“Wonderful service!! She took care of my boy for a couple of nights and she sent plenty of pictures and updates! She communicated well with us and ensured that our fur baby was taken care of!”

“Ashley (and her family) are wonderful, amazing, trustworthy, loving, compassionate, and overall phenomenal! She is the first sitter we've ever taken our 7.5 month old PJ to so my husband and I were apprehensive because we've only had him 4 months. PJ, although so adorable and very loving, is very hyper and feisty when he sees people and other animals. We are still learning his habits and behaviors so this was our first sitter-test. When we got to Ashley's home, we were greeted by Ashley and Cheyenne. To our surprise, PJ was so happy to see them! He jumped out of the car, went to them, and never turned around to say goodbye - our feelings were hurt, but that was the reassurance we needed to enjoy our time visiting with family for the day and night - we were not worried at all! Ashley even took the time to send us pictures of PJ interacting with the entire family (people and fur family members) and gave us the feedback we need regarding PJ's behavior with others. We will definitely be visiting with Ashley whenever we are in Rocky Mount. I actually wish we lived in the same town so we could have play dates and family outings together. Definitely a 5+ rating for Ashley! Thank you again for everything - see you all soon!”

“I absolutely loved having Eris stay with her! I would definitely choose her again. She has a wonderful amount of space for the dogs to play and feel comfortable. She followed all of our instructions regarding Eris’s food and medication, which gave us so much peace of mind. I also loved seeing how well her dog and Eris got along.they became great friends! 🥰 I highly recommend her and would definitely trust her with Eris again!”

“Second time having Rose stay with Brian and just as amazing care taken of her as the first time! She has fun playing with his other fur babies and is very loved when she visits!”

“Rob was great with our girls. This was an acclimation visit to familiarize. This family is very understanding of special needs & requests. Our pups were well taken care of. We believe we have found our care team.”

“Karin took amazing care of my Zucchini! This was my first time using Rover so I was naturally nervous to drop my baby off, but I felt better knowing she would have around the clock human care and interaction while I was gone because I know she gets lonely on shorter trips when I've had friends just drop in. Karin assured me Zucchini would be fine, and she was! She sent me updates and pictures daily to let me know how Zucchini was doing. She even went the extra mile and clipped Zucchini's nails for me, which I greatly appreciated because the week up to me leaving had been tough on a personal level and I had planned to clip Zucchini's nails before her Rover stay but never got around to it. Karin is one of the nicest people I've met and best pet mama, she was very flexible with pick up/drop off times and even offered to come pick Zucchini up for me if needed before I left. I definitely plan to use her services again in the future if she will have us. Thank you Karin for making my first Rover experience a great one.”

“I couldn’t have found a better person to take care of my dogs. Monica took such great care of them, showered them with affection, and kept me updated throughout the week. So glad to have found such a great person to take care of my little ones.”

“Randy is always great and willing to help at any time. At the last minute she even allowed me to add my Grand dogs. She is the best when it come to keeping your fur babies! The boys really enjoyed!”

I do stay in an apartment so I don't have yard space for pets, but I am willing to drive to dog parks or walking trails. I also don't mind going to other peoples home to care for their animals.

I love animals and caring for them, making them comfortable when their families are gone is not an easy task but easing their anxiety and keeping them comfortable is a very rewarding job. I’ve worked with rover in the past when I was in high school and it was a great experience. I am currently working part time but my schedule is relatively flexible. As far as boarding goes there is and will always be someone at the house caring for the dogs 24/7. I have a large plot of land adjacent to my house for the puppies to play in. I currently have three very friendly small dogs who love to play and make friends.

About: I am from Colombia and there I had the opportunity to work with him, in a family veterinarian where I learned a lot. Here in the United States I have been taking care of dogs and cats at home several times. It is important, since animals are part of my life and always will be, I also dream of one day having the money to be able to give a good life to several animals that currently live in a shelter. I keep them company, I sing to them, I play with them, I walk them, when they sleep in my house I always make them comfortable and I am aware of all their behavior, especially because I know they miss their owners.

I provide dependable, loving care for pets of all ages, from energetic puppies to senior dogs who need extra patience and attention. About: I've taken care of dogs since I was little! I've always loved animals and wanted to take on the responsibility of caring for them. Whether this was my next door neighbors or my own, I was always up for the job! I own a mini horse (my 1 year old saint bernard), 1 inside only cat, and 2 outside cats. As for work, I am a fourth grade teacher and have the patience and enthusiasm to be the pet sitter you need. I am currently out for summer break as an elementary teacher. My schedule is very open and flexible. I will be home full time until mid August. Once I go back to work, I will still be able to board animals at my house. However, it is important for them to be crate trained as I plan to have them crated during the day - at least in the beginning. This will more than likely change as I get to know the animal more and how they interact with my animals! It's essential for the animals to feel safe in a place they are unfamiliar with and around animals they do not know! Please know that when I arrive home, they will receive plenty of enrichment through attention, daily walks, and play time with me or other dogs. I have a fenced in backyard that connects to another fenced in yard belonging to my parents and their two dogs. These areas are closed off unless I want the dogs to have some play time. All 3 dogs, including my own, are very sweet and get along well! Dog can be easily crated if needed, I own a large crate with a lot of room. As for your home, I will treat it like it's my own and love your pets like they are my own. Animals provide a nice change from the chaos that goes on in the everyday life of a teacher. I look forward to taking your fur baby on walks, providing enrichment, and cleaning litter boxes or other pet related needs!

Due to this the environment is very safe and inviting. In my home it is very calm and clean. This is important just in case your pet has allergies. Since I don’t have any pets myself I am able to give lots of care and attention to your pets.

About: For as long as I could remember I’ve been my family’s go-to pet sitter. Anytime my Grandmother had a doctors appointment or my Aunt and Uncle left town, I would be their first choice.
“Kristen has a wonderful personality and made me and Gye, my 1 year old Akita, feel secure about her services. Nothing but good vibes. Her knowledge of greeting him, and handling him worked very well. She was extremely flexible, responsive and professional in our phone, text and email conversations. She followed the protocol left for her with no problems at all. I highly recommend her and will look to connect with her again. Thanks Kristen!”
About: I have worked with Anna’s Angels doggy day care (4 years) & unleashed (2years). I have also had a variety of animals in my life. Animals are loving and caring, you just have to be patient with them. I have experience with grooming maintenance and health care aid as well. I treat all animals like family, Yes!! I allow all pets on my couches, bed , furniture (etc). I’m a a college student studying to get my degree in psychology. This has left me with a lot of free time. I tend to just dog sit my sisters 2 miniature pinscher‘s but I was introduced to Rover and with my love for animals I thought we’d be a great fit. Usually I’d assist with grooming, walks/play time, cleaning of feeding bowls, cages/beds area, refilling food/water or any special request that is needed at the time.
About: I’ve been working with animals since I was a kid! My family owns and runs a farm so my entire life has been about taking care of animals needs and making sure they are healthy! I have always had an affinity for all pets no matter how big or small! My #1 priority is making sure they’re taken care of, safe, and loved when their parents are gone! I am currently a senior at WCU, but I live here near Greenville and will be here for the whole summer, holidays, and most weekends! I’m currently self-employed and have a lot of extra time on my hands to help take some time off of yours! I have a very large backyard that is fenced in, all my dogs love to run around in it. My furr baby, Cherry, is crate trained and loves to spend most of her time inside!
About: I’ve grown up around animals and had several throughout the last 33 years. I really only have experience with dogs and cats, I currently have 5 cats and 2 dog. As a pet caretaker with a flexible schedule, I can easily adapt my day around each pet’s needs. I’m able to plan feeding times, walks, play sessions, and check-ins at times that work best for both the pet and their owner. My flexibility allows me to provide consistent, reliable care—even if the owner’s routine changes—while making sure the pet maintains a comfortable, steady daily rhythm. This approach helps me give attentive, personalized care throughout the day. I have a fenced in yard and a friendly two year old female German Shepherd loves to play. And also a male rat terrier mix. I can also crate if needed. Also lots of treats and toys!

I am currently very flexible and have more time to provide enrichment and safe outdoor activities. This means I can be available during the day when your baby needs me most!

About: Hi! I’m a proud fur mama to five dogs and caretaker of 17 farm animals, so animals are literally my everyday life.
