About: Picture this: you love your working breed dog... but they can be a boarder's nightmare. Does it make you nervous that they won't get enough stimulation while you're away? You can rest assured dogs with me will get 2-3 miles of trails a day along with 2+ hours (more on weekends!) of supervised play time with an equally energetic husky. Along with structured crate time to decompress. I've dealt with the worst of leash pullers and have trained my own dogs with high expectations of good behavior. You don't have to worry about your pup loosing manners or reverting to bad behaviors while you're away! I can reinforce proper training while he/she enjoys vacation at a beautiful hideaway with miles of private woods, right on the lake for some water play when it's hot! Your pet's schedule: 7-9am: breakfast! 1-2 miles of trails 9-12pm: crate time with options of mental stimulation toys and food toys 12-1pm: potty break and inside or outside supervised play time with my dog 1-5pm: crate time 5pm: dinner time and evening walks 6pm-bedtime: supervised time around the house, options to interact with other pets, myself, household members. Bedtime: crate or bed if they prefer Note: this is based on my regular daily work schedule for weekdays and weekends. Some flexibility on time frames, excersize amounts, etc are possible. Just ask and let's see if can work something out! I have a high focus on making sure every animal gets adequate amounts of physical and mental stimulation. If your dog has needs outside of what I have listed, let's have a conversation! Crating is required while I or my husband is not in the house. Your dog will be crated in a low stimulation environment away from other animals for proper decompression time. And will never be longer than 4 hours during the day.

We are available for daily stays during your vacation, summer stays, week days, etc. I’ve been pet-sitting for over 10 years, and it’s been a wonderful way for me to combine my love of animals with a flexible schedule. I started when I began working remotely, and I’ve had extensive experience with both in-home pet sitting and dog walking. I know how hard it can be for pets and their owners when they’re apart, so I always strive to make the experience as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Keeping your pets active and entertained is one of my top priorities, whether it's a fun walk, playtime, or simply providing companionship. I work full-time with a flexible schedule, so I’m able to spend a lot of time with your animals during the day. Plus, my fiancé , Jeremy, assists me with my services. Jeremy works full-time remotely in IT, which allows him to help with pet sitting and walking whenever needed. This means your pets will receive plenty of attention and care throughout the day. I'm able to spend the majority of the weekdays with them and can spend all the time on in the evenings and weekends. I'm also available to check in or stay with your animals while you are in town for vacation and need coverage for a few hours. Their safety is my top priority while you are away. I keep a good eye on them and don't like to by physically away from them for long as I know it can be a hard transition sometimes.

About: Picture this: you love your working breed dog... but they can be a boarder's nightmare. Does it make you nervous that they won't get enough stimulation while you're away? You can rest assured dogs with me will get 2-3 miles of trails a day along with 2+ hours (more on weekends!) of supervised play time with an equally energetic husky. Along with structured crate time to decompress. I've dealt with the worst of leash pullers and have trained my own dogs with high expectations of good behavior. You don't have to worry about your pup loosing manners or reverting to bad behaviors while you're away! I can reinforce proper training while he/she enjoys vacation at a beautiful hideaway with miles of private woods, right on the lake for some water play when it's hot! Your pet's schedule: 7-9am: breakfast! 1-2 miles of trails 9-12pm: crate time with options of mental stimulation toys and food toys 12-1pm: potty break and inside or outside supervised play time with my dog 1-5pm: crate time 5pm: dinner time and evening walks 6pm-bedtime: supervised time around the house, options to interact with other pets, myself, household members. Bedtime: crate or bed if they prefer Note: this is based on my regular daily work schedule for weekdays and weekends. Some flexibility on time frames, excersize amounts, etc are possible. Just ask and let's see if can work something out! I have a high focus on making sure every animal gets adequate amounts of physical and mental stimulation. If your dog has needs outside of what I have listed, let's have a conversation! Crating is required while I or my husband is not in the house. Your dog will be crated in a low stimulation environment away from other animals for proper decompression time. And will never be longer than 4 hours during the day.

We did a meet and greet ahead of time, which was super helpful. She has a wonderful setup! A nice, large, fenced-in yard for them to run around and play. The upper deck is perfect for my pups looking out over the yard and resting in the sun. Rachel is a fantastic communicator sending multiple updates, pics and videos throughout the day. With my permission, the dogs were allowed on the couch and provided lots of cuddles and she even slept in the spare room with them (just like home). For my pup with anxiety, she moved slow and gave her time to adjust and settle. My babies got all the play, love and attention they are used to (plus a little more) 😊😊 Also, Rachel was very flexible with me for drop-off and pickup as we were going out of town. About: I have spent my entire adult life with dogs & love them dearly. My 2 dogs love to play with other dogs as well as each other. I also have an older blind toy poodle who doesn’t play with other animals but is perfectly content staying on my sofa & listening to whatever is going on in the house. Therefore, I’m quite accustomed to care for special needs dogs. All dogs seem to communicate very well with me. I also keep the owners up to date daily with pictures and/or videos as to how much fun their dogs are having. I am a retired stay at home widow who loves spending time with dogs. I can devote most my time having dogs in my home to love and care for. Typically, we use some of the afternoon for calming & resting time if/when needed. This is also the time for specific needs & brushing. The doggies can go outside anytime they want to play or do their business. I have a large fenced in back yard specifically for the care & safety of my dogs and the dogs I am caring for in my home. This is a very safe place for the fur babies to spend supervised time in the shade or sun with a large covered veranda with fresh water available at all times. I live on many acres of farm land with very few neighbors. We have no children living near us at all.

“Keri was absolutely wonderful!!!! We needed a much needed dog sitter for July 4th weekend. Everyone was either booked or not interested, or no response. After a couple of responses our family agreed on Keri because we believed there was something really special about her. She was also about 40-50 mins away from where we were staying. We didn't care because we felt it was worth it. We were traveling from out of state visiting family. We have an American bully and was so nervous because it was his first time with anyone else overnight. Communication was excellent. She always responded and had a welcoming spirit from day one inquiring. When we arrived we had a hard time leaving Drako because he was not feeling it. He actually snapped at Keri a couple of times and was very protective of the new surroundings. When I say Keri held it down she really did. She welcomed us and there was 7 of us, our 4 children, niece , my husband and myself into her home to help get Drako acquainted. It was too late to try any other option but she was more than willing to stick in there. We spent almost 2 hours getting Drako comfortable and we pulled every trick out the bag. Finally he was comfortable after running around the yard and being outside with one of their dogs. He welcomed her and her children in his space and played with the other dogs. He finally took treats from Keri and went near her without snapping. Once getting him settled we snuck out once he was well relaxed and when we thought he was calm and not going to run behind us out the door. With our surprise we received pics of Drako calm and getting rubs from her husband and family and they fell in love with him. He was in a safe and very clean environment with a loving family and Drako became one with them. I absolutely would recommend Keri to anyone who needs a dog-sitter. She’s the best. I will go out my way to bring Drako to Keri when we travel again. She was the absolute best. There’s not enough words of gratitude to Thank Keri and her family for all they did for our boy. Keri is and will always be our number 1!”
