About: My family personally has never owned any pets for more than 3 years but I have close relatives and friends who have. I have been asked to dog walk, sit, board, bathe and so many other things that I actually genuinely enjoy. Im not saying im a dog whisper but I have found it very easy to get a long with almost any animal I have came in contact with. I love the easy connection you can make with an animal just in the first few minutes of meeting them. While the pay is definitely a plus I enjoy taking care hanging out with all sorts of pets and hopefully I will have the chance to meet yours! I am currently and online college student so most days my schedule is very open. My weekends tend to get a little busy but not until the summer time so I am usually very free then as well. I spend most of my time at home so your pet would be with me during the duration of whatever service is being provided, can always clear my day for any furball! While I do have an unfenced yard anytime the animal needs to be taken out I am willing to do multiple walks. My house is fair in size so they have plenty of room to roam and access to water and food unless their diet is specific. I will admit this is my first time doing this through an online service and taking care of the animal within my home ( if needed) but am excited to learn and allow for any accommodations that may need to be met.

Most of my formal experience with caring for other peoples pets came during and after college, however I was raised around pets (cats and dogs) and learned how to be safe and responsible with animals when I was very little. Your dog will have plenty of space to be comfortable to chill and play! We enjoy spending time outside on nice days. When it is too hot or cold outside I make sure our pup gets playtime or enrichment toys/treats inside. I currently can offer dog walking services, daily check-ins for cats or dogs, and day/night boarding at our home (as long as your pet is a good and safe fit for a home with a small child). We have a large front and backyard with a carport/porch area. Plenty of space for playing fetch, having the zoomies, or chewing on a treat while getting some fresh air, rain or shine! If your dog requires being leashed/walked when going potty, there is plenty of space to take them around the yard as well as walkable streets near our house, and a park less than 2 minutes away. Our dog currently follows recall and commands to do his "business" but if we are caring for another dog we will leash them both or follow the owner's preferences and what they are comfortable with.

Their routines, quirks, favorite things, and anything else that helps me make them feel at home are all helpful to know. I don’t have a breed preference and have experience with everything from easygoing family companions to high-drive working dogs. Whether your pup is happiest curled up on the couch or ready to spend the day exploring, I’m happy to accommodate their personality and your preferences. And yes, your dog is absolutely welcome on our couch! ❤️ Our home is their home while they’re here, and we want them to feel comfortable and included. At the same time, I’m always happy to follow whatever arrangements work best for your family. No matter what their stay looks like, your pup can count on plenty of attention, exercise, playtime, and interaction. My goal is for them to head home happy, tired, and already looking forward to their next visit! I wake up and start the day off with morning let out. After each group has been let we come back in for feeding. Morning feedings normally allow for 30-45 minutes before letting out again for a potty break. They are brought back in, crated, and pups are rotated out for play inside throughout the day. I let out every 2-4 hours through the day or more if needed. I do have the option to add on trail walks for those who have social canines who are good with other dogs and people (I will not be introducing them to others but it is a requirement to the trail). In the evening we normally do the last feeding at 7 pm followed by yard play and starting to settle in. Last potty break is at 10 pm. Note: Although I am at home full time I do on occasion leave our home to run errands. Your dog can be left alone for up to 4 hours (max). If this is ever the case your pup will always be crated and secure. For your pup's safety They are never given free rein while unsupervised. I take the safety of your furry companion very seriously. Canines are let out for potty breaks every 2-4 hours (or as needed, if required more frequently). I have a fenced-in yard so your pup will be safe during potty breaks. I do not allow companions from other families to play with each other. This is a safety measure. Your pup can be under a lot of stress when you're gone and I want to make their stay as smooth and relaxing as possible. This doesn't mean I will not be playing with your pup ourselves! I love playing fetch, puzzle games, and even tug with them. I do allow for several outings in the house throughout the day so they can get plenty of one-on-one attention inside as well as extra pets. I have 5 acres that are attached to the national preserve. If your furry companion is social and enjoys walks, I have several trails I am happy to take them on upon request (weather permitting). All outings are on leash only.

Most of my formal experience with caring for other peoples pets came during and after college, however I was raised around pets (cats and dogs) and learned how to be safe and responsible with animals when I was very little. Your dog will have plenty of space to be comfortable to chill and play! We enjoy spending time outside on nice days. When it is too hot or cold outside I make sure our pup gets playtime or enrichment toys/treats inside. I currently can offer dog walking services, daily check-ins for cats or dogs, and day/night boarding at our home (as long as your pet is a good and safe fit for a home with a small child). We have a large front and backyard with a carport/porch area. Plenty of space for playing fetch, having the zoomies, or chewing on a treat while getting some fresh air, rain or shine! If your dog requires being leashed/walked when going potty, there is plenty of space to take them around the yard as well as walkable streets near our house, and a park less than 2 minutes away. Our dog currently follows recall and commands to do his "business" but if we are caring for another dog we will leash them both or follow the owner's preferences and what they are comfortable with.
