She was also patient and gentle with our shyest cat, Kailas, who spent most of his time hiding under the bed. She found ways to bond with him on his terms—leaving lollipop treats near him and noticing he’d quietly eat them when she wasn’t looking. By the end, she even had him eating from her hand! You can tell Alice genuinely loves animals. Her updates were full of warmth and personality that very often made us smile while we were reading them. We had complete peace of mind knowing our pets were in such attentive, loving hands. We’ll definitely be booking her again!”

Everything from getting holly to their home (Tori last minute offered to pick Holly Up and this was a godsend because our trip was last minute and we were trying to coordinate many other things) to start her visit to pick up and updates in between were great. Her sons are very gentle and natural animal lovers so that was not any concern even though our dog generally prefers calm environments. “Amy & John took such good care of our two dogs, boarding them for nearly a week while we traveled. I was so appreciative and relieved they would consider us, as our young dog, River, is always curious and has a pretty strong prey drive. I wondered if he would be suited to life on their farm. Our other guy, Colton, is 15 and has significant arthritis. These two could not have more different needs at this point. Amy and John have a beautiful farm, two special rescued dogs, Bruno & Pork Chop, cattle, chickens, even emu. This would be a new experience for both our guys! Generally we spend a great deal of time with them off leash walking our family farms, but this would be a new property and boundaries without fencing. At our meet and greet it was clear Amy and John are special people. We admired them right away! They are very experienced, and were aptly methodical about the introduction of all the dogs and their other farm animals. Their confidence that this could work for all parties involved was reassuring. Amy and John went above and beyond, very kind to take our dogs a day earlier than planned with short notice, and welcomed our daughter, also new to them, who transported the dogs for us. They were excellent at communicating, sending us updates, pictures, and videos, even though we’d told them this was not necessary, as keeping up with River, his energy and curiosities, we knew could be a full time job in and of itself. But it gave us great peace of mind hearing early on that all was going well and there were no issues. Because of Amy & John’s care, patience, and diligence, after a full day with them we received the following, “..Bruno and River have become fast friends, running circles and playing hide and seek in the woods like wild things! We’re not using the leashes at all as we walk in the woods. River’s been absolutely perfect about coming back when we call him.” And I got the biggest kick out of, “I just got back from a walk with all four dogs, Pork Chop and Colton waddling behind me and River and Bruno having a blast playing chase.” Along with a picture Amy sent of River with his head poking through from behind her knees (as crazy as it sounds), something he humors only us with here at home, we KNEW both our guys felt comfortable, were happy and very much cared for. I could not imagine a more perfect scenario for our dogs. Now back at home, we can definitely sense they are missing Amy, John, Bruno, Pork Chop, and daily life on their farm. I’d love to arrange a play date to help with this, and I KNOW precisely what River and Colton’s reactions will be once we approach their farm. It’s clear this is a family that loves animals and cares so much for the well-being of all they have rescued and assumed responsibility for. They are kind, exceptional, hard-working individuals, and we feel so fortunate to have met them and to have our dogs cared for by them. This is who we will turn to any time we need care and boarding for our dogs!”

About: Hey, my name is Tiffani! I've been taking care of my own pets since I was about ten years old. Along with that, I have been pet sitting for family, friends, and neighbors for about the same amount of time. I currently have two dogs, Draco and Rhino, who are both pitbulls, so I have experience caring for big dogs. While I am currently in school, working part-time, and volunteering at an animal sanctuary each week, I am very comfortable managing a busy schedule. In addition to caring for my own pets, feeding, walking, playing, and of course, cuddling, I am more than happy to fit your pets into my routine. Whether your pet needs an hour-long walk or overnight care, I am flexible and prepared to accommodate their needs. My dogs get along very well, even though they were introduced to each other a few years apart. However, they must be fed separately to prevent any fights or food stealing. I also have experience caring for dogs who cannot be in the same space together. Because of this, I am fully capable of handling specific care requests, whether that means feeding pets separately or maintaining a safe distance between them for their safety.

About: I have had dogs (and cats) since I was 12 years old and I've taken care of many of my neighbors, friends and families pets and they all love me. I'm used to large and small dogs and am happy to chill/play with them or go for a walk. I currently volunteer and foster for a local animal shelter. Being an artist and an avid gardener I spend my time painting or caring for mine and my daughters ( who lives next door ) gardens so your pets can be with me all day. If I'm taking care of your pets at your home I will follow any rules or guidelines you have in place as I would in my home. Dog walking can be done in your neighborhood or I have a car and can transport to a dog park if you wish.

About: I’ve been in love with animals at a young age. When I was young I rescued a grey tabby when my mom was going to school. I raised him until he passed in 2020. In his memory, I’ve always been fond about cats. Oliver was not my only furry friend I had. I currently own a dog named Licky, two cockatoos, two pet rats, and an aquarium of fish…. About: As long as I can remember I’ve lived with animals. Not just dogs, I’ve raised chickens, Guinea pigs, hamsters, fish, geckos, and I helped birth puppies once 😂 My partner and I are full time Pet Sitters! We are available to house sit on weekdays, weekends, holidays, and overnight. We require a meet and greet before all of our sits and prefer booking confirmation 2 weeks before your trip, but we do have sympathy for emergency situations and are always happy to help. Whenever I take care of your animal I will always make sure to take very good care of the home I’m staying in, as well as the animal or animal’s I’m taking care of. “Tori and her family took such great care of our small older dog who has some health issues including med administration needs and occasional pain due to previous cancer. Everything from getting holly to their home (Tori last minute offered to pick Holly Up and this was a godsend because our trip was last minute and we were trying to coordinate many other things) to start her visit to pick up and updates in between were great. Her sons are very gentle and natural animal lovers so that was not any concern even though our dog generally prefers calm environments. “Amy & John took such good care of our two dogs, boarding them for nearly a week while we traveled. I was so appreciative and relieved they would consider us, as our young dog, River, is always curious and has a pretty strong prey drive. I wondered if he would be suited to life on their farm. Our other guy, Colton, is 15 and has significant arthritis. These two could not have more different needs at this point. Amy and John have a beautiful farm, two special rescued dogs, Bruno & Pork Chop, cattle, chickens, even emu. This would be a new experience for both our guys! Generally we spend a great deal of time with them off leash walking our family farms, but this would be a new property and boundaries without fencing. At our meet and greet it was clear Amy and John are special people. We admired them right away! They are very experienced, and were aptly methodical about the introduction of all the dogs and their other farm animals. Their confidence that this could work for all parties involved was reassuring. Amy and John went above and beyond, very kind to take our dogs a day earlier than planned with short notice, and welcomed our daughter, also new to them, who transported the dogs for us. They were excellent at communicating, sending us updates, pictures, and videos, even though we’d told them this was not necessary, as keeping up with River, his energy and curiosities, we knew could be a full time job in and of itself. But it gave us great peace of mind hearing early on that all was going well and there were no issues. Because of Amy & John’s care, patience, and diligence, after a full day with them we received the following, “..Bruno and River have become fast friends, running circles and playing hide and seek in the woods like wild things! We’re not using the leashes at all as we walk in the woods. River’s been absolutely perfect about coming back when we call him.” And I got the biggest kick out of, “I just got back from a walk with all four dogs, Pork Chop and Colton waddling behind me and River and Bruno having a blast playing chase.” Along with a picture Amy sent of River with his head poking through from behind her knees (as crazy as it sounds), something he humors only us with here at home, we KNEW both our guys felt comfortable, were happy and very much cared for. I could not imagine a more perfect scenario for our dogs. Now back at home, we can definitely sense they are missing Amy, John, Bruno, Pork Chop, and daily life on their farm. I’d love to arrange a play date to help with this, and I KNOW precisely what River and Colton’s reactions will be once we approach their farm. It’s clear this is a family that loves animals and cares so much for the well-being of all they have rescued and assumed responsibility for. They are kind, exceptional, hard-working individuals, and we feel so fortunate to have met them and to have our dogs cared for by them. This is who we will turn to any time we need care and boarding for our dogs!”

“Miklo had a wonderful stay with Marilyn! I’m pretty sure he had more fun than I did on my trip. Marilyn sent lots of photos and updates of him happily playing with his new dog friends and making himself right at home, which made me feel so relaxed knowing he was in great hands. She followed his feeding routine perfectly, including feeding him three times a day because of his sensitive stomach. I really appreciated that attention to detail and consistency. The biggest surprise was that he didn’t need his anxiety meds at all during his stay, which has never happened when he’s been at a traditional kennel. That alone says so much about how comfortable and well cared for he was. When I picked him up, he was happy, calm, and transitioned right back home easily. In the past after kennel stays he’s been much more stressed, so this was a huge difference. It’s clear Marilyn treats the dogs like part of the family, and I’m so grateful Miklo got to spend time with her. I will absolutely be booking with Marilyn again! Thank you.:):)”
