About: I have had cats in the home since I was about 6 years old, I am now 23 and still have a 17 year old, an 8 year old, and a 1 year old. I have had the experience of raising kittens from kittenhood until their golden years. Besides my own pets, I have rescued and taken care of multiple stray cats as well. Most notably would be two years ago when I rescued two kittens from my local park. I spent countless hours with them before catching them and getting them to the vet for all of their shots and fixing. Afterwards, they lived at my home where I would spend hours sitting with them, trying to get two feral boys to be friendly so they could be rehomed. Currently, they are living with a loving home that provides frequent updates and they even sleep in the bed with her! Cats specifically can require patience and a kind hand, which I am more than happy to provide. Cats set their boundaries and I respect them while keeping an eye on them. I’ve walked, bathed, and fed them without any trouble; though my dog does not like bathes, I still get them done and he does not hate me that much afterwards if I give him a cookie for being a good boy. At my house I feed, bathe, and brush my dog. He is not that good on a leash so we don’t take him out for walks but he does run around our property a lot. About: I have great experience with dogs, and other animals, such as cats, rodents, and even horses. Animals make me happy. They're my care-free in the world and I love making them happy as well! About: I am a college student at UNCG. I love children and animals. I grew up on a 200 acre farm, always caring for something. At one point we had about 23 baby goats, along with chickens , donkeys, several cats and a dog. I even cared for my friends snake for a year. I also spent a summer out on the coast interning with the North Carolina Aquarium. There I helped care for animals of all kinds, from tarantulas and alligators, to birds and otters and even the pet possum. I absolutely love animals of all kind but especially farm animals, dogs and cats. I am great with large and small breeds. I really love and enjoy what I do. I have the ability to care for one pet or balance multiple. I am great with training and would love to help you train. I am experienced with administering medicine as I would have to do it for our many animals on the farm. I look forward to the opportunity to meet your pet(s) and care for them. My schedule is very flexible. I myself have a dog Diesel and make sure that he gets plenty of attention, activity and homemade baked treats. My husband is also an avid dog lover, and when he’s home your pet will surely get extra attention.
About: I have worked in veterinary medicine for three years, have owned many dogs in my life, and currently work as a mobile groomer. I have two certificates in grooming as well as experience in doggy daycare, dog and cat boarding, dog training, first aid, and equine welfare and management. I am currently a part time mobile groomer. When I’m not working, I am still spending time with animals in whatever way I can. I love pets! My own dogs are animal friendly and love new friends. My two are kennel trained and are soon to be certified for Canine Good Citizen. I have years of experience with animals of all energy levels and will cater accordingly. A trust and bond with any animal is very important to me.
