“Kelsey was very easy to communicate with as we had a few date changes and she happily accommodated. My dogs felt at home from the beginning in her house. I’m fairly positive they got more cuddles there than they do at home. She was always updating me on the pups with pictures and just how much she adored them. I’ve only lived in Elkhorn since late October. I could let the two dogs outside upstairs but the almost 3 year old lab refused to go up the stairs outside. So I had to walk downstairs to the walk-out basement to get her in. Well, Kelsey got her to go up her outside balcony, while it may have been backwards for a few times. She has now solved my dilemma and I no longer have to go downstairs to let her in! I would rank her 10 out of 10 if it was an option. She even sent the dogs home with goodie bags!! About: Your pup must be respectful of cats please. I completely understand curiosity, just not stalking or chasing. I took so much care of our lab when she was 15 and had Cushings. I definitely have a sweet spot for senior pets. She has since crossed the 🌈. Max is our 5 yr old Husky/Lab mix and he's our sweet big boy. We have love for big and small dogs! We have a huge grassy 6 and 4 ft fenced in yard (we connected to our neighbors 4 ft fence - see pictures) and Max would seriously love a friend to play with or just chill with. My husband and I work from home so one of us will be home all the time. We usually go on a mid morning walk and an evening walk, weather permitting. My kids are 11 and 16 and adore animals. We have a cat, Freddy, who loves Max. We will love your pet like they were our own ♥️ My husband and I work from home full-time. Our dog has separation anxiety so one of us will be home when your pet is here! We have a 6 and 4 ft privacy fence, large grassy backyard. Max gets on the leather couch but not our fabric couch or bed. He doesn't ever try. We wake up early to feed Max at 7 so early mornings is a non issue in our house! We typically go on 2 short walks a day (15-20 min). We're a chill household.

Monday nights I help coach my high school’s wrestling program. Otherwise, I have WIDE availablity for any time or day of the week. I’m happy to hear your preferences and any special requests you may have. Whether there’s a specific route you’d like your dog to walk or particular care instructions to follow, just let me know your expectations. I’ll do my best to ensure a great experience and that all requests are carried out with care and attention.
About: My family owned a dog when I was in middle school for about a year and a half, but due to busy schedules at the time we had to give him up. My brother had a dog for a little over five years, and I enjoyed helping him take care of her while I was living with my parents, and I went to their house to see her and help take care of her when needed before she passed away! I am different from other sitters because I will spend as much time as I possibly can with your pet! I know that with my brother’s dog, Emma, I wanted to be home with her as much as I can when I was living with my parents so she could be out of her kennel as often as possible. I will also make sure that everything you require of me will be completed in the most appropriate manner possible. I will always make sure that your pet is safe! I will always have an eye on your pet when they go to the bathroom outside, and will talk with you to get as many details as possible to make sure everything goes well while watching your pet! I am a teacher full time, so I would want to make sure that both you and your pet are okay with me being at my full time job during the day when I am house sitting. I am available to do house sitting all seven days of the week. I am available to do drop-in visits and dog walks only on the weekends (I am available all day on Saturdays and Sundays to do these) due to working as a teacher, however if you ever need a drop in or dog walk in the evening during the week please feel free to send me a request for it! I also regularly change my calendar so I am usually am available to do drop-in visits and dog walks on weekdays that I am out of school! I will make sure that your pet is my priority while under my care! I will take great care of your home, no matter which service you request! I will be very respectful of everything in your home, and I make sure I am around to take care of your pet(s) as often as possible! If you have any requests on what you would like me to do with your pet(s), no matter which service it might fall under, please let me know!
About: I think what sets me apart from other pet sitters is that I am a very active and attentive person. I love spending quality time and really enjoy keeping myself busy. I have had years of watching family friends pets and feel very confident taking care of animals, as I also have one of my own. I am currently working full time 9-6PM, but come this fall I am moving and completely starting over! I am looking to just have some fun and live life to the fullest! My routine for the first few months in my new place will be very loose scheduled and laid back. I am a very tidy and clean person. I often find myself leaving a place better than I found it! To some that may be annoying, but to a pet owner, I think they would always love a little extra help around the house and knowing they would be coming back to a nice clean place. I also am a very empathetic person, and would want to treat any pet, the way I treat my own.

Every job since age 16 has been in the animal care industry. From vet clinic, to specialty boutique, to doggie daycare management. Animals truly are my passion. I would love to share that care with your pups! A mid day ear scratch, belly rub, or quick walk around the block! I’m fortunate that my full time work schedule allows me to offer an afternoon potty or a walk around to stretch those legs. Fresh air does wonders! I live on a farm with a few acres that allows my personal dogs to run and romp around. We also head to the lake near our house to walk the trails up there to get some sniffs outside just our yard. My dogs are my kids so their care comes above everything else.

About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life, especially large breeds like German Shepherds and St. Bernards, so I’m very comfortable with dogs of all sizes. I’m also a professional dog groomer with two years of experience, which has helped me understand dog behavior and care on a deeper level. About: I’ve been around animals all my life . I have been around an insulin dependent dog before and have been shown how to test their blood and give them insulin. I work full-time 7am-3:30pm in Council Bluffs, IA for now. I am available to start at the owners house and make sure doggies are taken outside in the morning before going to work and I’m the evening when I get back from work. Starting off I will not bring your doggies to my place . But I would taken them to any near by or recommended by the owners dog parks. I love taking doggies to dog parks.

He has a beautiful house with a very high fence, which was important for us since one of our dogs is a high jumper. He even gave our dogs a bath before they came home! I’ve only lived in Elkhorn since late October. I could let the two dogs outside upstairs but the almost 3 year old lab refused to go up the stairs outside.
