“Christianna was willing to keep our black lab Tazz over the Thanksgiving holiday. We were pleased that Christianna helped us out at the last minute and was flexible about the drop off and pick-up of our pet. The backyard is very large and has a 6' high wooden fence. Tazz seemed happy in all the photos shared over the seven day period. She was happy and healthy when we returned to pick her up. We have discovered that dropping Tazz off in Elizabeth City as we head north to Washington DC adds only 15 minutes one way to the drive. I would definitely leave Tazz with Christianna again.”

About: 40+ years’ experience caring for and loving dogs of all ages. I’m comfortable with puppies, senior dogs and even those in their prime with plenty of energy. I am experienced with administering medicine if needed and caring for those with special needs. My husband and I have always had our own fur babies (toy and standard poodles), but do not have any currently. Can host only NON-SHEDDING BREEDS, due to family allergies. Must be house broken/trained (to potty outside), with the exception of puppies. I am retired, so I’m always here to give extra cuddles, potty breaks, play time and walks. I really love their company! Tell me their routine while at home with you and I will do my best to ensure it stays the same when in my care. We have a large fenced yard with shade in a small and quiet subdivision. Our home is two story so plenty of room for playing and naps. If they do not care stairs, I will ensure stay on the main floor. Our neighborhood is perfect for walks. I have crates if they are crate trained and you prefer that, but that is not necessary unless that is your preference. Being on the furniture or bed in our home is fine with me too. I give extra special attention if they are nervous for any reason such as thunderstorms, loud noises (such as fireworks on a holiday). I am very attentive and adapt to small things such as if they just don't like going out in the rain. I always send daily updates including photos, videos & text throughout their stay.

“Kristin was absolutely wonderful with O'Malley while we were away in Tennessee! This was the longest I had ever been away from him, and I was definitely a nervous dog mom. She kept me updated with pictures and messages throughout the weekend, which made it so much easier to enjoy our trip knowing he was in such good hands. O'Malley had a fantastic time and was clearly loved and cared for like one of her own. Kristin was kind, dependable, and communication was excellent from start to finish. Also, I packed O'Malley like he was heading off to summer camp with enough supplies for a month! complete with his own backpack full of toys, wipes, treats, grooming supplies, and labeled meals. 😂 Kristin was so prepared and attentive that she barely needed half of it! It just showed me how capable and experienced she is. I wouldn't hesitate to trust her with O'Malley again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who will love and care for their pets like family. “BOOCHI’S FIRST DAY AT DAYCARE 🐶 All I can say is WOW... I couldn’t have asked for a better dog sitter than Monti! When it comes to loving on your fur baby & making them feel at home away from home, Monti is an absolute ANGEL!!! When we first met for our meet and greet last week, it was abundantly clear that Monti and her husband truly love and understand dogs. At first, I was hesitant to book my pup, Boochi, for his first day at daycare because he tends to be a bit picky and kinda anxious sometimes, but Monti and her hubby made him feel completely at home right away – it was like Boochi was part of their family! ❤️ Yesterday was Boochi’s first day at daycare, and he was initially a little nervous when I dropped him off… he wasn't sure whether to follow me or stay with Monti. Fortunately, Monti is a PRO with dogs, and she was SO on top of his care plan – you can tell that she honestly loves and cares about the dogs she watches. From bringing out an entire room full of toys to streaming Boochi's fave comfort cartoon, Monti went MUCH further than the extra mile to make sure that he was comfortable and content… and did I mention how well-fed Boochi was? Not only did she make him his fave lunch, but she even sent him home with cheerios and some leftover chicken with broth! Throughout the day, Monti sent me adorable photos and videos, as well as regular updates with cute little stories about Boochi’s first day at daycare – which really put my mind at ease while I was away… it was clear that Boochi was bonding with Monti, having an awesome time, and getting LOTS of love, attention, and “sugars” (aka kisses). Later, when I arrived for pick-up, Boochi almost didn’t want to leave… he was happy, totally relaxed, and sorta tired from his fun, eventful day – which is always a good sign! In fact, Boochi barely ran over to me because he had become SO comfortable with Monti! Ultimately, Boochi’s first day at daycare couldn’t have gone better! I’m SO glad we found Monti and her husband, and we will definitely be booking again ASAP… it’s such a relief to know that we’ve finally found someone that we can trust with our baby boy! About: I am 27 years old and a recent graduate at Johnson and Wales University. I have been taking care of my dog India for the past 6 years I even trained her on my own. I even took her to college with me for 4 years. I also took care of a Scottish terrier when we had her when I was in high school. I currently help take care of and train my grandparents schnauzers. I have taken my dog on many walks and bath her weekly. I have experience taking care of a cat as well as horses! I am adept at dealing with dogs with separation anxiety, PTSD, and big personalities. I currently work full time and my schedule varies based on the week and holidays. I typically have off Tuesday, Sundays so I will be available all day those days. I am also usually off by 3 at work. I have a fenced in backyard but due to my dog India being so small we typically keep her on a leash when taking her outside. For my 2 lab puppies they just wander the backyard. I do request a meet and greet for most bookings for safety reasons for new clients. At your home I will ensure all instructions are followed based on the needs of your pets!
About: I’ve had dogs in my home my entire life and have always been an animal lover ever since I was a child! A fun little backstory about me...most teenagers get jobs to have money to go to the mall or whatever it is that they want to do, well my goal was to save up all the money I made and get my own puppy. That was one of the best things I ever did, I had her for 16 years. Other than having dogs all my life, I also have kennel technician and veterinary assistant experience. Before I moved back to North Carolina, I was working the front desk at a non profit animal hospital. I feel that I am a very genuine and good hearted person. I am willing to walk/jog/run/play fetch, honestly, I will do pretty much anything to make them happy while you’re away and would love to build a relationship with your fur baby!! I’m a stay at home mom, so my schedule is pretty open every day!♥️. It’s just my 4 year old and I until about 4pm Monday-Friday, so as long as your fur baby is good with kids anytime from early morning until then works! After 4 I have open availability without him (incase your baby isn’t good with kids). My weekends are generally 100% open so I’d love to help in any way that I can! “Christianna was willing to keep our black lab Tazz over the Thanksgiving holiday. We were pleased that Christianna helped us out at the last minute and was flexible about the drop off and pick-up of our pet. The backyard is very large and has a 6' high wooden fence. Tazz seemed happy in all the photos shared over the seven day period. She was happy and healthy when we returned to pick her up. We have discovered that dropping Tazz off in Elizabeth City as we head north to Washington DC adds only 15 minutes one way to the drive. I would definitely leave Tazz with Christianna again.”

About: Your animals will love coming back to me, I’ve grown up with dogs multiple from every breed cocker spaniel, dachshund, labs you name it I’ve had one and although we aren’t in a spot to have one of our own we love the idea of having there company around because they are a mans best friend. I’m in the military and have a weird schedule but I’m always home by 7pm and I’m available between 6am and 11am and even earlier if you really need me to be. I love animals as I said before and it would be my honor to watch your pet and I’ve watched pets for my co workers all the time... very active so your animal will be active too. Full time military, work close to home very friendly with animals. Fenced yard and plenty of space for your pet to feel comfortable at home I’ll have full access throughout day, cozy warm setting, very laid back. Perfect for cuddles and walks and exercise and space for eating and treats
About: I've been taking care of dogs my entire life. I have experience with large, medium, and small dogs. I have experience with rescues that have special needs, puppies, as well as senior care. I’m happy to specialize each experience for max comfort for your pup. I have a remote job and am flexible with scheduling around your pups needs. There are times when I am unavailable but I will always have any walks, visits or day cares scheduled accordingly . I have a corgi mix of my own that goes on walks and potty breaks at a regular schedule. I have a fenced yard and a friendly corgi mix to keep any pups company. I do not have a crate but if provide one I have no problem if that is better for your pup.
