About: I have a soft spot for animals because I grew up with lots of them and hope to help strays in the future. I’ve helped my mom my entire life with her dog business so I’m very familiar and comfortable with caring for dogs! I have a very flexible schedule so I’m typically available if needed. I am able to do a few drop ins a day and for long term clients, overnight stays. If your pet needs to be let out in a fenced area or walked I can do that along with feeding and providing fresh water when needed. Additionally, I don’t mind a little enrichment such as playing fetch or a little tug of war. All animals should feel safe and comfortable and I provide that feeling.

I am very communicative and will notify owners of anything that is an emergency! I ask many questions to make sure your fur baby feels safe and as happy as they can be in my or their home.

My last cat had severe cystitis so I do have experience in giving medicine and knowing what to look for in a cats urine output. About: I can’t remember a time in my life that I didn’t have a dog (or two). Big dogs, little dogs and in between. Now that I am retired, I devote most of my time to caring for my two “baby girls”. Daisy & Bella are litter sisters although they don’t look a like. They are Teddy Bear/Schicons (1/2 Bichon Frise and 1/2 Shih Tzu). They are inseparable, looking out for each other or wrestling together, where there’s one there is the other. They do play well with others. My sister’s little girl is a Shih Tzu and she is an only child, we laugh and call her the Princess. I sit for her for a week or long weekends when my sister visits her daughter out of town. She also comes over for play dates. They all respect each other’s boundaries and the Princess has learned to play with “the Court Jesters”. My dogs and visitors are allowed on furniture and beds. My yard is not fenced, but I do have a radio frequency collar system that I can use or walk on leash per owner’s preference. I live a long way from the road so it is safe. We go on golf cart rides around the property in the afternoon, my girls look forward to it. I am retired, so unless I have a doctor appointment or go grocery shopping, I am home 100% of the time. I do go to church on Sunday morning. My girls have the run of our home but I can use a crate if owner desires. I will treat your fur baby like I do my own. They are my #1 priority, always. They have a feeding schedule twice daily with a few treats throughout the day. They get lots of love and snuggles to their satisfaction. I encourage them to play with toys inside interacting with each other and myself. They will get plenty of exercise indoors and outdoors. I refreshed their water several times daily.
