Oh my gosh…what an awesome experience working with Rachel and her family! Her kids loved Mav and even their dog Shadow absolutely loved playing with him as well. He had room to run, got tons of love and exercise and came home tired! Tough to do to a 1 year old Australian Shepard. I 100% will contact Rachel FIRST every time we go out of town!

Carol was quite assertive and helped make us comfortable with our first Rover experience. We would entrust our older special needs dog to Carol in the future.

About: I have had dogs for over 10 years now. I currently have three dogs that are all under 8 pounds. Their names are Chiquis, Chato, and Pluto. I’m graduating in December, which gives me plenty of free time to focus on caring for your pet. I’m home most days and afternoons, so I’m able to give consistent attention, walks, playtime, and anything else your pet needs throughout the day. I have a large fenced yard where dogs can safely play and explore. Pets are always supervised, and I make sure they feel comfortable, secure, and cared for. Whether they’re inside relaxing or outside getting their energy out, I keep the environment clean, safe, and stress-free.

About: I enjoy taking care of all sizes and ages of dogs. I also love to exercise, so walking dogs is a fun way to do it! I currently work 7:30-3:30 and I have about a 20-30 minute drive home. Typically, I am available from 4-6 pm Monday-Friday. During these winter months I would like it to be before it gets dark. I take care of every pet as its my own. I am very careful when I walk my own dog as she likes to run after cars (tries to).

About: Hi! I'm Taite- the owner of Paws & Peace Pet & House Sitting. As a teacher and lifelong animal lover, caring for pets has always been a big part of my life. I share my home with my two cats, Twix and Snickers, and grew up with dogs of all sizes—from a tiny Pomeranian to a Newfoundland/Great Pyrenees mix—so I'm comfortable and experienced with pets of all shapes and sizes. I'm Pet First Aid & CPR certified, fully insured, and have over 12 years of pet care experience. My goal is to provide dependable, compassionate care so you can have peace of mind while you're away. If you'd like to learn more about me and the services I offer, be sure to check out my Facebook page, Paws & Peace Pet & House Sitting! Pet care is a natural part of my daily and weekly routine. As a teacher, I provide pet care before and after the school day, as well as during evenings, weekends, holidays, and school breaks. My schedule is carefully planned to ensure every pet receives the attention, exercise, feeding, medications (if needed), and companionship they deserve. Whether it's a quick drop-in visit, a leisurely walk, or overnight care, I prioritize reliability, communication, and consistency. Caring for animals isn't just something I do—it's something I genuinely enjoy, and I love building lasting relationships with both pets and their families. When caring for pets in a client's home, I strive to keep their routine as normal and stress-free as possible. I follow each owner's care instructions closely, including feeding schedules, fresh water, medications (if needed), potty breaks, exercise, playtime, and plenty of love and attention. I also make sure litter boxes, cages, or outdoor areas stay clean and tidy. Beyond caring for your pets, I treat your home with the same respect I would my own. I can bring in mail or packages, water plants, take trash bins to the curb, adjust lights or blinds if requested, and ensure your home remains clean, secure, and well cared for while you're away. Communication is important to me, so I provide regular updates and photos throughout your time away, giving you peace of mind that your pets are happy, healthy, and in good hands.
