After leaving for vacation and realizing our original plan to leave our dog at our house and have friends pop in and out throughout the week, was not going to work for our anxious, clingy dog. I would have to walk the dogs and it got her energy out as well. :) I have 5 cats and I have to change their litter daily, feed them twice a day , give them love and attention. About: I’ve had a kitty around for as long as I can remember. Just this year I rescued my very own cat for the first time and he is my pride and joy. I have lots of experience with litter boxes and playing with kitties to keep them engaged. I also worked at a wildlife rehab this past summer so I have experience with eye meds, SQ injections, and oral medications in mammals. Since I was little, I’ve been surrounded by animals of all kinds – from snakes, hamsters, guinea pigs, chickens, and dogs of all sizes, to fish and cats, including elderly pets.🐶🐍🐰🐢🐱 I’ve been there for potty training, administering medication, grooming, scheduled feedings, and maintaining teeth hygiene. To me, animals are pure and down-to-earth, and deserve the same respect ❤️ I don’t do this just for the money – I do it because I genuinely care about animals. I’ve heard too many sad stories about boarding pets somewhere, not getting the care they deserve, and the excessive costs involved, and I want to change that. This home is as much theirs as it is mine. I offer a six-foot fully gated yard, big enough for several animals to bask in the sun or play with toys.🌤️ I have several dog beds (and furniture) with enough space to care for your babies. Even the smaller critters or pets that aren’t cats and dogs! About: I’ve lived my whole life with at least one pet in the house and shared responsibility in caring for him or her. I took in my own pupper, Benji, in the summer of 2020 as a 4-month-old puppy and trained him myself. My husband and I also have a precious cat named Princess who rules the roost :) We love our fur family, and I/we can’t wait to love on yours! I work a regular 8-5 job that has some flexibility in the morning and afternoon (I can come in later and leave earlier if I need to). I’m free most evenings and weekends. I can take care of pets in my apartment for a short period, but they have to be ok with cats and dogs. I have a cat tree and a litter box, and I take my small dog on a walk 3x a day. I would do the same or more for my clients. I also expect my clients to line out any needs and rules for me in their homes and/or for their pets so I can take care of them as desired.
