Drop off/pick up was easy, and bonus - her home is v close to the airport. Our dogs are our babies, so it feels so good to know they were safe and happy at Camp Elizabeth! “We have an 18-week old lab puppy named Sully who just returned from his 4-night sleepover with Jessica and her family. Being new puppy parents we are very protective of our little guy, and did quite a bit of research on Rover for a care giver, which is what led us to Jessica. Jessica let us have a meet and greet with her and her boxer Tucker before Sully’s stay which really gave confidence to our decision. During Sully’s stay we got tons of pictures and videos of our little man playing in the yard with Tucker and the kids. Jessica and her family made Sully a part of their ‘pack’ during his stay. He had such a great time, and was shown so much love and attention that we were worried he wouldn’t want to come home with us. We are so happy Sully found these new friends, and have already booked his stay for our next trip. “Danita was a perfect host for the day for my Tessa! They seemed to bond instantly and when I picked Tessa up, she was glad to see me but actually ran back up to Damita's door before I got her in the car as to say "goodbye" one more time. They took a walk and Danita has a beautiful home up on a mountain with a fenced yard so Tessa could enjoy the sights and sounds of the mountains as well. She also has other dogs and a cat so ur pet can have playmates. Unfortunately. I was held up in the Pigeon Forge traffic and was very late picking Tessa up, but Danita didn't make me feel bad about it. She was very understanding. She is great with communicating about your pet and sent some truly beautiful pics of my Tessa during her visit. Danita is a very kind and pleasant person and so is her boyfriend. They are truly pet loving people and I couldn't have found a better daycare arrangement for out trip to the Smokies. You won't be disappointed!!! Thank you Danita❤️”

“I’m a little late adding this, as I’m still learning the Rover platform, but wanted to share our experience after the first couple of weeks working with Cheyenne. We hired Cheyenne through Rover to walk my parents’ dogs while my dad recovers from knee surgery, and we had a great experience right from the first two walks. Both Cheyenne and I are new to Rover, so it took a few tries, but we’re figuring it out together. Cheyenne was quick to respond when I first reached out and was flexible in adjusting her schedule for a meet and greet, which she initiated. That made getting everything set up feel easy from the start. I had originally scheduled two 60-minute walks for both dogs, but ended up needing to change it to just one dog. Our second dog is a new rescue Mountain Feist (about 25 pounds), and she wasn’t home for those first two walks. Cheyenne adjusted without any issues and was very accommodating. Our other dog a Retriever (about 40 pounds) took to her right away and clearly enjoyed the walks. She completed two full hour-long walks and sent updates and photos each time, which gave us peace of mind. For the second week, Cheyenne had some vacation plans come up, but she still made the effort to fit in one 60-minute walk before leaving. We really appreciated her willingness to work with our schedule and make sure our dog was taken care of. So far, she’s been reliable, easy to communicate with, and a great help during a time when we really needed it.”
About: I worked as a Kennel Technician for six years and as a Veterinary Assistant for three. I have experience with both small and large animals. I currently have 5 dogs, 2 cats, 13 rabbits, 8 horses, 10 goaties, and 2 chickens. I have raised and care for animals all my life and tend to have a good repore with most. When looking to my pricing, pricing is dependent on distance traveled and bathing rates start at $25. I typically use Fresh N’ Clean shampoo, but can use whatever is preferred. I have experience caring for shy/uneasy pups, as well as pups on both ends of the age spectrum. I currently work part time, so my availability is rather flexiible. It is a lot easier for me to do drop in visits when the stop is closer to me 😊 MY pets have free run of our yard, however for anyone else’s pet, I would either leash them or if the yard is fenced, let them run there. It’s important to stay outside with them to monitor and make sure the pets aren’t escape artists.

I work and live at GTR Adventures, which is a side-by-side rental company in Bryson City, NC. I am here full time everyday so I can give your dog all the attention and care they could possibly need while also sending photo updates and more. I have a massive fenced in patio where the dogs can hang out, I also have a fenced in area in the backyard where they can go to the bathroom/play. If I am ever going inside my house I’ll bring the dogs in with me. I can easily take your dog for a walk whenever aswell.

They are great with dogs of all ages and energy styles. Whether your dog would love some playmates or is more relaxed and wants to be left alone, my dogs easily adjust to a doggie guest in our home. I have a large yard and love hiking or taking my dogs swimming, so if your dog is active and will enjoy outings please let me know and I would be glad to take them out of the house while you are enjoying your vacation. I am experienced with medical cases and can give medications including injections. I work from home and can give your pet the time and attention they need during the day. I have multiple rooms in my house so whether your dog wants to lounge around with the pack, or needs to be separated, we will make what needs to happen work for your pup! I have experience working with all types of dogs, whether they’re super outgoing, a little shy, or even maybe a little reactive, I have no problem adjusting to meet their needs. I have extensive experiences working with special needs/medical case animals as well!
