“Rachel is AMAZING!! This was my first time boarding my pups (one with anxiety) and using Rover. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. 11/10 experience! We did a meet and greet ahead of time, which was super helpful. She has a wonderful setup! A nice, large, fenced-in yard for them to run around and play. The upper deck is perfect for my pups looking out over the yard and resting in the sun. Rachel is a fantastic communicator sending multiple updates, pics and videos throughout the day. With my permission, the dogs were allowed on the couch and provided lots of cuddles and she even slept in the spare room with them (just like home). For my pup with anxiety, she moved slow and gave her time to adjust and settle. My babies got all the play, love and attention they are used to (plus a little more) 😊😊 Also, Rachel was very flexible with me for drop-off and pickup as we were going out of town. About: I have 2 dogs of my own currently one is 8 and one is 10. I currently work at a doggy daycare and boarding facility. i work 5 days a week less than 40 hours and i’m taking care of animals when im on and off the clock so it seems fitting to become a sitter and walker:) I live in a home with an unfenced 2 acre yard. we have a runner in case the dog isn’t leash or off leash trained.

About: I have had pets since I was young. I pet sit for family members and friends regularly. My dog is my child and I treat other's pet the same way. I am currently working a full time job. About: I've had animals since I was a child and have taken care of them all of my adult life. I have personally fostered over 75 dogs through to their adoptions! I'm a trusted caregiver who can handle animals of all sizes, ages, abilities and temperaments! I love getting to know each animal's personality and how to best take care of them! With several dogs and a cat at home, I am always in pet care mode (and know how important it is to find a trusted sitter). Whether it is a drop-in or a boarding situation, I treat each pet like they are my own. (Also, our cat has his own "wing" of our home so he is not interacting with any visiting dogs.) We have two friendly, large dogs, Tennessee & Tucky who have been foster brothers to over 75 dogs of all sizes and ages. Having fostered so many dogs, I recognize that each animal is unique and I enjoy getting to know their individual personalities and how to best care for them. Whether the animals are in my house or their own, I will follow the owners' instructions and manage expectations so there are as few surprises as possible. About: I have had, rescued, and taken care of a wide variety of dogs from smaller malti-poos to a Dane who had been living on the street, was skin and bones, and ended up 188 lbs. Currently I have Pippa, a 7-year-old Labrador who is allergic to chicken, so I make part of her food. I am home most of the time, except when I host overly-complex board games at the Hickory Library or the Highland Rec Center -- and those sessions are at most 3 hours long. I am home most days, except when I am hosting 3-hour board games at the local library and rec center. Otherwise, I take care of our house and rental properties. About: My name is Samantha and I have been around and cared for dogs most of my life. I have always loved dogs. I currently have two dogs. The oldest is almost 4 years old and he is a Dalmatian. The youngest is 2 years old and is a mixed breed, we fostered him and decided to adopt him. They are both friendly and love other dogs. I have been fostering dogs for local rescue groups for about 2 years now. I really enjoy helping out dogs that are in need of some extra love, attention, and a place to stay while they find their forever homes. If you are in need of someone to take your dog/ dogs for a walk, come let them out to get some exercise and use the bathroom, someone to watch your dog while you are away, or whatever the need may be I would be happy to help.
About: I have been around animals for the entirety of my life and have been raised to believe that they are family. I believe that animals come before myself. I think that my purpose as a human is to make their lives better! I am currently full time in school. My mornings Monday-Thursday are taken until 2pm. Other than that I am as free as you need me to be! He was getting some training done before going and we were worried he wouldn’t do well apart from us for a week but Dump was an absolute angel during his stay. Made his first official dog friend with her dog Opal, was a precious gentle giant with her granddaughter, ate his food with no issue, and he almost didn’t want to leave her car at pick up! He was so chill and happy in each update we received, and we got plenty of adorable and gorgeous pictures showing off how he was doing so we could see him and not worry. “Rachel is AMAZING!! This was my first time boarding my pups (one with anxiety) and using Rover. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. 11/10 experience! We did a meet and greet ahead of time, which was super helpful. She has a wonderful setup! A nice, large, fenced-in yard for them to run around and play. The upper deck is perfect for my pups looking out over the yard and resting in the sun. Rachel is a fantastic communicator sending multiple updates, pics and videos throughout the day. With my permission, the dogs were allowed on the couch and provided lots of cuddles and she even slept in the spare room with them (just like home). For my pup with anxiety, she moved slow and gave her time to adjust and settle. My babies got all the play, love and attention they are used to (plus a little more) 😊😊 Also, Rachel was very flexible with me for drop-off and pickup as we were going out of town. My heart is so full knowing my babies were so well cared for! Thank you Rachel!!!”

About: I have 2 dogs of my own currently one is 8 and one is 10. I currently work at a doggy daycare and boarding facility. i work 5 days a week less than 40 hours and i’m taking care of animals when im on and off the clock so it seems fitting to become a sitter and walker:) I live in a home with an unfenced 2 acre yard. we have a runner in case the dog isn’t leash or off leash trained.
