“Wr needed a dog/house sitter for a last minute trip. I didn't want just anyone, either. Ibqas so worried our dogs were just going to be let out 3-4 times a day, and not get any play time. That was not the case when I got on here and found Ashlee. She was simply amazing! She sent me pictures of our dogs multiple times a day, was always checking in with me. Our dogs usually have separation anxiety and they seemed to do just fine with her! She walked our dogs multiple times, spoiled the with treats, played with them outside for a while! About: My wife and I both grew up with multiple dogs in our families. My wife grew up on a farm with mostly outside cattle dogs and I grew up in the city with mostly inside dogs. When we got married we got a dog of our own. She was our baby until we had kids of our own. She was then the best big sister to our daughters the rest of her life. We have owned 2 boxers in the time that we have been married and truly loved our time with them. We have realized as our 3 girls have gotten older and super involved in activities, we no longer have time for a dog of our own. That is what has brought us to Rover. We live in a split level house, so there is no way to avoid stairs. We have a big fenced in backyard with a play set, trampoline, and above ground pool. About: I’ve lived my whole life with at least one pet in the house and shared responsibility in caring for him or her. I took in my own pupper, Benji, in the summer of 2020 as a 4-month-old puppy and trained him myself. My husband and I also have a precious cat named Princess who rules the roost :) We love our fur family, and I/we can’t wait to love on yours! I work a regular 8-5 job that has some flexibility in the morning and afternoon (I can come in later and leave earlier if I need to). I’m free most evenings and weekends. I can take care of pets in my apartment for a short period, but they have to be ok with cats and dogs. I have a cat tree and a litter box, and I take my small dog on a walk 3x a day. I would do the same or more for my clients. I also expect my clients to line out any needs and rules for me in their homes and/or for their pets so I can take care of them as desired.
