She is the first sitter we've ever taken our 7.5 month old PJ to so my husband and I were apprehensive because we've only had him 4 months. PJ, although so adorable and very loving, is very hyper and feisty when he sees people and other animals. We are still learning his habits and behaviors so this was our first sitter-test. When we got to Ashley's home, we were greeted by Ashley and Cheyenne. To our surprise, PJ was so happy to see them! He jumped out of the car, went to them, and never turned around to say goodbye - our feelings were hurt, but that was the reassurance we needed to enjoy our time visiting with family for the day and night - we were not worried at all! Ashley even took the time to send us pictures of PJ interacting with the entire family (people and fur family members) and gave us the feedback we need regarding PJ's behavior with others. It was wonderful how quickly our pet warmed up to her and the understanding she showed in how to approach and handle dealing with him as a stranger. I've had dogs, cats, and fish, and I get along with them all. I'm sure that your fur, feathered, scaled, or finned family and I - will be great friends. I mostly board and sit with some walks and drop-ins. Mostly depending on the timing. Reach out for special needs and requests. While not trained professionally - I can also help with some behavioral issues. I'd love to meet your pet family. Work from home professional. Single father. I have my daughter every other week and I have a dog that can be kept completely separate if needed. I also have plenty of dog toys that are okay to be beaten up. Gates in-house to control pet location. Allowed to get on furniture and bed. We have a big comfy dog bed as well. Two litter boxes are available. Just ask that you bring food, any special toy, litter for cats, and any medicines. I have two tie-out leads for dogs and a shady backyard that is fenced in. Our neighborhood is quiet and great for walks. I have the ability to keep multiple pets. I have a large fenced in back yard at both locations. Both are single family homes with lots of space. Gates and seperate areas if pets need to be separated. We can also accommodate requests for no other animals be present, however I am great at acclimating animals with each other. Even ones that do not tend to play nice with others. Always up to you in the end. I have muzzels and a Kennel at both homes (if needed) , cat litter boxes at both locations as well. Leases safety collars , and for a small added fee , daily health tracking during the stay with a special collar monitor tracking device that I have. All pets are treated like family with love care and respect. Will work with all breeds ages and sizes.

Since rescuing my Goldendoodle Blizzard, I’ve also learned to bathe & groom him, a special skill that takes practice and patience. About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats as long as I can remember. I love working with animals. I care for all their nutrition needs and I love on them as they want. My work schedule is pretty flexible, I have more availability during the day, but mind stopping later at night if that means I can care for them! Pets especially love our friendly nature, kind voice, and active lifestyle for a robust playtime. “Jennifer just became our daily walker for Finn. He's a 5 month old puppy with lots of playful energy and she has been great with him!! She sends me 5-6 super cute photos everyday, brings water on the walk with them, teaches him how to walk well on a leash, and makes sure he gets love and is comfortable before she leaves. Jennifer clearly loves dogs and is developing a great relationship with our pup. She has brought in boxes from our porch a few times and always keeps in the loop with anything going on at our house. About: I have owned pets my whole life. Currently have 2 foster pups, one which has special needs. I have had dogs, cats, rabbits, rats, and even currently have ducks! So nothing is new for me! “Ashley (and her family) are wonderful, amazing, trustworthy, loving, compassionate, and overall phenomenal! She is the first sitter we've ever taken our 7.5 month old PJ to so my husband and I were apprehensive because we've only had him 4 months. PJ, although so adorable and very loving, is very hyper and feisty when he sees people and other animals. We are still learning his habits and behaviors so this was our first sitter-test. When we got to Ashley's home, we were greeted by Ashley and Cheyenne. To our surprise, PJ was so happy to see them! He jumped out of the car, went to them, and never turned around to say goodbye - our feelings were hurt, but that was the reassurance we needed to enjoy our time visiting with family for the day and night - we were not worried at all! Ashley even took the time to send us pictures of PJ interacting with the entire family (people and fur family members) and gave us the feedback we need regarding PJ's behavior with others. We will definitely be visiting with Ashley whenever we are in Rocky Mount. I actually wish we lived in the same town so we could have play dates and family outings together. About: I have taken care of animals big and small, disability’s and special needs included, for many years. I am very flexible and a responsible young adult that would love to spend time with your pet regardless:) I’m currently working full time. I am a very aware and responsible person. I am responsive to unsettling situations without hesitation, and I know many things about an animal's body language and habits overall. I work every weekday 6am-2:30pm and I’m off every weekend. About: I’ve had dogs my entire life since I was a kid. I love dogs and my whole family is very dog friendly. I currently have two of my own dogs, Blizzard my 5 year old Goldendoodle and Boomer my 8 year old Beagle. These guys are my best friends! Since rescuing my Goldendoodle Blizzard, I’ve also learned to bathe & groom him, a special skill that takes practice and patience. I work from home, so I am able to take care of the dogs and be very flexible with their walking, feeding and bathroom needs. At my house, dogs are welcome on the furniture and on the bed at night but I will respect other owners obedience/rules while caring for their dogs. We have a lot of the room in the house which even has a fun room with toy mountain, a collection of hundreds of dog toys that everyone is welcome to play with! I have a big backyard but it is not fenced in. Instead, I prefer to walk the dogs on leashes/leads or attach them to the dog-run line I have running across the backyard for playtime! I would love the opportunity to watch your dog(s) and can be flexible with short-term or long-term stays plus other accommodations. I will treat your dogs as if they were my own and give them a lot of love and care for their entire stay! I work from home, therefore I can accommodate many different types of schedules based on a dogs needs. Frequent walks, feeding or medication is no challenge throughout each day/night. Any dog who comes to stay with us will be loved and cared for as if they were my own. Same goes if I am to come care for your dogs at your home. They will get plenty of love and attention with play-time and companionship!
