About: As a first responder, I’m very comfortable around K9s and understand the importance of patience, consistency, awareness, and responsible handling around animals. I also have two dogs of my own, Millie, a Vizsla, and Aksel, a German Shepherd. I’ve had Millie her entire life, and Aksel came to us as a rescue about a year ago. When we first brought Aksel home, he needed extra patience, structure, and training, and we’ve worked with him consistently to help him become the happy, well-tempered dog he is today. I genuinely love dogs and enjoy spending time with them, working with them, and helping them learn. I work as a first responder, so my schedule is different from a traditional Monday–Friday schedule. I have set days off that allow me to offer pet care, and I primarily schedule boarding on my days off so I can give your pet plenty of attention and supervision. Any animal in our household is taken care of as they are our children. Our older dog was raised to be kind to smaller animals and seems to think anything smaller than him is his to take care of.
