I’ve taken care of 3 elderly dogs and helped them be as comfortable as possible before dying at home. Groomed our family dogs for years. I’ve helped my dogs and others after surgery and have experience giving medication. We have a single story home with only three steps to the backyard and two to the front yard. My husband and children are wonderful at cuddling and playing with all the dogs we get to meet. I’m home most of the day every day, we go on walks as a family in the morning & evening. I have a minivan available for transporting all sizes of animals. About: I have had pets for over 40 years. My menagerie has included cats, dogs, chickens & pigs! Love all my babies! They live with me from the time they enter my life until the passage of old age. My oldest cat died 1 week of 21 years. I adopted her at 3 months. I have given insulin to one of my cats that was diabetic until she passed d/t the illness. I am currently hospice caring my Pom Bre who is 16 1/2 yrs old. Start & end my days feeding my 4 inside cats, 3 catico cats & 2 dogs. I will be retiring from nursing in July after 41 years of Nursing. Will allow more time devoting to pet sitting & rescue. My babies have free run of the house. I place a pad down in the shower when at work for dogs to use if needed as dogs are 12 & 16 1/2. Dogs are walked every morning & evening, more often on wkends. They get occasional car rides as a treat. They are fed twice a day & Bre gets her thyroid medicine twice a day as well. We play inside with various toys. Cats are treated the same except outside walks. Monthly grooming for dogs & brushing for cats. I also kept Gizzy a dog who's parents had orders to Okinawa & he couldn't go due to age & being quarantined for 6 mths going & coming. He stayed with me for almost 3 yrs.

About: I have always had dogs growing up and have had cats the last 2 years. They are family and I love yours the way I love mine. I’m available 24/7 for ALL of your pet care needs. I know that every pet is different and requires special care. It is not a one size fits all. I prefer pet sitting at your home because it is more comfortable and convenient for your pet. They already have to get used to a new person I don’t like to add stress by putting them somewhere unfamiliar to them.
