I am no stranger to cleaning up accidents, administering medications, handling pets with reactivity, and fulfilling exercise such as playing fetch, tug, flirt pole, long walks, brain stimulation (keeping up with training/commands) or simply snuggling if your baby is low activity. I have been a self-employed residential cleaner for over 8 years and create my own schedule allowing me the flexibility to care for your pets and mine! “BOOCHI’S FIRST DAY AT DAYCARE 🐶 All I can say is WOW... I couldn’t have asked for a better dog sitter than Monti! When it comes to loving on your fur baby & making them feel at home away from home, Monti is an absolute ANGEL!!! When we first met for our meet and greet last week, it was abundantly clear that Monti and her husband truly love and understand dogs. At first, I was hesitant to book my pup, Boochi, for his first day at daycare because he tends to be a bit picky and kinda anxious sometimes, but Monti and her hubby made him feel completely at home right away – it was like Boochi was part of their family! ❤️ Yesterday was Boochi’s first day at daycare, and he was initially a little nervous when I dropped him off… he wasn't sure whether to follow me or stay with Monti. Fortunately, Monti is a PRO with dogs, and she was SO on top of his care plan – you can tell that she honestly loves and cares about the dogs she watches. From bringing out an entire room full of toys to streaming Boochi's fave comfort cartoon, Monti went MUCH further than the extra mile to make sure that he was comfortable and content… and did I mention how well-fed Boochi was? Not only did she make him his fave lunch, but she even sent him home with cheerios and some leftover chicken with broth! Throughout the day, Monti sent me adorable photos and videos, as well as regular updates with cute little stories about Boochi’s first day at daycare – which really put my mind at ease while I was away… it was clear that Boochi was bonding with Monti, having an awesome time, and getting LOTS of love, attention, and “sugars” (aka kisses). Later, when I arrived for pick-up, Boochi almost didn’t want to leave… he was happy, totally relaxed, and sorta tired from his fun, eventful day – which is always a good sign! In fact, Boochi barely ran over to me because he had become SO comfortable with Monti! Ultimately, Boochi’s first day at daycare couldn’t have gone better! I’m SO glad we found Monti and her husband, and we will definitely be booking again ASAP… it’s such a relief to know that we’ve finally found someone that we can trust with our baby boy! About: I have been a babysitter for over 20 years. Most of the families I worked with had pets, dogs or cats. I have had cats of my own over the years but now I help my mom take care of her 2 dogs. I recently moved to Newport News so I have a completely open schedule. I am already cooking fresh food for my mom's dogs and walking them regularly. Come join us. I prepare meals for my mom's dogs weekly. I research foods they can and cannot have to make sure they are happy and healthy. I also walk them 3 times a day minimum. We are an animal loving family. No young kids that harm or hurt in any way. Your pets are guaranteed a “spoiled rotten” experience for sure. Schedule We are home most of the time. We let the pups run around and play inside. We prefer inside dogs over outside dogs, but will take the dogs outside many, many times to walk, run, and play. Just I inform us of their home habits of how often they like to go out. Safety, trust & environment- I am highly protective over the dogs well being. Safety and emotionally. We use leashes when walking/running your dog and to let them out to use the bathroom. Dogs are fed at separate locations to ensure no jealousy and fights. Not to mention stolen food and a hungry pup. The dogs we sit for sleep in the master bedroom. We sleep with the door shut. This is to ensure we can always have eyes and ears on your pup. No accidents or trouble to get into. They seem to like having the constant company around them, even if we are asleep, they know they’re not alone.

I have some experience in dog training as I trained my Labrador Retriever as a puppy in doggie obedience school. My Lab is now currently a senior doggie. We breed and raise pedigreed Mini Rex, and pedigreed Netherland Dwarf bunnies for showing and pets. About: 40+ years’ experience caring for and loving dogs of all ages. I’m comfortable with puppies, senior dogs and even those in their prime with plenty of energy. I am experienced with administering medicine if needed and caring for those with special needs. My husband and I have always had our own fur babies (toy and standard poodles), but do not have any currently. Can host only NON-SHEDDING BREEDS, due to family allergies. Must be house broken/trained (to potty outside), with the exception of puppies. I am retired, so I’m always here to give extra cuddles, potty breaks, play time and walks. I really love their company! Tell me their routine while at home with you and I will do my best to ensure it stays the same when in my care. We have a large fenced yard with shade in a small and quiet subdivision. Our home is two story so plenty of room for playing and naps. If they do not care stairs, I will ensure stay on the main floor. Our neighborhood is perfect for walks. I have crates if they are crate trained and you prefer that, but that is not necessary unless that is your preference. Being on the furniture or bed in our home is fine with me too. I give extra special attention if they are nervous for any reason such as thunderstorms, loud noises (such as fireworks on a holiday). I am very attentive and adapt to small things such as if they just don't like going out in the rain. I always send daily updates including photos, videos & text throughout their stay.

I work part-time so I have plenty of time to spend with your pets in my free time. I the sweetest cat,Olly, so I definitely get creative with indoor/outdoor activities. I have a variety of cat toys that your animal will have access to (depending on your preferences), puzzles and home made interactive games so your pup will constantly be entertained and hopefully tuckered out when returning home!
About: I've been an animal lover all of my life. I had cats for most of my childhood and early adulthood. They were my best buddies who cuddled and slept with me, as well as posed for drawings and paintings. About 18 years ago I adopted a pit mix, named Humble. He was the most gentle giant you could ever meet. He accompanied me on camping and hiking trips in Maine. He passed away a few years ago. Now I'm the lucky mom of a rescue dog named Chance. He is an 8 year old undetermined breed. He may be a Doxie mixed with Papillion. I rescued him from the streets of China. I was working as an ESL teacher in Shenzhen,China at the time. He is one of my best friends and I spoil him with lots of love, treats and walks. I am a certified yoga teacher, artist and pet care provider. I started out pet sitting as a side business to earn some extra money, but it has become so much more than that. It is such a rewarding job and a great honor to care for so many beautiful animals! I will take great care of your fur babies and your home. You can have peace of mind with me as your pet sitter. I can't wait to meet you and your pets! About: I am 27 years old and a recent graduate at Johnson and Wales University. I have been taking care of my dog India for the past 6 years I even trained her on my own. I even took her to college with me for 4 years. I also took care of a Scottish terrier when we had her when I was in high school. I currently help take care of and train my grandparents schnauzers. I have taken my dog on many walks and bath her weekly. I have experience taking care of a cat as well as horses! I am adept at dealing with dogs with separation anxiety, PTSD, and big personalities. I currently work full time and my schedule varies based on the week and holidays. I typically have off Tuesday, Sundays so I will be available all day those days. I am also usually off by 3 at work. I have a fenced in backyard but due to my dog India being so small we typically keep her on a leash when taking her outside. For my 2 lab puppies they just wander the backyard. I do request a meet and greet for most bookings for safety reasons for new clients. At your home I will ensure all instructions are followed based on the needs of your pets!

A fun little backstory about me...most teenagers get jobs to have money to go to the mall or whatever it is that they want to do, well my goal was to save up all the money I made and get my own puppy. I am no stranger to cleaning up accidents, administering medications, handling pets with reactivity, and fulfilling exercise such as playing fetch, tug, flirt pole, long walks, brain stimulation (keeping up with training/commands) or simply snuggling if your baby is low activity. I built my dogs their own apartment behind our house fully equipped with heat, ac, a bed, and doggie door leading to a fenced in area so your dog(s) does not have to be dog friendly and we are also child free so your dog can be the only baby in our home the duration of their stay! About: Your animals will love coming back to me, I’ve grown up with dogs multiple from every breed cocker spaniel, dachshund, labs you name it I’ve had one and although we aren’t in a spot to have one of our own we love the idea of having there company around because they are a mans best friend. I’m in the military and have a weird schedule but I’m always home by 7pm and I’m available between 6am and 11am and even earlier if you really need me to be. I love animals as I said before and it would be my honor to watch your pet and I’ve watched pets for my co workers all the time... very active so your animal will be active too. Full time military, work close to home very friendly with animals. Fenced yard and plenty of space for your pet to feel comfortable at home I’ll have full access throughout day, cozy warm setting, very laid back.
