About: Dogs have been a huge part of my life for over 30 years. My last two fur babies were spoiled house dogs who lived wonderful, happy lives of 16 and 17 years. I recently lost both of them, and I miss them terribly. ❤️ I’m not quite ready to bring another dog into my life full-time, but I still have plenty of love, attention, and puppy cuddles to give! Unless you approve otherwise, your dog will be the only dog staying in my home, so they’ll get a calm, comfortable environment and lots of one-on-one attention. Kassie took Buddy for great walks, provided a great indoor environment, but he got close to the road when we left. That was on me as I didn’t have him leashed up. If Kassie ever gets a fence in the equation, it would be a “6l” on a scale to 5. Definitely will ask Kassie to Buddy watch again.”

Currently I have Pippa, a 7-year-old Labrador who is allergic to chicken, so I make part of her food. I am home most of the time, except when I host overly-complex board games at the Hickory Library or the Highland Rec Center -- and those sessions are at most 3 hours long. I am home most days, except when I am hosting 3-hour board games at the local library and rec center. Otherwise, I take care of our house and rental properties. I have a large fenced yard -- especially-so since my house sits along North Center Street. I also use carabiners to make sure that gates are locked.

We have a great park across the street from my house which, with your permission, I’d love to take your pup to. I have a range of experience with all sizes, breeds, and personalities of pups. I grew up with Shepherds and Labs but have spent time with many dogs. My fiancé Gabby will be there as well to provide extra cuddles. My clients have fallen in love with her natural ability and calmness. She’s a great partner and your pup will be lucky to have us both in their care. If boarding in my home I prefer house trained and good with other small dogs. Can work with your pet on house training, crate training, and basic commands. I can travel up to 20 miles, after that I need to charge more to compensate for gas. In the midst of training? I can help, I reward with praise and can reinforce your commands.
