About: I have two male dachshunds. I have had the. since they were puppies. I had three, but my oldest passed away on Dec. 16, 2025. He was 13 years old and I have had him since I was 21 years old. My second oldest is 12 years old and the youngest is 4 years old. The dogs are allowed on furniture. We have ramps to help them onto the couch and they have a nice ramp up to a comfy window bed area. Our dogs love sleeping there and looking out the window. I am used to dogs with health issues. My oldest dog, Odie, had a very sensitive stomach and had to have a strict diet or he got pancreatitis. Our youngest has had back surgery and was paralyzed and slowly regained mobility. Taking care of dogs with health issues is not a problem for me. When booking with me. Let me know about your pets personality. Be specific with eating schedule. We have a big backyard that is perfect for exploring and running around. When the dogs get hot, we have a small pool that my dog Oscar loves to jump in to cool off. I am 35 years old and live with my husband, 40 years old. We have 2 kids. I taught Elementary School for 12 years and beginning 2026 resigned to stay home with my youngest. I will be home all day to make sure your dog is loved on and gets plenty of outside time. My dogs have a ramp leading up to the window where they also sleep on a platform. The perfect spot for small dogs to look out the window and sleep. I have 5 dog beds. Plenty to pick from. I do allow dogs on the couch. If it's okay with you. We have a BIG backyard and your dog will get lots of loves at my house. We are big dog lovers. I live with my husband and two children. I have a 6 year old and a 3 year old who are gentle with dogs. My 6 year old actually has her own dog. The youngest dachshund, Jack, is hers. They have a great bond and he always sleeps in her bed at night. Oscar likes to sleep in our bed.

About: I am very passionate about animals! I have 4 fluffy fur legged babies of my own and I know how hard it is to trust someone with them. I treat every anaimal as if it were my own. While in my care I can assure you, your babies will be loved and cared for. For drop in / over night visits: You pup will always be worn out as I don’t believe in 30 min visits while that is what you will pay for. I stay until the pups are ready to rest again. I bring things like puzzles, arts and crafts and chuck it just as a few examples. For boarding at my house: I currently work from home. Your pet will hardly be in a create and will be treated just like one of mine. Many potty breaks throughout the day. I often get on the floor and play so they know I am part of the pack. Toys? Well let’s just say there is not a shortage of toys in the house. Every room we visit has a “toy box”. Treats? No shortage of those here either but, I like to make them earn them - like enforcing commands they already know and rewarding them for going potty. I have almost a half acre with a fully fenced in back yard. Your pet will go out multiple times a day. I also foster and rescue pups so I am very good with socializing new pups with mine. They have previously lived with smaller pups such as a Jack Russell and Yorkie and they loved them to pieces. They also attend “daycare” and “overnight camp” in order to keep them socialized.
About: I am a total dog lover! My husband and I rescued our dog Roscoe almost 6 years ago. He is one of the most spoiled dogs I know and is a huge mama’s boy. We enjoy hiking together, and going on walks and for runs along the local greenways in Charlotte and in the neighborhood. About: I've taken care of pets all of my life. From puppies all the way up to seniors. I love them all. They all need someone to care for them and feel the extra love especially when their normal family is away. I'm currently flexible and can fit pet care into my daily routine. Occasionally, I will pick up an additional job. But that shouldn't interrupt with taking care of what I love to do and that is to take care of fur babies. I would rather take care of your pets in their environment due to the fact that they are most comfortable there. I also have two fur babies of my own. But I feel as if fur babies are normally happy in their own surroundings.

About: Although I don’t have any pets of my own (only chickens) I love all dogs!! And I did have a family dog growing up that we sadly lost. I pet sit for my friends and boyfriend occasionally and love to go on long walks! I am a part time student and also work as a certified pharmacy technician. About: I've taken care of dogs as small as 10lb and as big as 100lb. I have a pitty who is a love bug. I've also administer oral medication when needed. I'm currently full-time but my schedule is set so it does not change unless l I pick up extra shifts. One week I work and then im off for 6 days. I am also open to pet sitting every other weekend I have a friendly dog to give you pup company and a yard where they can run around and let out the zoomies. They will never be left alone unsupervised. I have an extra room and an extra crate if needed.

For the safety and health of every pet in our home, we require all visiting pets to be current on Bordetella, Distemper/Parvo, and Rabies vaccinations. We are also a flea-free home, so all pets must be on a current monthly flea and tick preventative. This is a requirement for every pet staying with us and helps ensure that everyone—including our own fur babies—stay happy, healthy, and comfortable.
