfully! I will definitely contact her the next time we need a sitter!”

Lana W.

“Chrystal did a wonderful job taking care of our dog. Our dog stayed for two nights and Chrystal was wonderful about sending us pictures and keeping us updated. Would definitely pick Chrystal for future visits.”

Shawn H.

“Kendra provided me updates throughout Charlie's stay at her house. It sounded like he had a good time with her dog and it was a much better experience than him staying at a kennel in town. Couldn't be happier that he had an actual house to stay at while we were gone.”

About: I have watched elderly dogs, puppies, and up to 4 dogs at a time. My sister was a vet tech, and taught me animal behavior! I am currently working part-time, and would love to take care of your fur babies! Pets are family, and I will treat them with care! Have hosted 2 dogs at my house over the past 9 years, enjoy their company. I love animals, and will cater to their unique needs.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs/cats my entire life; I love all animals. I’ll treat your animals as if they were my own - you can count on that! Full-time Rover so your pets ARE my schedule. I can pop-in and/or walk your pets any day, any time. This is a passion for me and your pets will benefit. I have a house with one Golden Retriever named Echo; he’s a big teddy bear. I know how much peace of mind a good pet-care professional affords when away, and I will treat your babies as if they were my own!

About: I have always had dogs in my life. I have one small, blind dog with a big attitude who helped me learn how to handle difficult situations. I have one dog who is half Saint Bernard who helped me learn big dogs are teddy bears. And I watch my friends tiny Shih Tzu who helped me learn even small dogs can outsmart you. I’m experienced in all sizes, shapes, and attitudes...I’ve never met a dog I don’t adore. I'm equally happy helping with cats as well. While I don't own any, I'm happy to assist with any in the home. I currently work full-time on a consistent 8-5 schedule. I have an hour lunch break, so within Minden I can make a stop. I’m flexible as I’m typically in Minden, but prefer as much heads up as possible! Willing to travel on weekends up to 30 miles. I don’t plan on opening my home to dogs as I have a blind, tiny dog. But once there is an established relationship - I would consider.

“Marilyn was a fantastic cat sitter for my two cats! She was very communicative and I could tell my cats were happy and comfortable with her. She left everything nice and clean, and I would happily book her again.”

About: I grew up on a farm in rural Nebraska. I helped take care of everything from cats up to horses/cattle and all in-between. In our home we have June a mix of Basenji/German shepherd, she is 5 years old. Then we have Hank he is a dash hound mix at 4 years old and last but not least we have Florence a shorthaired calico that's almost 2 yrs old. I work from home so that being said I'm home ALL DAY! Your pet(s) would have constant run of the house and huge privacy fenced in back yard. I also love to do interactive toys/mats to keep the brain working hard through the day. We go on daily multi walks! At most your pet would be kenneled for up to two hours in case of grocery/picking up kids from events etc. I have two outgoing friendly dogs that love having play dates! We have a big fenced in back yard for everyone to play and run around in! I can kennel my dogs while your pet has eat time if need be for focus etc. All animals are allowed on all furniture and beds in our home as well.

“She did great. The dogs were perfectly fine when we returned.”

About: I use to work in a vet clinic and have administered medication before. I also have a sphinx so I understand high maintained kitties! I have three kitties of my own.

About: I’ve had cats my entire life and have been caring for them for over 8 years. Friends, neighbors, and family trust me to check in, feed, scoop litter, and spend quality time with their cats. I understand that every cat has a unique personality, and I provide the right balance of play, comfort, and gentle care. From energetic kittens to senior cats, I treat every furry friend like my own.

“Banna was wonderful in her communications from the start of our interaction very quick to reply and clearly communicate. When we travel around the country we have found great dog loving friends thru Rover and now count Banna as one of them. Arlo was well cared for, exercised and fed on his schedule at Banna's. Her yard is very securely fenced and full of grass that makes it fun for Arlo. We also received several pictures and updates on how he was doing during the day. If we lived nearby we would of course call Banna again.”

About: I have been taking care of pets since I was about 8 years old. I have always had at least 2 dogs and a cat in the house growing up. Since I joined the military I also helped my friends and coworkers with their pets when they were away. I have a flexible schedule, I work full-time but can work from home most days. I am able to care for pets easily throughout the day. I currently have one dog, bernedoodle, he is the most spoiled pup there is. We have gone through many obedience classes together so I have knowledge and experience on how to properly walk and care for a dog. I love any opportunity I have to meet and care for any new animals. I love going on walks and playing with dogs and cats to keep them entertained! I am currently working at a flexible job, so I can be readily available to attend to your pet's needs and look after your fur baby for the majority of the day! I treat your home and your dog like I would my own! I make sure they have plenty of water, have been fed, time to potty, and plenty of play time as well! They won't be bored with me!

About: I’ve cared for dogs of all kinds for over 7 years. Friends, family, and neighbors rely on me to walk, feed, and give their pets plenty of love and attention. I’m comfortable with playful puppies, calm companions, and senior dogs needing gentle care. Your furry family member will always be safe, happy, and well cared for with me. I’m available for pet care after 10am, seven days a week. With advance notice, I can start earlier if needed. Overnight stays are also an option for families who prefer round-the-clock care. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I provide a calm, caring environment where they’ll feel secure, loved, and well cared for whether I’m in your home or mine.
