“Awesome as usual. Such a great feeling to leave our canine baby in such good hands. Don't have to worry how she is doing. Always comes back up, pics sent to let us know how she is doing.”

“My husband and I felt very comfortable leaving our dog with Teresa. We did an initial meet and greet and knew her and her family would take good care of Onyx. Teresa kept us updated with texts and pictures throughout the stay. She took the time to ask questions to learn what Onyx liked and didn't like, and what his normal routine was. We would recommend Teresa and use her services again in the furture. We're so glad Onyx was able to stay with her loving family who showed him the same attention he receives at home.”

“Katrin was AMAZING! My husband and I are so anxious leaving our dogs and katrin put our minds at ease immediately. From the moment we arrived, the dogs were clearly comfortable and in great hands. She shared regular updates and pictures, administered our senior dog’s medication, and went the extra mile in every possible way to make sure our pups felt right at home. We’re so grateful for her animal loving heart!”

“I wanna say thank you to Lauren she was really sweet. She was really nice. she took care of my dog really well. She had a great time beginning. She was shy but after that, she had a fun time. I’m so happy for her. I can see my dog. She had a great time she made Friend she slept. I will say Lauren is the best pet-sitter. And hopefully during the future, I wouldn’t love for her taking care of my dog again.”

“Hank enjoyed another stay with Kenan and Kayleigh, and his moms appreciated knowing that he was in kind, caring, and safe hands! He had a great time playing with another 4-legged guest and going for walks on their beautiful farm. We greatly appreciated the updates, pictures, and videos that we received during Hanks stay. Thank you for taking such good care of our boy!!!”

“Alex was wonderful. Marvel seems so happy with him! He was a great communicator and offered me a lot of flexibility when my travel plans changed a little. Highly recommend and will be using him again next time I’m in town!”

“If you are searching for just the right person to care for your family pet, your search is over! I am so thankful that we met Erin- she is a true gift! We were traveling for an extended time and I literally just relaxed and enjoyed the trip just knowing that our dog Lou was in such good hands. Lou is a rescue with some behavior issues which is where Erin is really amazing. She took everything in stride and I can easily see that Lou got lots of attention and companionship. She is an anxious dog and although she enjoys doggy daycare/and we have had other pet sitters, Lou always comes home stressed out, exhausted, nervous and her eyes look bloodshot. Not this time! This has been a completely different experience, she is visibly calm and shows no signs of stress at all. Erin is also super organized and detail-oriented, she is flexible (I had to change some dates) and she had no reservations about giving the daily medication Lou needs. Erin's communication was excellent, she even sent us daily pictures of Lou! Erin exceeded our expectations at every turn and I hope she will become a regular member of Lou's family for future stays. Thank you Erin and Dave, your care meant the world to us!”

“Shawn and Charles are amazing! They cared for our boy Dash like he was their own. Shawn frequently updated me with pictures and videos and let me know that my dog wasn’t eating much and went the extra mile to make him rice and peas to help. They are great communicators and I would recommend them to anybody. They have a large fenced in backyard which was a huge plus!”

“I couldn't be happier with the care my two older dogs received! Amanda was attentive, reliable, and clearly loves animals. My dogs both require medications and she administered them with no issues. She kept me updated with daily photos and messages, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. Finn and Skye came home happy, calm, and clearly well cared for. It's such a relief to know I have someone I can trust with my dog when I travel. Her children also were helpful and played with my dogs while in her care. They sent the dogs home with the cutest hand-drawn pictures. Highly recommend!”

“Mary is fantastic! She took both my dogs for a week and they were cared for in a safe place with exercise, tons of snuggles, a beautiful fenced yard, and the company of her two friendly dogs. The easy communication with Mary and her easy going attitude makes you feel like you are leaving your dogs with a trusted friend you’ve known for years . This has been the most positive pet sitting experience I’ve ever had using Rover. Thank you Mary for looking after the doodles like your own.”

“Amanda took excellent care of our dog! She gave him plenty of play and exercise opportunities, as well as cleaning him up after he went for a swim. Very appreciative for her conscientious care of our beloved dog while we were away :)”

“Bronson, our 120lb fur baby, loves to stay with Britteny. She has watched him many times and each time we’re updated with pictures and daily activities. Britteny is always our first choice when Bronson needs a sitter.”

“Tracy was the best dog sitter for our two small dogs over the holidays! She provided daily updates and photos, all of which involved lots of snuggles, but wasn’t overwhelming with communication. It seemed like our dogs were instantly comfortable in her presence, which is a testament to her experience as a dog sitter. She was very thoughtful on New Years Eve comforting one of our dogs who is afraid of fireworks. We will definitely be reaching out to her first with our dog sitting needs in the future.”

“My dog Luna seemed to thoroughly enjoy her stay with Violette and her family! Violette sent me lots of pictures and videos, which I really appreciated. She was super kind throughout all of our communications, and very understanding when I had traveling delays. Luna was kept clean, fed, and well cared for. I would absolutely book Violette again, and would recommend anyone else to. She genuinely seems like a warm-hearted, good-spirited person!”

“Grace is the best dog sitter! She loves on Baru as if he was her own dog. I have never felt more comfortable leaving my dog with someone. He gets to play and cuddle and is always happy to be with her.”

“I went on a weekend trip out of town and needed a loving family to take care of my 7 month old bernedoodle. This was my first time leaving Chase, and therefore I was having “doggie mom anxiety” about it. When I pulled up to Sharee & Mario’s beautiful property my anxiety was completely diminished. I cannot tell you how absolutely beautiful their property is. It’s a doggie (& human) dream. Tons of well structured fenced in fields for your pup to run and play. I got pictures and videos of Chase enjoying his time at their property and when I picked him up after my trip I had to force him into the car (he clearly did not want to leave). This is a puppy oasis and we will definitely be returning!”

“Ohmygoodness, Gianina is 100% FANTASTIC! She is SO kind and has such a beautiful spirit. I knew she had a huge heart for animals when she smiled at Riley as soon as she laid eyes on him. She didn’t know that I noticed it. She is SO wonderful... I don’t have enough words. I highly recommend her for anyone who needs someone to watch their fur kiddo. She is a sweet soul and very, very caring and interested in taking care of pets. Riley whined all the way back home… I suspect it’s because he didn’t want to leave her. lol Thank you, Gianina!!! You’re an angel!”

About: I work from home, which gives me plenty of time to hang out with your fur baby. I can do obedience training if requested, and all the treats I have are homemade with good ingredients and love:) I have a golden retriever myself. I take her out for potty at 6 in the morning, followed by food time and a longer walk around the neighborhood. While I work at home, I take my dog out to play every 1-2 hours. Five in the afternoon is our dog’s second meal. Then depending on the weather, I take my dog out for a long walk in the evening. I treat my clients’ pets as mine! I never leave pets unsupervised in the back yard, and since I work from home, I always keep an eye on the dog during the day. Treats are homemade with good ingredients and love, but make sure you let me know any allergies your fur babies have.

“Misty is such a caring cat sitter. She sends photos each visit and our kitty is always cuddling her. She has watered our plants and follows all instructions. We will use Misty In the future due to her reliability and love for animals!”

About: I've been caring for pets since I was young (including dogs, cats, horses, hamsters and guinea pigs) and I currently have 3 cats. 2 of my cats are declawed and get along with the dogs, 1 cat has claws. I'm use to caring for the unique needs of senior pets, including extra bathroom breaks and administering meds. I have three kids, 2 in college and a 17yo, that love pets as well and assist when they can. I live on 12 acres well away from the road but the yard is not fenced. I opened a business in town 9/2021 so I'm no longer home during the day but my husband works from home and when the kids are home from college they assist. I would love the opportunity to get to know your pet(s)! My husband works from home so he can care for them and keep them company during the day. I own a business in town and am usually home by 4pm. I have three kids that love dogs and assist when schedules permit. My cats also get along well with dogs. Dogs are not allowed on furniture but we do play with them if they are the playing kind or let them sleep if that is their preference.
“Ashley was fantastic!!! I was really nervous leaving my kitties for almost two weeks, since I have never left them so long. Ashley really reassured me at our meet and greet visit and I could just tell that she was going to do a great job. She came over twice a day and I got a nice little report card and pictures from each visit, so I know they were well taken care of. She even cleaned up several messes from my older sick cat and took the trash out on her last visit. I HIGHLY recommend Ashley and I would not hesitate to use her again if the need arose. She is a competent, reliable pet sitter!!!”

“My cat, Charlie, is very shy and cautious. Nick has been super patient with getting him on his good side! Charlie has warmed up to him so much, especially with this last visit. I always get so many pictures and videos which is something any pet parent would appreciate!”

“Fred had a long-term stay with David and his family while we were in the middle of a cross-country move. He had a meow-velous time and was returned to us happy and with new toys. Dave's kids treated him like one of their own and Fred loved his time with them. We were so relieved to have a comfortable, caring home-away-from-home so gave us piece of mind so that we could concentrate on selling our house, packing it up, waiting for the new house, move in and unpack -- a two-month process that avoided a lot of trauma for our cat and worrying for us. So happy that Dave was such a good fit!”

“We have been using V for over a year to house sit and check in on our cat while we are away. I joke with my husband that we have to plan our trips around her availability because of how much we and our cat love her! She is very respectful of us and our home, and sends the best updates. You can’t find better than her!”

“Was lucky enough to find a family who treated Lily as well as they did. Teresa was always available and when my schedule changed she was accommodating with last minute changes. Lots of outdoor play and she would send me updates throughout her stay. If I am ever in the area again I will 100% look her up to watch Lily.”

“Tori and Zachary watched our dog for the day at their home. He fit in great with their own dogs. He loved running around a fenced in backyard, and came home nice and tired. We will gladly use them again.”

“David was an absolutely superb sitter for our 6 month old German Shepherd puppy. Not only did he provide excellent care and stellar communication (we received multiple pictures of our puppy every day), but he went above and beyond to socialize her with other dogs and help her get over her separation and canine anxiety. She came back a different puppy -- playful, relaxed, and noticeably less anxious around other dogs. David was a godsend and we can't recommend him highly enough!”

“It was my pup’s first time with a sitter. He’s usually nervous around new people. But not here, he was peppy and playful coming home. The next time going he ran right in like a reunion with old pals. Very impressed.”

“Kenan was willing to take my dog with short notice and was very responsive to messages. He provided pictures and a video. He has a great set up that allows the dogs some shade outside, even on hot days. When I picked up my dog she was smiling and even went to say goodbye to Kenan. It's obvious that the dogs like him and are being well taken care of.”

“Grace was amazing! Highly recommend, my dog had other dogs to play with he’s a big puppy so he loves dogs. She was communicating perfectly and was ready to go upon drop off and pick up. Looking forward to another day with Grace when back in the area.”

“David is fantastic! We had a last-minute dog sitter cancelation and wow did David come to the rescue. Our two dogs, one 6-month-old puppy and one super anxious 2-year-old spent the entire day over at David's, and honestly...I have never seen them happier from a doggy daycare pick-up! And we have done quite a few Rovers/daycares. The pups immediately loved David and his huge backyard. David was super responsive, asked for and delivered on our care instructions, and just provided an overall great booking/sitting experience. He will for sure be our go-to dog sitter from here on out!”

“Scott is a great sitter for us, and Blue really enjoys visiting him. I requested a doggy daycare day, and he responded quickly to let me know he would be available. I love working with Scott on Rover; it is convenient and easy.”

“Misty is truly amazing and really proactive with our pups. Truly a professional. We had a toenail issue during one visit and she sent me photos so I took Wolfie to the vet to get evaluated and Misty later texted to see how he was doing post-visit. The injury was his fault…chasing a squirrel and lost footing in the gravel. I know some people may find it odd to use this app but it’s legit. We receive texting and picture notifications with report cards during each visit. You won’t regret it! :-)”

“Banjo LOVES his afternoon walks with Ashley! She picks him up and takes him for a walk around the neighborhood. He gets his exercise and gets to check out the neighborhood. We love using Rover and Ashley while we're at work. She sends us photos from their walks and Banjo's excited face says it all!”

AFTER August 10th, all services will be unavailable until December as I return to school outside of the area. Please do NOT book past August 10th. Thanks so much for understanding! ☺️ Mon-Sun: 8am-2:30pm (schedule varies but I will try my best to work something out with you!!) Meet and Greets: Scheduled meetings BEFORE desired sitting dates; I come to your home to get to know you, your fur babies, and the required schedule/rules. (I leave this up to the client's preference but I usually recommend it!) (CAN provide services before/after hours when requested!!) *AFTER August 10th, all services will be unavailable until December as I return to school outside of the area. Please do NOT book past August 10th.* Thanks so much for understanding! ☺️ As I previously mentioned, I have two dogs (both Jack Russells) of my own that are 2 and 8 years old. I strive to maintain a clean space and comfortable for my pets where they can relax and follow their usual routines with no worries. I maintain consistent feeding schedules, provide daily exercise and playtime, and ensure their safety by always supervising. They have designated rest areas (although I do allow animals on furniture), plenty of enrichment activities/toys, and lots of affection of course! I also have a large yard where my dogs love to run around and play with toys (when outside, they are always supervised) and a quiet neighborhood that is perfect for walks! I am always keeping my eyes on them, making sure they are healthy, eating/drinking, and exercising correctly. In a clients home is a bit different as this is not my personal space. I tend to follow the routine/schedule exactly as written and complete the usual duties such as feeding, walking, playtime, waste/litter cleanup, etc. I keep the home clean, ensure safety over the property and animals, and provide regular updates and photos to owners during each visit. I always double check and make sure all pets are comfortable, safe, and have everything they need in their space before I leave.

I am currently self employed and I make my own schedule so I am flexible with my availability. Mondays and Thursday are more flexible but I have time on the other days of the week as well. I’m clients homes I would give your pets the attention and lovin’ that they need and make sure that they are always safe. “Ken took care of our dog for 2.5 days and appreciate his personalized and professional service. His also communicates very well about our dog which gave us peace of mind during our vacation.”

“I needed someone last minute to walk my German Shepard and Lindsay was the first to respond. She sent me pics of the walk and also let me know what business he did so I was prepared when I got home from work. I've had other instances where I've had to book last minute, but Lindsay is my girl for pur household whenever we need services, hands down! Thanks, Lindsay, for all that you did for our baby! ❤️”
About: Hi there! I’ve had pets my entire life and currently have a 6 year old Belgian Malinois/German Shepherd mix, so I’m no stranger to high energy dogs that need structure, exercise, and plenty of mental stimulation. Through caring for my own dog and helping friends and family with theirs over the years, I’ve gained experience with everything from daily walks and feeding routines to enrichment, playtime, and providing extra patience for anxious or reactive pups. I genuinely enjoy getting to know each pet’s personality and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. One of the perks of working freelance is having a flexible schedule! That means I can often accommodate daytime walks, drop-ins, and last-minute requests. I love spending time with animals, so getting to care for pets throughout my week is something I genuinely enjoy. When caring for pets in a client’s home, my goal is to make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while maintaining their normal routine as much as possible. I’ve been trusted by friends and mutual friends to care for both their homes and pets over the years, so I understand how important that trust is and don’t take it lightly. I treat every home with respect, provide regular updates, and strive to give pet parents peace of mind while they’re away.
About: I’ve had animals of many kinds from tiny to huge growing up. I’d normally house sit for family and friends until I decided to join the Rover crew. I enjoy house sitting as I’ve realized pet are usually more comfortable in their own homes. I have the ability to bathe, walk, feed, and of course play with your pets! I am a part time college student doing majority of my classes online. For the time being my schedule is an empty open book waiting to be filled! I have a huge soft spot for making your pets the happiest they can be while they are with me! If they enjoy the car, cuddling up for a movie, stores, parks, or even just being in the backyard you name it and I’d love to make it happen! They will always be my #1 priority and will be in the best hands.
About: I have been blessed to share my life with 4 Golden’s.... I love dogs and will give yours with the same love and respect as I have given mine I am self employed and flexible with a schedule... We take walks or just play outside ... sunshine and exercise and good for all pets. At this time I am not able to bring your pet into my home... however I am glad to assist you with your pets in your home

About: I have raised many different types of dogs for 15+ years. For the last 5 years, I have housed many different animals in need. I have trained puppies, as well as nervous, and abused dogs. I make sure my home is a very welcome environment for animals of all kinds. Like my husband likes to say, I want a petting zoo in life. I currently work part-time in a pawn shop and full time mom to an adorable little toddler. We love being able to be around and care for animals as much as we can. I go on holidays maybe once or twice a year so I’m always around willing to help train or even just be a companion to your furry friend while you’re away I have an open yard with plenty of space to run around. I also have crates within the house just in case they need to be crated too. I have 3 adult dogs that roam free and are very friendly, as well as 3 puppies, and a 2 cats inside my house as well too. But it’s very rare my cats will come out during the day if I’m housing a dog inside.

“Awesome as usual. Such a great feeling to leave our canine baby in such good hands. Don't have to worry how she is doing. Always comes back up, pics sent to let us know how she is doing.”

“Randy was amazing!! He and my dog were so great together! I received plenty of pics and updates about our pup while we were away! Amazing sitter and really cool human! Will definitely reach out to him the next time we travel.”
