About: I have been around all types of animals and pets my whole life. I don't mind taking care of any type of pet you may have from babys to seniors, cats of all breeds and dogs of all breeds and sizes. I’m also good with taking care of other domestic pets, exotic pets and farm animals. I only work part time so I have a lot of extra time to care for animals and enjoy being outdoors walking, biking and hiking. I can also just enjoy sitting on the porch with a cat in my lap and a dog at my feet. I’m not doing in home or boarding at this time and may offer to stay at your house with your pet in the future

About: Caring for animals is something that runs in my family both my mother and my aunt are deeply involved in various rescues including but not limited to puppers, cats, even spiders of all shapes and sizes. We treat our fur babies like one of us and they are definitely part of the family. We will spend lots of time together walking through open fields and woods playing fetch if they are into those kinds of things I’m also ok with just sitting and sun bathing, we go fishing if the weather is nice. About: I’ve cared for dogs, cats and hamsters for a couple of years first was my family dog, then my cat in college and roommate’s hamster I only work 2-3 days out of the week for only 2 hours and I am free weekends. Which gives me enough time to care for your pets and spend time with them. I can also care for smaller pets like fish or hamsters if needed. In my home,which is my dorm, I feed my cat twice a day and make sure his water bowl is always full and clean out his litter box at the beginning of each day. In case of a fire I grab my cat with his emergency bag and I have also helped my roommate get her hamster out during a fire drill. I always make sure to spend time playing with them as well. For clients I make sure to care for their pets as I would want anyone else to care for mine; providing the food as asked by the client and cleaning after the pet as asked which includes cleaning the litter box or going for walks and playing with the pets.

I have had the pleasure of sitting dogs and cats all over the country, including house sits in California, Oregon, Washington, and now North Carolina. I work from home full time and am flexible to be able to check in at your home, go for walks, or have them with me. I have a fenced in yard that is safe for pets and am happy to accommodate any needs you may have. Crates are welcome if needed.

“Emily and her husband did a great job. We take our lab with us almost all the time so it wasn't easy to leave her somewhere for multiple days. Emily was great with accommodating a pre-stay meeting, always really good with communication and coordination, kept us regularly updated and assured that Parker was comfortable, happy, getting plenty of attention and activity, etc.. She was flexible with our pick up and always positive. We would definitely recommend and would definitely have Parker stay again.”

About: I have taken care of dogs for several years, growing up we always had family dogs, and even now taking care of friends & families dogs while they are on vacation. My home has plenty of space as well as a nice sized backyard that they can run around and play in. My dog is always looking to make a friend and is very sweet towards people and other dogs. If you have specific instructions regarding care for your dog, I will make sure that they are cared for the way they are used to! I work full time as a waitress, and I am done most days by 2pm, so I have the rest of the day to take care of pups! I’m usually off Monday’s as well! I have a fenced in backyard, as well as a dog of my own to keep your dog company while I am at work! I have spare dog crates & bowls, unless you prefer to bring your own!
“Laura is an absolute life saver! She watched my 11 week old puppy on short notice and even agreed to watch him again a day later to help me out of a bind. She has a beautiful huge fenced in yard and a great dog who is so sweet and tolerated my hyper baby well. I can’t recommend Laura enough, I felt so relieved when I dropped my baby off and he didn’t even look back as I left, he was ready to explore and play and made some great friends!”
