On our trip, we decided to stop through Fargo where my family is from and take in NDSU football game — Go Bisons! We needed someone to watch Jack for the few hours we were at the game, and Taylor readily accepted our last minute (day before) request. Jack is a calm, friendly dog who seems to have been experiencing some anxiety on the long drive and is not consistently eating or pooping. We were a little nervous leaving him with new people in a new place when he was already on edge. However, Taylor and her family seemed to put him at ease immediately. Taylor kept us updated with pictures and milestones, and when we picked him up he had eaten all of his food, pooped, and played a bunch outside. He seemed happy, calm, and well cared for. About: I have been caring for dogs for most of my life, starting when I was 6 years old, when I was gifted my first puppy for Christmas. I trained my bishon shitzu to jump through hoops at age 11, not professionally, but I was still pretty impressed. I also helped my parents potty train him. When he got older, I cared for him while he had Cushing’s syndrome until the day he went over the rainbow bridge. Just 2 shorts years ago, I got my second dog, Oakley. He has been my entire world and I trained him on my own, as well as brought him to training classes and learned to do some of those things myself. I absolutely adore dogs and I have since day 1. I love all shapes and sizes and I will always care for them as if they are my own. I’ve trained my own dogs through three levels of obedience and raised five of them from the time they were 8 weeks old and took care of them through their elderly years including in pup wheel chairs. About: I have experience mostly with having pets at home, I’ve had dogs and cats since I was a child! I used to work for a pet supply and adoption store; finding homes for puppies, kittens, bunnies, and other pets. This included some socialization training and administering vaccinations and medicine when necessary. About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life—I truly love them with my whole heart and would do anything to make sure they feel safe, loved, and happy. Whether it’s a bouncy puppy or a senior dog who needs some extra care, I treat every pet like they’re family. I’m all about cuddles, consistency, and making sure your pet feels totally at home. Pet care fits really naturally into my routine. I work full time but have a very flexible schedule, which means I’m able to plan my days around pet visits, walks, and playtime. I’m already used to building my day around my own cat, so adding in extra care is something I truly enjoy. Having animals around makes my day better, and I love being that dependable person pets can feel safe with. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or yours, my top priority is making them feel safe, loved, and comfortable. In your home, I stick to their usual routine—meals, walks, playtime, and snuggles—so everything feels familiar. At my place, while I don’t have a yard, I live right next to a dog park, which means plenty of playtime and fresh air! Pets in my care get a cozy, calm space, lots of love, and attention tailored to their needs.
About: I’ve taken care of dogs my whole life, and have taken care of cats for 2 years now. I love taking care of both equally! I work full time, my husband works part time and is home during the day. We are available to watch your pets on weekends, but can do during the week as well! I have a home in a quiet neighborhood with a fenced in yard with plenty of room for dogs to run. I also own a friendly chocolate lab that would love play with your pup!
About: I have taken care of many dogs. My friends and family have trusted me with all kinds of dogs. I love to walk dogs, play with dogs, and everything else that comes with being a pet owner! I have a very open schedule. I may be gone for an hour in the morning and occasional events from time to time. I will have lots of available time to spend with your dog. My home has a very large fenced in backyard. We have a great walking path for long or short walks. We have one dog that gets along very well with other dogs.
About: I have a lot of dog experience plus dogs myself. I’ve taken classes trained and also done boarding before. I also know how to do cpr and tend to special dogs I love spending time with my dogs. Your dogs will get the same amount of attention and loving as my dogs do. Nothing better than spending my free time with my dogs. I have a fenced in yard. I have 2 dogs that can and will keep them company. Super friendly dogs that will play all day if they could.
