“Ashley and family were great! If I could give her 10 stars I would. We planned a weekend in Rocky Mount and booked boarding for our dog at a local boarding place. We dropped her off and before we left they let us know she was too anxious and would not be able to tolerate the whole weekend there. We tried one other boarding facility and they had a similar set up so I knew she wouldn't be able to stay there either. I found Ashley on rover and messaged her about booking for the weekend last minute. Our dog is very anxious around other dogs which becomes aggression because she gets so worked up. Ashley was able to keep her for the weekend and keep her separated from their other dogs in the home. I was very relieved to know she was safe and taken care and that the other dogs in the home were safe too. When we arrive Harley went right in with them and was happy when we picked her up! About: Taken care of dogs of various sizes from little Chihuahua's to Great Dane's and Mastiffs. We have a big fenced in back yard to run around in and live in a quiet neighborhood. I'm currently doing online schooling and taking care of my kids, which keeps me at the house all day anyway. I have plenty of time to deliver attention and belly rubs all days of the week including weekends. Within my big fenced yard, and a spacious house me and my gentle senior doggy can play and enjoy leisure time with your furry baby while you are away. If there are any particular diet or care that needs to be followed, it can also be done if you provide the appropriate consumables. "High energy" or "couch potato" dogs wont be disappointed during the stay. Also, if your doggy wants to, they can go for a 3 mile run with me is they are in custom of being a good running companion.

I have my daughter every other week but she is great with animals also. Takes after her dad. Prefer a little notice but will always try to accommodate last minute requests. I have the ability to keep multiple pets. I have a large fenced in back yard at both locations. Both are single family homes with lots of space. Gates and seperate areas if pets need to be separated. We can also accommodate requests for no other animals be present, however I am great at acclimating animals with each other. Even ones that do not tend to play nice with others. Always up to you in the end. I have muzzels and a Kennel at both homes (if needed) , cat litter boxes at both locations as well. Leases safety collars , and for a small added fee , daily health tracking during the stay with a special collar monitor tracking device that I have. I am currently a senior at WCU, but I live here near Greenville and will be here for the whole summer, holidays, and most weekends! I've got plenty of experience taking care of pets from petsitting for family and friends to volunteering for the Northhampton County Animal Shelter in 2022-2023. About: I've worked in a nursing home and coached youth sport camps throughout my young adult years. I grew up with dogs and I now have two of my own; a 4 year old mini-cockerpoo, who is very playful, friendly, and submissive, and a 2 yr old Australian-labradoodle. I live an active lifestyle and am very affectionate so you can find us at the dog park, on walks/runs, or all cuddled up together! I am available for services every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, usually with 3 days notice. About: I am from Colombia and there I had the opportunity to work with him, in a family veterinarian where I learned a lot. Here in the United States I have been taking care of dogs and cats at home several times. It is important, since animals are part of my life and always will be, I also dream of one day having the money to be able to give a good life to several animals that currently live in a shelter. About: I’ve taken care of dogs every since I was a child. From helping neighbors, friend and family care and love on their babies to owning my very own house full of fur babies. About: Ever since I was a little girl I’ve always loved animals. I’ve taken care of animals ever since i was 7 yrs old, of course I had help, but as I got older I did it on my own. Every time I saw any animal on the side of the road I would tell my mom and we would pick them up and took care of them. They were always like family to me. We dropped her off and before we left they let us know she was too anxious and would not be able to tolerate the whole weekend there. We tried one other boarding facility and they had a similar set up so I knew she wouldn't be able to stay there either. About: My late dog Casey (d. May 2026) was dog-reactive, and I found out firsthand how hard it is to find a dogsitter without any personal pets or other clients in the home for dogs like her when I travel. I always had at least one dog and cat in the home growing up, but Casey taught me how to set animals up for success by accepting them as they are and adjusting to their needs-- medical, emotional, and physical. For dog boarding, I would like to use my house and fenced-in yard to give other pets a quiet respite when their owners need to travel-- walks, naps, and play included-- and give owners the peace of mind that their pet is somewhere comfortable and safe when they are away. I sanitize and clean my house thoroughly after each pet's visit and pick up the dog poops from my yard to reduce any illness spread between dogs. For housesitting, I would treat your pet and house as I would want my own to be treated if a sitter stayed-- as it was left if not cleaner. On weekends, your pet will have my full attention. Any errand outside of the house I need to run is less than an hour. I will take cues from your pet and your directions on how to occupy your pet's day. On weekdays, I work a 8-to-4 job with flexibility. I typically wake at 6:30AM, return around noon to check on pets + give attention/walk, and stay home after work. Depending on your pet's needs, we can burn off energy or unwind together before I ensure that your pet is settled in for the night with my bedroom door open for nighttime access. As someone whose late dog who had medical and social needs, I will follow your care instructions for your pet in activities, mealtimes, and other concerns, along with medicine administration if needed. I will not be leaving your pet alone in the yard; your pet will be kept indoor in A/C with access to the living room and kitchen during weekdays. Please plan to bring some of your pet's comfort items (toys and treats) along with their necessities to ensure they have something from home for boarding. For new clients boarding in my home, I would ask that you are present for at least fifteen minutes when dropping off your pet to allow acclimation to the space and association with me as someone positive while you and I review care instructions for your pet. If meeting in the home is not possible for boarding, a time for your pet to meet me in a Meet & Greet is essential ahead of time. I want your pet's initial time with me to be as stress-free as possible.
“Flora and her family are so sweet, accommodating to a slight change in plans, and overall just fun people. Great yard and clean house in a safe location. We got plenty of pictures and videos in that 36 hours. You can tell our pups were loved like their own! Our dalmatian and Newfoundland had a great time with Dixie, Tango, and their other booking Steve. We are in the area for a couple more months and just wish we had used her sooner! We will definitely rebook a couple more times if schedules align”
