About: I've always loved animals, & have cared for dogs, cats, and many other animals since I was a kid. I have experience with kittens, puppies, nursing mothers, bottle-feeding puppies and kittens, potty-training and basic obedience training, and caring for seniors animals. In the last several years, my kids have joined me in caring for a variety of pets, from dogs and cats to reptiles and even a hedgehog. I am currently working part time, so I have plenty of time to make sure your pet gets the exercise and other care they need! I have a friendly dog to keep your fur baby company, a home and family environment for pet sitting or boarding, and a kennel available for use as necessary.

Now I have two dogs of my own: a 9-year-old German Shorthaired Pointer/Lab and a 1-year-old Basset Hound. I have experience with all ages, from puppies to grown-ups. I love dogs, but I'm also happy to do drop-ins for cats. I’m currently working part time where I schedule my own hours so I can be available whenever you need! Come fall, I will be back in my teaching position so my hours will be limited to evenings! I also know how to help shy or cautious cats feel safe by giving them space and earning their trust at their own pace. I have experience training and medicating animals. I also have experience with reactive/anxious dogs. I do have a job I will be leaving soon as I am moving in 2 months so I can rearrange my schedule quite a bit to let any pups out or pop in and check on anyone’s babies. I am willing to clear time to make your baby a priority! I have a pretty lenient schedule so if your pet wants to spend some time cuddling or playing in the yard it’s no problem I will clear time for them! If your pup loves to go hiking or on long walks I have no problem enjoying nature with them!
