About: I am a School Counselor and love doing Rover as a fun side gig. I have been a dog owner for the past ten years, as well as a trained therapy dog handler. I know pets are like family, and you need trusted and reliable care while you are away or working long hours. I have open/flexible summer hours June until mid-August. About: I grew up in a home for rescues and have loved every pet. I adore caring for animals. I'm 19, but have trained almost every dog (out of 7) that I've had. I am extremely flexible, if I have about a day or two notice, I can do just about anything your fur baby needs me for. I would not offer services in my home due to a shy pet of my own. I will, however, groom, take on walks, take to their appointments, let outside, or generally care for your pet from your home.
About: I have taken care of dogs ever since I was able to walk. I have been dog sitting for family and friends for about 10 years now, and have a career as an animal Behaviorist at an animal shelter. I have a love for all animals, excluding the creepy crawlies I currently work full time in omaha, but can let pets out Sunday-Thursday at 7am and could let them back out at 6pm and stay the night. About: I’ve lived my whole life with at least one pet in the house and shared responsibility in caring for him or her. I took in my own pupper, Benji, in the summer of 2020 as a 4-month-old puppy and trained him myself. My husband and I also have a precious cat named Princess who rules the roost :) We love our fur family, and I/we can’t wait to love on yours! I work a regular 8-5 job that has some flexibility in the morning and afternoon (I can come in later and leave earlier if I need to). I’m free most evenings and weekends. I can take care of pets in my apartment for a short period, but they have to be ok with cats and dogs. I have a cat tree and a litter box, and I take my small dog on a walk 3x a day. I would do the same or more for my clients. I also expect my clients to line out any needs and rules for me in their homes and/or for their pets so I can take care of them as desired.
