I have a lot of experience with animals including dogs, cats, guinea pigs, ferrets, turtles, rats, exotic birds, goats, and a tarantula or two so feel free to reach out if you have any questions about your pet. I worked as a Veterinarian Assistant in Greensboro, NC and I have been with Rover since 2018. I am a kind-hearted, patient person with lots of love to give your pets while you are away. I am an avid hiker but if she/he is more of a couch potato, that works too. I have cared for puppies, adult and senior dogs, kittens, adult and senior cats with medication needs on several occasions. Shy and senior pets are my specialties! I have two senior female dogs at home that I’ve had since they were puppies and three rambunctious short hair cats. When they were younger we would walk Battleground Park and the various trails in Eden or around the lakes in Greensboro. I am available for drop-ins and long or short walks. About: We have had many different types of pets over the years and understand the worry of having someone care for your pets while you are away. We are here to help with that worry by providing your pet a loving, fun and safe environment while you are away. Our family consist of my husband, a son in college and a daughter in high school and myself. We have a 13 year old Beagle/Terrier mix who is mostly interested in chasing squirrels and naps. We have recently rescued a kitten who is a fire cracker and provides a lot of interaction and entertainment for other cats and dogs who engages with her. I am home full time and when the children are home both enjoy caring and playing with the pets in our care. Being home allows me to have eyes on your pets and be readily available and responsive. We are well off the beaten path with lots of yard to roam and other barn yard pets. We have a small farm with an area fenced for our dogs as well as a fenced pasture for our farm animals. We also can accommodate crates for those pets that prefer the safety of their known space. Your pet with be a part of our tribe when they are here and will be safe and have a great time. I welcome frequent contact and am very responsive to each pet and their owners needs. Your pet will get the highest level of care here on the farm.

About: My name is Jessica and I have been taking care of pets in my neighborhood for over 15 years, since I was in middle school, through college, and now during my adulthood even though I have a full time job. I also worked at a veterinary hospital for 2 years, gaining experience on how to care for others' pets there especially in emergency hours. I love animals and I am very passionate about what I do, so I decided to branch out further than just my neighborhood. I know how uneasy it can feel leaving your pets at home while you go to work or on day trips, so let me take that worry away! I will send you updated pictures of your pet if you'd like during their walks and check ins as well as anything else you may request like giving them a treat or belly rubs, because this is what I did for me neighbors to make them feel at ease. I took care of a dog named Rosey for nearly 10 years and learned how to adjust to her needs as she got older while still making things fun for her! I haven't had as much experience with cats as I have dogs but I love them equally and have taken care of many at the veterinary hospital. I work a 2-2-3 schedule 12 hours a day meaning that I am off two days, on two days and off 3 days then vice versa the next week. The 12 hour shift pays off because that means I only work half a month! That leaves so much open time and that is why I have been able to tend to the current pets in my neighborhood so well. I have a Pomeranian named Bobby and he is my baby. I spoil him all the time and make sure that he is well taken car of whether he has to go outside at 2pm or 3am, I am out there! I give treats for rewards within moderation and love on him all the time. Your pets will get lots of love with me and I will make sure that they are well taken care of while still having fun. Bobby is a senior dog so I am always gentle with him because he also has a disability, so I will also be able to manage that if your dog has a disability as well. I walk Bobby twice a day and play with him a lot on the days that I am off because that is what continues the strengthen our bond.

I specialize in dog training, I have been doing it for 7 years now and have loved every minute of it- it is my true passion!! ❤️ That is another great reason to book with me, since I am well equipped to handle the many behaviors dogs may experience during their stay, and doing it in a safe manner as well. I have trained and rehabilitated many dogs that had severe anxiety and aggression too, some of them eventually became service dogs because of how well they transformed into a better version of themselves! I’m experienced with many different breeds, ages, and sizes of dogs so I am well versed in knowing personalities and behaviors and how to handle them in any way. ❤️😁 If you book with me your dog will experience fun activities such as enrichment toys, puzzle games, walks on trails, public outings such as to stores, parks, certain restaurants. They will also get to join pack walks, play time with other dogs, and one on one time with me! And if your dog is a couch potato 🥔 they can cozy up on the dog couch and enjoy their vacation in peace! 🏝️🐕💛 If you book with me your dog will experience a safe, fun, peaceful environment to where they will be excited to come back again! 🐾🎾 it is the opposite of when they go to the vet and have their tail tucked all nervously- your dog will have their tail wagging in the wind and jumping of joy as soon as you pull into my driveway because they know this is the place for fun and relaxation!! 🥳🥰🙌 All activities are very structured here. All dogs are supervised at all times when they are not crated, and when they are crated they are supervised by a camera I have connected to an app in my phone! Things are very structured in a sense of safety, behavior, and peace within all of the dogs during their stay. That’s where being a dog trainer comes in handy and the dogs can have fun while being in a calm state of mind! 😉🧘♀️💗🐾 I have three large dog yards- two are fenced in with 6ft privacy fence, and one yard is 6ft chain link fence. They can go potty, play, sun bathe, play in the dog pool, or just enjoy the fresh air. This is also nice if your dog isn’t aloud around other dogs- they will have their own large area to do their business and enjoy their time outdoors in a safe private area too!! 😌❤️ Cats love it here too! 🐈🐈⬛ your furry baby will get to enjoy toys, lick mats, cat castles and scratching boards. Even some cat nip if they’d like 🤪😸, and plenty of cuddles to “make biscuits”. 🥰🐾 If your dog can’t be around other dogs or cats, that is no problem here. I have plenty of room to give dogs and cats their own private space to still keep them at peace and accommodate to their needs during their stay! I like to match personalities within dogs so they can make great friends while they are on their vacation too!! It is also no problem if your dog/cat is on any medications as well- they will be issued them as directed during their stay and I am well experienced with that as well, so don’t worry about that! ❤️🩹🩺🐾 I always send plenty of updates by text with photos and videos during their stay so you don’t feel left out as I know it’s hard to leave our fur babies while we’re away! 📲📸🥰 If you book with me I can assure you your fur babies will have a blast and want to come back for more, there is plenty of love to go around here and I hope to meet your furry companions soon! 💞🐕🐕🦺🦮🐩🐈⬛🐈💞 I currently am a dog trainer, though I am still flexible and available to schedule at your convenience! Sometimes my mornings can be quite busy, but I will always do everything I can to exhaust all measures in making sure scheduling you isn’t a problem! I have 4 dogs- 2 German shepherds and 2 shepherd mix breeds. 3 are female 1 is male. I have 1 male indoor cat and 5 outdoor cats. I can assure your fur baby won’t feel lonely with the company of my own companions!! 💞 -I have multiple different rooms your fur baby can stay in if they need their own private space. -3 large fenced in yards. -structured play time with other dogs and solo play time. -pack walks and solo walks -public outings/hikes -crated when unsupervised to ensure safety of all dogs -enrichment toy/puzzle time each day to mentally stimulate and help soothe your dog -endless cuddles and love to go around 💗🥰🐾

About: I’ve taken care of dogs of every kind since I was young. They always bring me joy! I have energy, love, and patience for each puppy:) I’m currently working part-time so I’ll have plenty of time with your sweet fur baby! I’m available for boarding on weekends and walks in the middle of the week. I have a large outdoor pen with some yard but they are allowed indoors. I have two very sweet dogs to keep yours company. I can easily crate your dog if needed.
