About: I have over 30 years experience taking care of dogs and will provide the love and care they need in their new "home away from home". I have a whole house generator so in case of storms, there will be no interruption in service. I am a very active individual and typically walk at least 3-5 miles per day with my little toy fox terrier. I am a nature lover and frequent the area's hiking trails and love to get out on the beach. I prepare my dog's meals using all natural ingredients (whole foods) and make a very healthy bone broth and organic barley. With parental permission I can use this as topper for your dog's kibble. I am a retired school teacher and am available year round. I am basically home all the time when I am not out on the nature trails. I would prefer sitting for dogs that weigh 30 pounds or less. Your fur baby will receive the love and attention it deserves from Caring Karen. “Amazing doesn’t begin the describe Ashley! This is the first time I boarded Yoshi away from home. Yoshi can get anxious so I was concerned how everything would go but Ashley was perfect! She sent me so many posts and pictures that I knew that Yoshi wasn’t just being taken care of but he was loved. She took him everywhere and he was clearly part of her family when he stayed with her. Our 2 cats absolutely loved her and were excited to see her at each visit, refreshing bc they don’t usually do well with new people right away. We will absolutely be booking with Marie again in the future for other trips out of town. We felt super comfortable with her instantly from the moment she came to do a meet and greet with our cats. I’ve been working on and off through rover for about 8 years now but have much more experience pet sitting aside from rover (if you’re wondering why there are only a few recorded sits on my profile). If your animal needs special care such as medication, diaper/pad changing, extra exercise, etc, it’s no hassle at all on my end and I’m experienced with all of these and more! I’m comfortable sitting any animal and I’m comfortable with pet/house sitting that requires me to stay over at the house or visit the house. I completely understand any requirements that ensure the pet’s comfort or your peace of mind :) Feel free to ask me any questions! I care for pets in my own home which gives me more insight to both caring for the pet and understanding the perspective of an owner. This also unfortunately means I can’t board pets at my own house. About: I am a certified, licensed, and insured dog trainer and the owner of Chaos To Clarity K9. I work with dogs and their families on obedience, leash skills, everyday manners, and behavior challenges. Many of the dogs I help are everyday family dogs who need guidance with things like pulling on leash, barking, jumping, reactivity, or learning how to settle in the home. I also enjoy working with puppies and helping owners build strong foundations early through clear communication and consistency. I have a strong interest in behavior modification, especially helping dogs work through fear, stress, and reactivity at a pace that keeps them comfortable and learning. My husband is a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) and a combat veteran and former military police K9 handler who trained civilian police dogs. About: Growing up I lived on a livestock farm so my life for animals came natural and at a very early age. In the summertime, morning bathroom breaks are longer to allow for plenty of playtime before it gets too hot outside. I provide at LEAST 4 bathroom breaks throughout the day. During peak heat hours, outside breaks are shorter but indoor play is prioritized. Once things cool off in the evening, I provide another longer playtime outside. Not every dog cares for or does well with other dogs so temperament testing will be done before they are free to play with the others. All dogs are supervised when out at all times. Dogs in my home will be kenneled for bedtime or if I need to run a short errand (groceries, doctor appointment, private training lesson with a client, etc.) Care in the client's home will be discussed before the job starts. About: I am a home health aid for people and always naturally been great with animals. My mother inlaw owns a kennel so I've learned a lot from her about boarding the last 6 years. I have a dog of my own I love and have trained well to be around other animals,so far so good... considering his breed. I only work for 2-6 hrs a day housekeeping on and off and make my own schedule so im super available to make sure your baby is taken care of! I have a really flexible schedule. I will allow the pet to have a safe space to feel comfortable and cared for, fed properly, nurtured and loved! Also they will have full room to roam in my house unless owner brings crate and would like it used.
