We booked with Stefani to watch our German Shepherd (who is 110% a people-dog) for 8 days. Stefani gave her so much one-on-one attention, long walks, unlimited play time, and all the things dogs love that she whined as we pulled away from her house! We received videos and texts every day with updates. Stefani will be our go-to dog sitter from now on! We almost did not book with her because we thought $55 was kind of high for dog sitting, but compared to the local kennels, the care and attention our dog received with Stefani was far superb than the top rated kennel in our area. I was hesitant to have anyone watch our kitty, because yes, I’m an overprotective fur baby mama, and could not bring myself to put her in anyone’s care but my own. Let me tell you, letting go, and letting Kim take care of her was one of the best things I’ve ever done! Kim was so loving to Georgia Mae, she showed her caring and love of fur babies right away, and our Lil girl went right up to Kim in trust....great sign! I know the feeling when you are busy with work and need a reliable dog walker or house sitter that will care for your dog just as you would. Now that I have time, I would like to help others with that. I am available to housesit your dog most any weekend and beginning June 1 through August 15th, I am available to house sit most anytime. I have been a teacher for 20 years, so safety is always at the center of each decision. If I were caring for a dog in another family's home, I would be mindful of security, house alarms, locks, and also what the pet could possibly get into inside the home that could be dangerous. With three children who adore animals, every pet gets an abundance of cuddles, companionship, and supervision. I understand how hard it can be to leave your beloved pets, and my goal is always to make them feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. Caring for pets is a natural part of my daily life. As a stay-at-home mom, I spend about 80% of my time at home. This allows me to give pets consistent love, attention, and supervision throughout the day. My three children, who are all animal lovers, also enjoy providing extra playtime and cuddles, making sure your pet always feels included and cared for. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. We live on a 2-acres with a secure fenced-in yard for safe, off-leash play and exploration. Pets are never left alone for long periods and are treated like part of our family. I am Pet CPR and First Aid certified, experienced in administering medications, and happy to accommodate special diets or crate training if preferred. Our home is filled with love, supervision, and plenty of cozy spots for relaxation so your pet feels secure and happy.

Being home during the day allows for me to provide regular potty breaks, play sessions, and companionship. Evenings are relaxed with dinner, ample outside time, and plenty of snuggle or training time. Combined with my own pets and also sitting for friends and family for years now, I have gained experience in many pet types and also experience caring for all stages of life-energetic pups to older dogs with special needs. This has taught me how to stay flexible and attentive to each pet’s individual routine, needs, and personality. I genuinely enjoy the responsibility and rhythm of pet care and would communicate regularly with you to make sure your see that your pet feels right at home. My goal is to keep you pet happy and comfortable while maintaining their normal routine while you are away- no matter the type of pet or they’re stage in life. I create a calm, safe, and loving environment for pets in my home. I start by learning their normal routine from the owner and do my best to keep it consistent. This means pity breaks matching your normal, fresh water always available, and meals served on their regular schedule with any needed medications. During the day I make sure they get plenty of playtime — whether that’s friend fun in my backyard with my two pups, play with their favorite toys, or gentle training sessions. I also give lots of affection and quiet companionship so they don’t feel lonely. At night, I provide a comfortable sleeping area (crate if preferred) or free range indoors to pick their own comfy place and I always do a final potty break before bed. My home is fully pet-proofed, clean, and free of hazards. I’ve cared for several friends’ and family dogs overnight and for extended stays, including high-energy young dogs to calmer senior pups and even stage in between. I send regular updates and photos if desired so owners can relax knowing their pet is happy and well cared for.
