We did an initial meet 'n greet at his house so that he could meet my two (2) girls (8 month old female Pitts), and I was able to address my concerns and the plan I had in place for them while they were under his care. Joaquin drove the girls, as requested, to their enrichment and training camp, walked them every day (even before camp) and sent pictures daily. He and his wife, were very attentive to my girls needs, communicated clearly, kept my girls safe, and my girls were happy! I'm definitely going to be using Joaquin again!”

“Tulasi and Buddy are PAW-ESOME!! Went out of town on vacation for over a week and left my pup in their care. They regularly sent pictures and updates of how he was doing- he looked like he was having the time of his life in every one. Big smiles and lots of wagging tails were always present. I absolutely would recommend trusting these two with any pups if you are looking for someone to take care of them. Buddy returned my pup a few hours ago- the first 30 minutes were full of excitement to be home and lots of miss-you-cuddles, which were promptly followed by my pup rolling over and passing out creating a drool puddle bigger than his head. Clearly he had the time of his life with Tulasi, Buddy, and all of the furry friends he made during his stay. And I was able to have the time of my life on my vacation knowing my baby was being loved and taken care of. About: I have had dogs my whole life, I love to play with any kind of animal and treat them as my own. I have taken care of my families and friends dogs and cats while they have went away on vaca. My schedule is pretty flexible. I am currently in school for dental hygiene. I do work at a dental office and I’m only there on Wednesdays’. I take my dogs out at least 4 times a day I let them free feed and they always have water. I play with my dogs as much as possible.

About: Hello! I have a lot of experience with animals including dogs, cats, guinea pigs, ferrets, turtles, rats, exotic birds, goats, and a tarantula or two so feel free to reach out if you have any questions about your pet. I worked as a Veterinarian Assistant in Greensboro, NC and I have been with Rover since 2018. I am a kind-hearted, patient person with lots of love to give your pets while you are away. I am an avid hiker but if she/he is more of a couch potato, that works too. I have cared for puppies, adult and senior dogs, kittens, adult and senior cats with medication needs on several occasions. Shy and senior pets are my specialties! I have two senior female dogs at home that I’ve had since they were puppies and three rambunctious short hair cats. When they were younger we would walk Battleground Park and the various trails in Eden or around the lakes in Greensboro. I am available for drop-ins and long or short walks. That’s where being a dog trainer comes in handy and the dogs can have fun while being in a calm state of mind! 😉🧘♀️💗🐾 I have three large dog yards- two are fenced in with 6ft privacy fence, and one yard is 6ft chain link fence. They can go potty, play, sun bathe, play in the dog pool, or just enjoy the fresh air. This is also nice if your dog isn’t aloud around other dogs- they will have their own large area to do their business and enjoy their time outdoors in a safe private area too!! 😌❤️ Cats love it here too! 🐈🐈⬛ your furry baby will get to enjoy toys, lick mats, cat castles and scratching boards. Even some cat nip if they’d like 🤪😸, and plenty of cuddles to “make biscuits”. 🥰🐾 If your dog can’t be around other dogs or cats, that is no problem here. I have plenty of room to give dogs and cats their own private space to still keep them at peace and accommodate to their needs during their stay! I like to match personalities within dogs so they can make great friends while they are on their vacation too!! That's why the saying around here is "My house, where your pets can make themselves at home." Daycare or Overnight Boarding offers indoor leather sofa and loveseat lounging. Frequent breaks every 2 hours or more if your pet requires it. Bring there favorite past time such as ball, squeaky chew toy or bone. We will interact and play with them if that's their thing. I have 3 bedrooms for the loners who want to relax and nap. Dog walking is offered before it gets too hot between 6am-11am. We can walk downtown thomasville where I live or your neighborhood if preferred. I am very flexible and my priority is making your pet comfortable while your away. Pets are easily stressed in their owners absences, so anything I can do to reduce that stress for you or your pet, then that is what I will do. Customized care fit for you and your babies! Drop-in are only once a day between 11-3 add-on an additional drop in for 7-10 or two customized scheduled drop-ins for $25 a day. Includes a 30 min outdoor walk, interaction and potty breaks. On weekends I have more flexibility in my schedule. I’ll be happy to work with you on whatever your scheduling needs are! If a client discusses a list of instructions, I’ll do my best to follow them to the letter. Otherwise, I’ll follow what to me is ideal care for an animal: ensuring they have clean and fresh water, proper food, cleaning litter boxes or taking a dog out for a walk as needed, and spending a little time cuddling and playing (respecting how shy they might be!). If a pet is too shy to play, sometimes I’ll just spend a few minutes sitting on the floor and talking to them in a soothing voice so they can get used to my presence as someone who is friendly. If approved beforehand, I can even bring (or use your own) a few treats! I may also reach out to you if I see something that I think needs addressing (not enough food or litter, a pet seeming lethargic or coughing excessively etc.). If that happens, I’ll discuss with you how you want to handle it. In case of illness, I take my own cats to Wentworth Animal Hospital so, for example, if I saw your cat seemed to be vomiting excessively, if you approved it I would have no problem taking them in for a walk-in and working out the payment and a reasonable rate with you over the phone. The most important thing is to ensure that your fur baby is given the best care possible. :-)

I will treat your home with respect and will follow any guidelines you ask in order to care for your pet. Safety is my #1 priority so I will always ensure I am following your routine of doing things to keep your pet free from danger (walking on a leash if you do so, not letting them escape the house, etc)

About: I’ve had animals all my life. I have volunteered for a rescue since adopting my first guy 7 years ago. I foster for the rescue and facilitate adoptions. Since beginning that journey I started working at a training/boarding facility under a behaviorist where I obtained my CPDT-KA. Now I am on the road and I’d like to work with dogs in a way allows flexibility in my schedule. I am newly on the road, I will be in Pelham, NC area for a few months. This gives me ample time and flexibility during the day to take care of your pets! I am used to being able to board dogs at my house. However, with the life change of living in a camper two dogs I will make myself available for visits in your home.

About: I used to work at pets hotel in Tucson az and I had a dog but passed away two years ago to cancer. I have four cats now and I love dogs and cats any animal. I worked at Summerfield veterinary hospital for three years. I have worked kennel and assist with vet techs and doctors. . I have knowledge of walking feeding and playing with animals. 😌 I can work from between 8:30 am - 1 pm 4pm - 9 pm during week days but mondays and wed I can’t work in afternoon. It depends on clients needs and wants me to do for their animals. I can do anything they would like me to do take dogs for walk in park and feed them.

We did an initial meet 'n greet at his house so that he could meet my two (2) girls (8 month old female Pitts), and I was able to address my concerns and the plan I had in place for them while they were under his care. Joaquin drove the girls, as requested, to their enrichment and training camp, walked them every day (even before camp) and sent pictures daily. He and his wife, were very attentive to my girls needs, communicated clearly, kept my girls safe, and my girls were happy! I'm definitely going to be using Joaquin again!”

“Tulasi and Buddy are PAW-ESOME!! Went out of town on vacation for over a week and left my pup in their care. They regularly sent pictures and updates of how he was doing- he looked like he was having the time of his life in every one. Big smiles and lots of wagging tails were always present. I absolutely would recommend trusting these two with any pups if you are looking for someone to take care of them. Buddy returned my pup a few hours ago- the first 30 minutes were full of excitement to be home and lots of miss-you-cuddles, which were promptly followed by my pup rolling over and passing out creating a drool puddle bigger than his head. Clearly he had the time of his life with Tulasi, Buddy, and all of the furry friends he made during his stay.
