“This was my first time using Rover and am so incredibly pleased with how well it went and how amazing Geysi was with my dog. I was super nervous to leave him with someone, mostly because he is an 8-month old puppy with a TON of energy, still working on potty-training, and very little interaction with strangers. Within the first few hours of his stay with Geysi all my worries were washed away. With frequent photos and updates I saw that he was being well taken care of and having a great time. Geysi was super reliable in responding if I had any questions or wanted to check-in. She was even able to get him to sleep outside of his crate, all four nights, without an accident, which is something that we have not been able to quite accomplish prior to the stay. Geysi has been absolutely amazing and I am sure my dog would love to stay with her again. He seemed to be enjoying himself so much that I was afraid he wouldn't want to come home (hahaha). He came home without any weird transition period or other common issues found when moving puppies to different environments. Simply, wow!”

About: I am an active triathlete, so your pet will have plenty of exercise and entertainment! My own dog is a pitbull mix, so I have experience with aggressive breeds and large breeds. My family dog I take care of when my parents travel is a senior, so I have experience with senior care. I work a hybrid schedule, and days I am home are very flexible as well as weekends. For a typical home sitting job I will do a morning walk and breakfast, midday walk during my lunch, and evening meal and walk. If your dog cannot sleep alone, I can bring them to my home to sleep in a large crate with a clean bed. I am very active, so whether you have a fenced in yard or a neighborhood or would allow me to drive your dog to a nearby trail, they'll have engagement while you are away. About: My wife and I have always through the years had some variety of dogs and cats, male and female. Small and not so small 😊At times even birds, rabbits and Guinea pigs. We have taken care of my our grand dogs and grand kitties. We have chosen not to have our own animals friends in this season of our life because of the freedom it gives us to visit our children , grandchildren and great grandchildren we have in different states now. But feel we would enjoy helping others with their friends in our retirement. Our yard has a white picket fence and is a decent size for someone to run around in, but it is not completely fenced in. We are retired. We do not have any daily obligations anywhere. We go to church and we visit our children out of state on some of the holidays. Of course we would keep a close eye on them and see that they have water and ther food and a place to rest and as many potty breaks as needed. Also feel like they should be able to get the exercise they need with fresh air outside. Between a porch and deck that they can enjoy with us. Walking with a lease around the yard and their lease attached to an outside chain for their individual walking/running 😊

About: We're conveniently located just off of hwy 401 and near I-95 and I-40. I've always had family pets since I was the age of 2. I've cared for all ages of dogs and cats. I've been a midwife to many previous cats, bottle fed, watched live births of pups, and administered oral medications. I am always available for play time and snuggle time. I currently work part-time and am only away for 6 hours during the day. During this time my husband or my teen are usually home for part of that time. It's perfect because our pets aren't left all alone for very long. I have 2 dogs, one is playful and one is very relaxed. They have been around other dogs a number of times and loves playing at the dog park. They are friendly. At night our dogs are able to go upstairs and sleep in our room. During your pups stay, they are welcome to sleep anywhere in the house. We have a spare room downstairs that I'm happy to stay in if they need that (my dogs take up our whole bed upstairs). If your pup is crate trained and prefers their crate, I suggest you bring it for their stay so they can feel more at home.

About: I have had an animal since I can remember but I was 9 when I first took the responsibilities of caring for furry friends and I still do with my two dogs of my own and I love everyday with it! I have babysat friends dogs before as well as do drop in visits! I currently work 2 jobs but one is only friday-sunday as of right now. “This was my first time using Rover and am so incredibly pleased with how well it went and how amazing Geysi was with my dog. I was super nervous to leave him with someone, mostly because he is an 8-month old puppy with a TON of energy, still working on potty-training, and very little interaction with strangers. Within the first few hours of his stay with Geysi all my worries were washed away. With frequent photos and updates I saw that he was being well taken care of and having a great time. Geysi was super reliable in responding if I had any questions or wanted to check-in. She was even able to get him to sleep outside of his crate, all four nights, without an accident, which is something that we have not been able to quite accomplish prior to the stay. Geysi has been absolutely amazing and I am sure my dog would love to stay with her again. He seemed to be enjoying himself so much that I was afraid he wouldn't want to come home (hahaha). He came home without any weird transition period or other common issues found when moving puppies to different environments. Simply, wow!”
