“Ashley is a very nice person and great to work with in setting up the sit. She was very responsive to email messages before, during, and after the sit. Ashley provided photos of our dog during her stay with her. We felt that Abby received great care during the week she stayed with Ashley. When we arrived to drop off Abby and when we picked her up, Ashley was ready for us and had everything organized. We received good feedback on the stay from Ashley and will certainly use her in the future. It was a great experience for our dog and us.”

“Nelcy was fantastic! She kept our two high-energy Aussies, and everything was great. She sent pictures and updates throughout the week and went out of her way to make our dogs comfortable. We would definitely board with her again in the future and recommend her to other pet parents looking for a reliable sitter.”

“My girls loved Beth! This was their first time not staying with family so I was a little worried but Beth made me feel at ease immediately! She made sure to keep me updated and sent lots of pictures! I highly recommend trusting her with your fur babies! 💕”

“Samantha sent many pictures! Bella seemed to really enjoy staying here to play with her other dogs! She came home calm, tired and no anxiety. We would definitely use her and her family again!”

“Can't say enough good things about Andrea. She is so nice, accommodating, and did a great job taking care of Mella. Throughout Mella's stay, Andrea sent pictures and gave constant updates. She was respectful of Mella's new feeding schedule and potty routine. She also took Mella on several walks throughout the day which I really appreciated! She made the whole boarding process so simple. I will definitely be using Andrea again and would recommend her to anyone!”

“We couldn’t be happier with the care Vinny received! It gave us so much peace of mind knowing he was in such good hands. We received updates and photos throughout the day, and it was clear that Vinny was happy, comfortable, and well cared for. He came home relaxed and content, which says a lot. Thank you for treating him like part of your family—we truly appreciate your kindness and attention. We would absolutely trust you with Vinny again and highly recommend you to anyone looking for a caring and reliable dog sitter!”

“First time with Elizabeth. Pups seemed happy staying with her. One of them was even dealing with an infection and she was great taking care of him. Would be happy to have them stay with her again. Only wish she sent more frequent photos, but I am obsessed with my pups!”

“Michelle was absolutely wonderful! Miss Olivia did great and I was updated numerous times a day which helped my kids and I from being away from our precious puppy. We will most definitely use her for any future trips.”

“Channon was so great. We left our 75 lb Pyrenees mix with Channon for two nights. Channon's dog Bizzy was the perfect playmate for our pup! She did a great job caring for him, sharing any concerns she had, and sending a video or two. We could tell that our pup was having a great time and felt very comfortable. Thank you Channon!!”

“Brooke and her family were so great with our dogs! They gave them lots of exercise and sent us pictures every day, which made being away a lot easier! Highly recommend ?”

“Brittany has been great with my pups. I felt super comf with them staying with her and her family. It helps a lot that she has her pup with her, who's super extroverted and helped get my younger dog out of his shell. I strongly recommend her! I'm just bummed that she's moving away from me 😞”

“Cinthia and Fernando took wonderful care of our pups while we were away for an extended amount of time. We received twice-daily updates with pictures and videos, which greatly eased any nervousness we had about being away for so long. They clearly cared for Miles and Mabel as we would have, and they welcomed the dogs as part of their family. We know they were in good hands and will absolutely reach out to Cinthia and Fernando the next time Miles and Mabel are ready for a vacation!”

“Mindy was wonderful with Issu, she tended to all his needs and was able to provide him with a comfortable pleasant stay I am very pleased and definitely recommend her to take care of your loved ones”

“This was our second booking with Katie and she was absolutely wonderful! Her expertise as a vet tech, communication, and willingness to go above and beyond came into play this stay, and showed just how dedicated to she is to caring for animals AND their owners! Katie is an asset and we will definitely book with her again. Thank you Katie for helping us take this trip and feel peace about sweet Casper’s care. You are a gem and we are so grateful for you!!”

“We had been looking for a good cat-sitter for a while, and then we found Nina! Our cats are tricky because of medication needs (injected and given by mouth). Nina is experienced and knowledgeable, friendly and a consistent communicator (she sent me pictures and updates daily!)! We arrived home to find each cat healthy and happy to see us! I will call on Nina again, and if you're looking for a great experience, you should to!”

“Once again, Paige provided excellent care and comfort to both our pets and our peace of mind. She communicated throughout our time away and shared details of daily visits. We highly recommend Paige as a pet sitter. Thank you!!”

“Danielle did a great job as usual even though our kitten didn’t remember her from last time and was a little spicy 🌶️ Everything I asked of her was done and I got lots of cute pics from each visit that helped me feel connected to them while I was away. I highly recommend Danielle to anyone looking for a caring pet sitter that that puts their mind at ease 🥰”

“Morgan is so helpful with visiting our cat, I really appreciate her attention and care for details during her visits. We’re glad our cat has a new friend in the area!”

“Eleanor went above and beyond. On her second day visiting, she discovered that my water heater had gone out and my bedroom was flooded. She communicated promptly and stayed an extra hour to keep my cat safe while maintenance came. My cat enjoyed her company and playtime and I loved seeing the photos of him while I was away!”

“Katrina did an amazing job at taking care of our kitty and sending us pictures to know she was okay! I would 100% recommend her to anyone and definitely reach out to her again for future needs!”

About: Hi! I’m a reliable and caring cat sitter who genuinely enjoys spending time with cats and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. I recently cared for two cats for three months, giving me hands-on experience with feeding, refreshing water, cleaning litter boxes, playtime, and providing companionship. I understand that every cat has a unique personality, so I’m patient and happy to let them warm up at their own pace while keeping their routine consistent. I’ll treat your cats like they’re my own and make sure you have peace of mind with regular updates and photos during each visit. I look forward to meeting you and your furry family members!
About: I have two dogs of my own. I have Bentley who is a Rhodesian Ridgeback, and Buddy who is a Pit-lab. I work full time as a Veterinary Assistant. I've worked with all breeds of dogs and cats. I’m located in Yadkinville but can do walks/drop ins in Winston Salem durning the week around 12:30-2! Please reach out for availability I have a fenced in yard and two friendly dogs, a bunch of toys to be played with and yummy treats if allowed. “I’m so happy to have met Kat! She came to meet Remmi, our 125lb English/Italian mastiff before watching her for the first time. I feel it is important for everyone to feel comfortable in a house and dog sitting situation-not only Remmi and I, but Kat as well! I immediately felt comfortable and confident with Kat taking care of our sweet pup and home while out of town. We used Kat again soon after the first time..a VERY last minute trip. Kat responded right away and agreed to help us out-she’s wonderful! I could go on and on-she is a perfect fit for our mastiff and mainecoon kitty!”

About: I've had a cat nearly my whole life, starting from a tiny kitten we found under the trash bins when I was a child. I'm very chill with cats and let them come to me in their own time. I've yet to meet a cat I can't get along with, even though some of them would prefer to hide in the towel closet and pretend I don't exist. Sorry cat, you're getting fed either way.

About: While dogs are my primary specialty, I have real experience caring for cats and a strong understanding of feline body language and behavior, I pay close attention to comfort level, stress signals, and each cat's individual routine. I'm attentive to litter box habits, feeding schedules, and give cats the space they need while still building trust at their own pace. If your cat is more independent or takes time to warm up, I'm patient and observant rather than pushy.
About: Growing up we have always had dogs and cats in the house, I couldn’t imagine not having each of them! We’ve had all different breeds and sizes that each lived 11-18 years, so I am used to taking care of old dogs and puppies. I’ve housesat/petsat for 7 different families over the years with dogs ranging from 8lbs to 210lbs!! I am currently a stay at home wife and I am working on school online. I have a lot of free time during the days my husband is at work. Mondays, tuesdays, wednesdays, and fridays 8am-6pm. I will care for the pets as if they were my own. I like to try and keep the known routine of the pet going which should be easy if I am coming into the home of the pet. Overall just loving and caring for the dogs or cats while their owner is away!
About: I have many years of experience taking care of my dogs since I was a kid, and I have been involved independently owning a rabbit in college! I am a committed owner and have had experience in walking, feeding, and bathing my dogs! I am going to graduate school in September, so I have the summer off and am able to take care of your pet during the mornings and afternoons! I have plenty of free time! I would try to create a safe environment that allows your pet to be themselves! I would also try and ask questions upfront to see what kind of signs I should look for that they need to go outside or are upset! I will make sure to be very attentive with your pet!

About: I’ve been a vet tech for about 6 years. Before that, I managed a pet boarding facility. I grew up on a farm, so I’ve been caring for dogs and cats all my life. I’m a toddler mom, and I currently work as an emergency vet tech so I’m great at keeping calm in stressful situations. I’m a stay-at-home mom during the week, and then I work on Saturdays, so I’m pretty flexible with my schedule! I will have to bring my 3-yr-old with me to any visits on a weekday if it’s before 4 pm, but he is very gentle and knows to go slow around animals. When I’m caring for a pet, I always play with them and make sure they get quality interaction with me. I also check over their physical appearance to make sure they’re healthy and safe. As a vet tech, I’m very concerned with pets’ health and wellbeing.

“Olivia was wonderful! My pup loves staying with her and her family. She responds quickly to messages and sends me pictures of my pup throughout the day. She treats him as like he is hers. Olivia has a nice backyard and he loves running around there too! Her daughter is also sweet and gentle with my pup. it’s such a joy to see pictures of them running around and having a great time. It gives me peace of mind that I can leave my pup with this loving family to take care of him when I can’t. Wish I could give Olivia more stars!”

“Just a terrific all around pet care. She is very kind and super friendly with our senior puppy, who runs to the door wagging happily when she sees Eleanor come to visit. We couldn't be happier with the help she has given us, and I think you will be too.”

About: I’ve taken care of many different kinds of pets since I was a kid. I’ve walked dogs for my neighbors, fed horses, goats and chickens for family friends, and pet sat many other dogs and cats. I work from home at night, so I will be able to be attentive all day. My husband works during the day from home as well, so there will always be a set of eyes on your pet! I have a fully fenced yard. We do have 3 dogs but all are very loving and have gotten along with any animal they have met. “Rebekah was so calm, efficient, and kind with Ray. He warned up to her immediately, as though he sensed her heart and soul. In addition to her competence with Ray, she is extremely organized using a calendar, communicates well as needed, and it's just a nice friendly person to chat with. We felt extremely comfortable with her. As we camp for short periods of time this summer Rebekah will be our go-to person. We trust her completely to stay in our home and care for Puma our cat while we are gone. This is her primary job so she gives 100% and does not have other distractions.”

“Danielle took great care of my little Daisy! She came and walked her for 30mins for three days while I was at work. I would continue to request her for further puppy needs!!”

About: Pet sitting and dog walking has been a big part of my life, as well as growing up with multiple dogs in my house. I would love to be part of your pets life as well! :) I'm currently doing part time work from home, meaning I have plenty of time to play, walk, or check in with your happy pups, daily or weekly! I currently live in an apartment with a fenced in balcony, as well as walking trail and dog park on site. Dog safety is a high priority of mine.

About: I've been caring for animals for over 10 years and have always had a passion for pets. I have experience house-sitting, feeding, walking, cleaning up after, and caring for dogs and cats for neighbors, family, and friends. Growing up with pets has taught me that every animal is unique, and I treat each one with the same love, patience, and attention I'd give my own. My goal is to make sure your pet feels safe, happy, and well cared for while you're away. I'm a graduate student completing my degree online while working about 30 hours a week in my internship. Outside of work and school, I spend most of my time with my family, my boyfriend, and at church on Wednesdays and Sundays. My schedule is generally flexible, and I do my best to accommodate pet owners' needs whenever possible. I often spend time accompanying the dogs with snuggles and a couple of hours of playtime a day. I provide food and water for the animals as instructed by the owner as each owner has a different approach. I often take dogs on one or two walks a day because exercise is extremely beneficial for pets.
About: I have spent my whole life around dogs. From a young child to current day, I've always had a pet in my life. I have cared for outdoor dogs, indoor dogs, fish, and snakes. I've also cared for and been around most ages of dogs from 8 week puppies to elderly companions. I love spending time outdoors with them, sunshine, snow, pools, treks, mud, or wherever. My two kids are in school so I'll have plenty of time for your pet. My kids are comfortable around pets so even after school, I'm still available for care. I'm also available to board any day or night of the week. I'm close to parks and Pilot Mountain trails. I have plenty of backyard space for you pet to run and even a ramp entrance for pets with mobile difficulties. I have a backyard space for healthy walking/running. I have plenty of toys to keep your pet active and cushions for relaxing. I have a crate available if needed. I also have a dog of my own to keep your pet company. My dog is allowed on all the furniture in the house and yours is welcome to join in for cuddles.
About: I have over 12 years of experience working in emergency veterinary medicine, where I cared for pets of all kinds and learned how to recognize their individual needs, behaviors, and signs that something may be wrong. After stepping away from the veterinary field to stay home with my children, I found a passion for providing a safe, loving, and comfortable home environment for pets while their families are away. My veterinary background gives me the confidence and knowledge to care for pets with different personalities, ages, medical needs, and routines. I have experience with dogs, cats, and many other types of animals, and I understand that every pet deserves patience, attention, and care tailored specifically to them. When pets stay with me, they become part of our family. I provide a clean, safe home, plenty of attention, playtime, and a large fenced yard where dogs can enjoy supervised outdoor time. My goal is for you to feel completely comfortable knowing your pets are loved and cared for while you’re away. * 🐾 ½ acre fenced play area * 🏡 Home environment (not a kennel) * 🐶 Small-group attention * 📸 Daily updates/photos * ❤️ Experienced pet care * 🐕 Social play (if appropriate) I currently only work as needed at the vet hospital and stay at home during the day so my schedule is very flexible most days. I have a 6ft vinyl fence in my back yard. I have 3 pups of my own that love anyone and everyone. Most pets that stay at my home are in kennels when we are away and or at night for safety but I do have a few that do better without a kennel and we accommodate that as well. I do have cameras set up so I can check in at any time if I’m away from home.
“Natalie is great with our pup! She brings her doggies to walk with our little pug (with permission of course) and it’s a big bonus to for her to meet new friends and socialize further. “Lexie was so great with Brinkley. She spent a lot of time with her and gave her lots of attention. She was really accommodating with the specifics of walking her and even took her to Brinkleys favorite park! The cherry on top was that she brought a package inside for us, talk about going above and beyond. I would highly recommend using Lexie to care for you pups. Brinkley can’t wait to walk with Lexie again 🐶”

About: Hi!! I’m Kimberly 😊 A little about me: I’m a mom of three boys 💙 (a newborn, a 2-year-old, and a 7-year-old), so life is definitely full in the best way. Animals have always been a big part of my life, and that’s something my kids have naturally picked up too. They absolutely love animals and have learned to be gentle, kind, and respectful from a young age. I’ve been caring for animals for over 15 years now, both personally and for others, and it’s something I truly enjoy. I grew up in a home full of pets. At one point we had 26 birds, 24 guinea pigs, 2 cats, and 3 dogs, so being around animals has always just felt natural to me. My faith is a big part of who I am and how I treat others. It guides me to be patient, attentive, and genuinely caring, not just with people but with every pet I’m trusted with. I understand how much they mean to you, and I take that responsibility seriously. We live in Mocksville, NC, and I’m in the Clemmons and Winston area often, so I’m very flexible depending on your location and needs. My husband is a U.S. Navy veteran, so we have a deep appreciation for those who serve and a special place in our hearts for military families. At the end of the day, I want you to feel completely comfortable knowing your pet is being cared for with attention, patience, and genuine love while you’re away. I’m currently a stay at home mom, which gives me a lot of flexibility throughout the day. On weekdays, I do school drop off between 7:45am and 9:30am and need to be home again by 3pm for pick up. Outside of those times, I’m generally very open and able to accommodate visits and walks. If a drop-in or walk falls within those school hours, my kids may come along with me. They absolutely love animals and are always gentle, respectful, and happy to give your fur baby a little extra love and attention 😊 ⸻ Note: I’ve adjusted my 30 minute drop in and walking rate because I often find myself staying a little longer to make sure your pet truly gets the attention and care they need. In my opinion, 30 minutes can feel rushed, especially for pets who have been alone for a while. I never want your pet to feel hurried, so I do my best to include extra time whenever possible so they feel comfortable, cared for, and loved on. My rate is flexible depending on your pet’s needs, so please feel free to reach out with any questions. I’m always happy to chat! I am very respectful of my home as well as others. I like to keep things clean and take pride in maintaining a well-kept space. I’m not one to pry, and I’m very self-aware, always making sure I’m being respectful of your home. I will treat your home the same way I would want my own to be treated. I’m great with following directions and instructions, and when it comes to your pets, I take my time to make sure their needs are fully met. You can definitely expect a bunch of updates and pictures while your furry or feathered babies are in my care.

About: My name is Kathy and I have cared for pets my entire life. As a child I walked the neighborhood pets until I had my own. Every opportunity I had I was around animals. As an adult I have managed boarding kennels, worked at a veterinary hospital, and have my own pet sitting company, In Your Absence. I am a recent graduate with a master of science in animal science. I have also completed my B.S. in animal science. I am happy to provide care for your loved ones when you are unable to be there with them. I provide walks, vet visit/groomer transportation, and medical administration, in addition to general care. I provide overnight in-home care as well as visits only. Feel free to contact me with any questions you may have. I look forward to hearing from you! Why I love dog sitting I have been a dog and animal lover my entire life! I have had numerous pets of my own over the years. We currently do not have any pets in our home but are looking to add a new family member within the next year. My experience administering medication I am completely comfortable administering any medication or performing any procedures that may be needed.

“Sylvester had such a wonderful weekend. He was so tired from all his playtime that he slept from the time I picked him up till morning. Will definitely use them again .”

“Morgan was absolutely amazing! She treated our pet like family and gave us regular updates that brought so much peace of mind while we were away. The environment was clean, calm, and clearly set up with care. We came home to a happy, healthy pet who clearly felt loved. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience — highly recommend Morgan and would absolutely book with her again!”

“Keri was absolutely wonderful!!!! We needed a much needed dog sitter for July 4th weekend. Everyone was either booked or not interested, or no response. After a couple of responses our family agreed on Keri because we believed there was something really special about her. She was also about 40-50 mins away from where we were staying. We didn't care because we felt it was worth it. We were traveling from out of state visiting family. We have an American bully and was so nervous because it was his first time with anyone else overnight. Communication was excellent. She always responded and had a welcoming spirit from day one inquiring. When we arrived we had a hard time leaving Drako because he was not feeling it. He actually snapped at Keri a couple of times and was very protective of the new surroundings. When I say Keri held it down she really did. She welcomed us and there was 7 of us, our 4 children, niece , my husband and myself into her home to help get Drako acquainted. It was too late to try any other option but she was more than willing to stick in there. We spent almost 2 hours getting Drako comfortable and we pulled every trick out the bag. Finally he was comfortable after running around the yard and being outside with one of their dogs. He welcomed her and her children in his space and played with the other dogs. He finally took treats from Keri and went near her without snapping. Once getting him settled we snuck out once he was well relaxed and when we thought he was calm and not going to run behind us out the door. With our surprise we received pics of Drako calm and getting rubs from her husband and family and they fell in love with him. He was in a safe and very clean environment with a loving family and Drako became one with them. I absolutely would recommend Keri to anyone who needs a dog-sitter. She’s the best. I will go out my way to bring Drako to Keri when we travel again. She was the absolute best. There’s not enough words of gratitude to Thank Keri and her family for all they did for our boy. Keri is and will always be our number 1!”
